Say you had Storming the Diamond Gate (3-7) The first level of play (3-4) is based on playing with 4-6 players at level three and four. Tier 6-7 (same game) 4-6 players at levels 6 and seven. This is a rule of thumb, please read the new Society guide for RAW because playing out of tier or applying a high level pregen's rewards to a first level chronicle sheet credit is super important to get right as a GM. Earlier seasons have different awards, modules have different awards. Some modules like the Crypt of Everflame you can play at level two I think? or We be Goblins let's you play with a goblin pregen but only boons given to some lucky players let's you play Goblins. Please read the additional resources area of Pathfinder Society for a lot more details about what is legal.
You Rock Ru-Sateph!!!!!! I was, General Ghost(Cleric 7/Oracle/Inquisitor) diehard Chelaxian Hellknight Internal affairs- Judge Dredd Style!!! (Blood drinker - Soul eater)Spiritual Weapon/Blessing of Fervor OMG. I made this character for Venn Diesel, because the Witch Hunter was eh... But now I'm just Grand Lodging it after the Disappeared when my mission was to complete the mission. I just play pregens now because we powergame exquisitely. I'm sad that the spy versus spy, no one can see you do "xyz" was redesigned, but I want season six to be "WABBIT SEASON". I'm Demoned out ever since the Hellknight's feast. No Season six we should all be Aspis Consortium....another boon I'm very jealous of. We play with the guy who bought the Assassin boon at gen con. I want to be a boon writer I guess.
The hooded guy wrote: I like the "Good Lich" any spell caster at level 11 or 12. Wizard/Cleric/Sorcerer would be standard, but Druid? Neutral Lich? or Bard maybe? I agree that we should be creative, but remember in the movie Ammagedon when Ben afleck was telling Liv Tyler about the traits of the animal cracker being more qualifying as a "cookie" than a "cracker"... Liches to me will always be evil... The bard's phylactery is "hidden behind the pile of bodies" ...of course but yes to the Samurai specifically. Like in the Tom Cruise movie.."I am Samurai"..."and this is Sparta!" Sepeku should be "only" the beginning.... "Highlander should be a class-type" Called it "The Pissed" (Survivors????) Whatever...the Native American word for crow... But then you can do Player versus Player in special edition games for them. At the cost of one level, prerequisite.. you need one level with Craft - Macaroni & Cheese (1 rank at least). I know it would be hard to change so much already set in stone. This game has an information overload for new players...This weekend Shark-Nado and the barbarian girlscouts with the "THIN mINTZ!!!!" battle cry don't care if their first game they died...having a fun time is the only goal. It was so cute that one player tried to use diplomacy to take leadership of the party..(AAAAAWWWWWWWWWW!)She just didn't know that it was Shark-bait-Un-nah-nah's prerogative to do as she willed. Ironically there was a "ninja" in that party LOL!.
How could you Bob!? (Klingon Back Turns To Him) PVP is the worst thing that happens in roleplay...(Southpark episode as they kill boars long enough to reach 88th level?) Withthatsaid get the other guy some tissue, a stepladder to get over it. I hate when the party lacks "commonality". He wanted to be a secret Evil-dude who won't be enlarged with an Enlarged person spell...He needed to die. My stance is game one you should die or at least game two. If you live you live, but after that first EXP Point, you begin to love that character. I've "eaten" a character before..we as humans get emotional and only a rare intellectual can actually build a character who can survive for 30 games solo. Be warned, there are more players like this guy than you think, he will have his revenge!!!!!!!!
@ FallofCamelot Let me help you "steal it". By far the greatest Gnome ever is Pontificator...DC 25 Color Spray save three times (persistence/Misfortune). I made a "Strong Gnome" (G-Man) but at 8th level it took me 4 rounds to buff to Rage Chemist Glory. I make Summoners to Send in the Kool Aid Man (Frightful Presence-Red Poisin "Oh YEAH!!!!") So if you don't have GM credit, I'd say Play Crypt of Everflame and three games as pregens, then wait to play your concept at 2nd or 3rd level. "Bleached Gnomes get no love..." Did you like my insurance salesmen idea with inquisitor rank and Zyphus? A d8+1 in half is awesome if you have a 12 Wisdom--4 times a day. If the damage is above average 6,7 or 8---misfortune, or if something hits you round one misfortune. Evoker wizards know "rolling is for suckers...."

