I have a huge pumpkin in my kitchen that is still not food either. It has been there since summer when I moved here, so it is already a member of the family.

It is a special sweet pumkin that is used to make a pumpkin preserve that we call «angel hair». But this pumpkin's sister has already sacrificed itself to give me more preserve that I'm going to use in years so until now the other pumpkin is decorative.

Today I'm probably baking a blueberry and strawberry spongecake.

Hopefully said cake will need to cool off on a windowsill, by an open window...

I've got the feeling that I'll be extremely busy for a while. On the order of eleven hours a day, every day busy. One of my fellow guards quit, and the other may or may not show. I may not post as much as I used to. So forgive me for the delays in postings.
