I would think the mitigating effect here may be Than's 1, I would say his intimidation comes off as wholly ineffective and that would mean the grapple would have happened. My intimidate happened after the grapple not before. But if the DC to beat was say between 7-10 we go to sleep but if the DC to beat was 15 or higher a character who rolled a total of 5 wouldn't be taken seriously... no offense Than... either way, you tell me if you want to roll my will save.

Than accepts the drink and smiles. I recently was on ship with some fellow Pathfinders solving a murder that how I earned the coin. I am grateful to Torag that we were sucessful.