If you are trying to use magic device to get the wand of cure light to work with a DC 20, with Magically Curious, Adopted by Half-Elf Adaptability, a 20 Cha, 1 rank in UMD favored class...and you miss with a natural one and the Cleric is away during the timed mission trying to do step one, identifying the problem...either two rerolls or one more skill point to not jam the device for 24 hours does matter.

I like your group if they can appreciate a Negatively channeling or even a non-traditional cleric by any means. At this weekend's con, the guys there only needed a wand with a wig on it, I play the pregens, and especially the pregen Cleric more than anyother player or GM in Pathfinder history. Ask the Jacobs guy that? I do it because we are power gamers and I want to prove it to the 5 stars that I am the greatest player there is, Derek is the greatest character builder there is, Brian does and average of 700 hps of damage each game and Tim wears a Top Hat. If you are a DM who hasn't had the boss monster one shotted, watch the video of us During Trader's Lodge, the last two releases, go all the way back to The Desline Affair, and when the Venture Capitan of the state starts crying in slow motion...pause it then laugh when the GM two days ago wanted to know if the party can play in "Hard Mode?". COME AT ME BRO!!!!!!!!!!
*For my Ironpoint boon, I'll go +1 to climb. She wishes that she could fly. She has mastered the meditative healing arts of yoga, acupuncture, and in the unique form of temporary tatoos of phoenixes with vibrant colors. She loves to emblazon her scimitar like a saber of light and assume a superhero pose on a peak overlooking darkness. Like most days she can be found walking next to a human woman of average size with blue eyes and short black hair. The Priest of the Light laughs and her spirit is fresh and powerful. She has taken a vow of purity and conviction, and at this young age, she will not marry and devote herself to Healing and the Seven Spikes of the Sacred Sun. Wearing foreign garb of silky reflectiveness, her clothes shimmer with the of light of goodness, scintillating bright colors seem to glow in divine splendor. When first appearing, she is always wearing a chain shirt and soft yellow studded leather pants. Over this she wears a tabard of white with yellow trim upon which is stitched the holy symbol of Sarenrae. Bio: Gailina, of Iron Point, appeared on the Trade Road a few years ago and has been making a yearly stop in her travels. This year she brings a young and beautiful companion back with her. The two seem to love their callings and are notably generous and they diplomatically speak of their benevolent Goddess to all who will listen. When Galina often stays with Basil, The Priest tends to disappear into the forest to climb and duel with imaginary foes, most often extremely powerful illusionary undead. Gailina explains to The Priest that she never stays in Iron Point more then a week, claiming that evil does not wait for convenience, but with word of the Old Man's arrival, the friends bid each other farewell in a long series of hugs and well-wished blessings.
I think the first level pregen CMD of 14, would nullify his seven levels of tripping awesomeness. He's lucky that there is no PVP, heads up I would just have to "watch out for the flank" maybe and eventually deal with the Bard giving their song boons. A bonus 5% issue, is still an issue and the Cleric's Blessing of fervor spell on a 20 initiative would complicate the conflict a tad. The Banners and Oracle's Bless wouldn't sway my resolve. I don't know the stats on 26 natural ones in a row, but Village Trippers are just as bad as Ninjas in my book. I call it the "Masterwork Popcorn Effect". When your character can solo a 7-10 module, or you can reach a 33 DC at first level playing a Goblin, it's time for me to brag about playing more pregens than any other player in Pathfinder history. When a 5 Star DM died for the first time at my table, "Cell", the pregen thief pulled the Cleric out of the Fortress of the Nail, and never looked back. I love Zarta, but up until the last fight, with extra invisibility potions and sleight of hand rolls to help the others forge all visible documents encountered we "kinda-won?" I could have sat there the whole game watching the low 35 and average 40 DC rolls, by a Bard of skills unmatched, and at the end been playing Galaga at the table. Some players have so much confidence they care not about me establishing a Stealth infiltration posture. A War-drummer is a War-drummer I suppose. The worst was a 10th level Wizard, Red Mantis guard, ordered her to strip, she asked "Mask too?"--Spoiler-- Medusa missed save, missed reroll. He was out of the game for two hours in real time. If he would have saved in three rounds the fight would have been cake. I am impressed with the ability to trip Colossal. I think if 83% of enemies can be tripped and you have a dog or wolf you earn the Village Tripper sticker until level 14...HIGH FIVE!
SCP 682 was good. Like a Lab experiment that went "terribly terribly" wrong. It's a straight Green Dragon...you could say Green Dragon or Swamp Dragon-kin. If you boasted the gas or tail slap was not a dragon, any of the spell use or spell-like ability makes it a dragon even more. If you had water breathing and Deathrolls it would be more Gator. I'm reminded of the Manticore, if it mates with other creatures the results vary...this plus that equals Dire Lion. I would go far away from the "See you later and After-while"...silliness. "Dark Eater" "Marsh Mouth" "Dweller" I also would go aberrant versus dino- terrible lizards and Jurassic descriptors are overplayed, or just played out. Good Luck!!!

