My 2 cents.
Did you enjoy it?
It was OK, no fault to anyone at all its just the nature of PBP at times, just not as fun as live session.

What were positive things?
Good group who want to RP.

What were negative things?
I think the module could been a fun one off live session, but it was a bit challenging as a PBP as there were two 3D encounters that were a bit too difficult to handle in this format. The flow of the story was hard to handle because we spread it over so long. The PBP ones are good for the RP scenarios. The scenario may have been more suitable for a higher level party as well.

If you could, what would you have done differently?
I felt like we made as good rolls as we could yet still took the full force of the avalanche with what felt like no alternative recourse. some options would have been good.

Is this a second module, i.e. 1 XP, 2 PPs, etc.., I am game but will want to do the whole get a wand of "not tax the Cleric" or bard :P

Has Thaurux been able to recover some health after the nights rest?

Thaurux takes acloser look at the Iroran silver holy symbol, four jade gemstones, the set of silvered armbands depicting pouncing tigers, and the bejeweled ceremonial masterwork temple sword using the a magnifying glass.

Thaurux rushes past the doorway swinging his glaive as soon as he passes.

dmg: 1d10 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13

Wincing from the spear wound, that hit but did not bring him down, Thaurux steps back and swings.

Correction it should be +6 instead of +8, unless he can rage

Does the nights rest heal any wounds? Still injured. Does the cloak (March 13) or the boots (April 15) do anything against the cold?

Thaurux attempts to set up a suitable shelter for the night if such is the plan.

Wincing with the pain of his open wounds, Thaurux begins gently clearing the ruble from his injured companions. He retrieves Theor wand and hands it to the paladin. ”I believe you know how to use this.”

I saw this coming, why did I not act? The mountain told us but we did not listen.
Thaurux looks upon the decimated party and debris. ”Sorry little one, we were not prepared for these challenges. I have very meager resources to keep us going, is one of you able to tend the ailments.”

Thaurux looks at the impending avalanche in a dreamy state of mind.

The barbarian approaches the journal. He used to look at books in his youth, before the clan thought him the value of might and muscle.

Thaurux pulls out his climbers kit and silk rope. I have the equipment, but I am not a skilled climber even without armor.

If the climbing is over for as much as we can see, Thaurux will put his armor back on.

Taking 10 as well. For a total of 16=10+4+2.
Having secured his armor away. Thaurux slowly follows his companions lead.

Thaurux alerts his companions to the terrain hazards ahead. ”I don’t presume any of us knows a smarter way around? I presume I have no choice here.” Thaurux begins to remove and pack his armor, feeling very naked he proceeds to hep Leiff. ”Let’s get this climbing over with!”

Noticing the ignored boots, Thaurux grunts as he compares them to his feet and adds an additional grunt of satisfaction as he slips them on with a big grin on his face.

He will then proceed to check to look around

"There is an opening, a few paces further along the ridge, the creatures may have come from there. If your magic has heeled you sufficiently to proceed, I suggest we make sure there is nothing there that can cutoff our way out."

”First you climb ahead into trouble, then you fly down the hill with trouble! Ha.. ha…., Nice swing by the way!”
Thaurux looks around for where the creatures might have been dwelling.

Climb down it was as acrobatics was out of the question with armor and Dex 8 :P