May I play the pregen for this? She was in Part One of Quest for Perfection- and actually played it at a game store the same day that the online game finally started. (With Part one for Quest for Perfection as DM or Player credit) I should be able to claim gold and she has a wand of cure light wounds, but I can't tell if this game is active or not? If I can't get credit, I'll just play the level one pregen.
Thirteenth Warrior Style: "I will be the first pregen to go!" I always play pregens because we power game too much. I used this profile to play Quest for Perfection, so I think that if level one is good, it's all set, but if you don't want me to have a wand of cure light, I think I'll be strong enough to press on without it.
I hate when people say "play what you want", but play what you want. Consider the "commonality" of your characters. Why do they party together? Role play versus roll play.Is this a "Legacy"...game...like Rich Parent trait house rules and not PFS strictly legal? Golfbagging, Pathfinder MacGyvers, who cares about the "gaps". One mod we had nothing for swarms, today we had 2 Clerics and ran from the Shadow that really only the Paladin was brave enough to see. He crawled into the oven room and came out with 11 STR damage, he was literally too weak to tap out. If I saw that party at a convention, I'd play a pregen Cleric. I've learned that with a wand of cure light wounds, you make friends fast. At higher levels I spawn a Spiritual Army instead of causing fear of buffing with a bless. At level seven there is a fourth level spell that lets the party pick AC or Attack bonus or Extra movement, like a high level Cav, it crushes the game. Color-spraying Gnomes (Pontificator) crush the game. Reynard_the_fox gave many cool suggestions "I" want to use. Another factor is "why do you play?" I'm all about epic, in your face greatness. Some players just want to live to see another chronicle sheet. To Thine Ownself Be True!

If we had a cleric, maybe... Maybe.. Wow, right on cue!!!! I wish I could play with you guys, but our time zones must be way different. What was her final ruling on my character---you have to PM me becuase I've missed 39 posts, I can't look at them until I get both of my laptops checked out. Anyways, Good Luck!!!! @X I'm unconventional, I don't sqounder (spelling?) resources too much, but that's why I deferred to both of your better judgements on "Another Players'" Life or Death changing reroll. Against the gaze attack would be better like medusa, no matter what it does, I think flee from the area. Which reminds me, should I take Cause Fear? If it has less that 4HD it runs away right? Can we one shot it like Color Spray by fighting fear with fear, for 1d4 rounds? I'm afraid it would territorily just comeback. I guess I'm not as patient as "I" need to be so, if that was my character I would use it (the reroll) then to end the fight. I tried to use the rerolls for Kyra in our "minute one"- but I thought 15 was good on Ralph's shrine Faction Mission, and I missed the reflex save to be squashed. I did not know Ralph was packin' +11, so logically we probably met when he was My Adjuct Professor-Ghouls 101, and he probably taught my Sunday School if we all were to have ever met somewhere.LOL I called Bless as we enter the Temple area, I would touch all for Guidance and resistence(I was mispelling this probably the whole game but I'm not spell checking any of the next games- you guys know I can't type by now and I'll get booted if I check the map or have too many... (pictures of pretty ladies up?)...I'll go with that. I figured Remove Fear in case Cor is going to run back to the cave fisher's lair. The last call Sanctuary was a tough one, it slightly beat out spiritual weapon. Only becuase it only lasts for one round , if my DC is Will save 14 (Please help define that for sure)then Sanctuary that can be transferred keep Cor unattckable with a 70% chance of success right? I could have went Hard-Bard "Bane" and in the cold Create water after a day or three of waiting works like Double Grease with Ralph's "cool"-laboration. Wow creatively Cool and artically Cool, and the pun about the word that means working together, There must be an Art to comedy play by post, I like the comedian stuff, with revisiting the past ...Dancing Lights...but it is away for me to try to make you guys smile. (Like what the heck is this player going to type next?) We won if we just have one more fight left. I think the weather will fatigue one of us. Our rolls have been on fire. I have "emotional dice" I only roll high if I absolutely need to and I'm angry..."Hulk-You wouldn't like me when I'm angry,I only get so when the people I'm supposed to protect or put in danger, like being a commander in a war, a teacher on a fieldtrip, a husband defending his wife at the mall, that's me and Cor. I couldn't bond with you for a first impression, so I just played it like I'll still feed you so that the more food in our mouths the less we argue. Did you see my weight roll? I think X and I argue constantly and I am at 185 now, leaving my port city at about 135. LOL I'll play it like a bear or Seal, penguin...I needed more insulation for this mission. Akinra was nice to give me the average, I rolled super like does my butt look ... in this chainshirt - high. I hope to team with you guys for as long as I can, years is fine with me. I have just fought situations straight up, but I'm thinking the terrain like a door can be used for an advantage, I call chopping down a tree and crafting makeshift longspears (even at -4) having a reach weapon is my final brainchild, next game with you guys rebuilding, you will be so strong I'll just be more subserviant. I hope Ash continues so badly, like a class reunion, I want to virtually see you guys in 20 years. Do you or Akinra have a post pattern, I say one AP that demanded one post per day and no fighting amoungst players. The once a day part would make me tap out man. I was hoping we autoed up until the Yeti and it was like...and now X uses Dancing Lights and rolls initiative...(sigh). What's your take on mounts man? What is the strongest build over all at level 2? I really want to beat game three-with you guys- I was Ezren the 4th level Wizard and I owned it.

I played it like she ignored it like when I was knocked into the pit, I didn't and still don't care, but when you guys say I needed to make a religion check and you see it (page 4), you are still telling me calling me a Meta gamer was not a little extreme? Defend him, but it doesn't matter. We are winning, your comments have merit, I get it. When is it ever going to be let's work as a Team- TOGETHER-EVERYONE-ACHIEVES-MORE? I was just trying to give Ash his moment to shine, I want him to continue to play with us. No one is hogging the spotlight, this game is unique huh X? Why would this Author ambush the heck out of the party like this? Mountain Lion, Cave Fisher, Ghoul, Second Ghoul, I'm sure it's a theme. Side note: Any ideas for Fortune -Tellers, not for this party but I want to use my raw instincts as a design idea. Witch-Cleric-Oracle? I wonder like the Clash of the titans how a Coven/Hermit would play? Any Bard ideas about reading bones and a harrowing deck, Sleight of hand and swindlers like in the Matrix one Inqusition has random accidents, I can spoke people about "Don't worry about breaking that vase....then it breaks...I'll find the name. I think Life Oracles best healers, but is this a Misfortune Witch? Insurance Salesperson LOL.

It was Cor who said "We do not know what these things are for sure?" I used Yeti-Spawn, Averting my eyes and Yeti tainted stench, just for flavor. The DM could have said, "Yeti-taint...not quite it's actually quite hard to place all of the undead foul fragrances, but unfrightened, this is (pause......it's over here now....)for -certain--- Ghoul Flavored Mayhem!- without a doubt!"- but only I talk like that. I love playing with new guys becuase I'm honest, I have a lot of information in my head, so I lose people's names and can't even think about not writing a phone number or email down. I don't think I'm being ignored, I just am electronically verbose, I just don't think every bit of information I write matters, so I'm playing that she hasn't the time to address my attention needs every post. It's ok for you to think I was Meta gaming, but that is pretty strong for new people to hear, I was giving generalities and skill uses, I don't have to Meta game, in fact playing this part without channels, was soley my decision. (I didn't forget that I had a wand of cure light wounds with 50 charges)

With the how the check works Jazz I'd still need the GM to define a Ghoul as a common monster example set Goblin. For common
If she said yes I'd get it's exact hit points, why, becuase I am unable to channel, if not at the very least I can get the Elf Shield idea, I played as a piece of Wisdom both Cor and myself heard as children but I remembered "Ghoul-Elf-Cool"...I think it's original, I've never heard that used before, but Zombie slash Skelly smash I heard from a guy named Matt. You are right no one ever said the hit points so I just calculated my damage, 6 first hit, 5 second it...it must of had more, but the Burning hands never narrowed it, it was plus "ALOT".

Does Ash want to declare his reroll, or are we good Ralph? Ash has 13Hps as a new player his gun might jam but +5 with its AC lowered- now would be the time, but I don't want to be rude. A reroll is for special occasions. I think he has this straight up.

@Ralph I'll assume no room on the map to do anything right. It would have been funny to grease the first square patch from the tunnel and as it burst out we all ready an action to duck or bullfighter move. Hey should Ash declare a reroll? Hitting the creature squeezing now is important. I believe with such a high initiative he will get a reroll gun blast 1d8 and a swipe at it long sword 1d8 16 hps drops it?
