![]() Would it be possible to cast geas (or something like it) on a person tell them to tell the wife they witnessed the death then use hidden knowledge or Sequester Thoughts to make him believe he actually did? As far as just killing him. He believes he is holding the party back. He knows they would never just let him leave, so he recruited the enchantress to help fake his death. ![]()
![]() In one game that I am playing we are doing a darkest timeline version. All of our PC's from RotR, JR, SS, & CC are falling to the darkest versions of themselves all centered around one event that was altered. My question involves the corrupting of one of my PC's. I have a high level Kitsune Enchantress that needs to make another PC believe that her husband is dead. The problem is that the PC is a mythic Heirophant with the ability to know when someone is lying to her so her +39 bluff isn't gong to help. Does anyone have a suggestion of magical ways of making this happen? A magic item, spell, or combination thereof? ![]()
![]() Thanks. :) we're going back in time and running Rise of the Runelords. We played Jade Regent last year and are running Shattered Star right now. We thought it would be cool to go back and see where our other characters were then. My character for RotR is Nikolai Vassly. He was born a wolf in the forests of Ustalav. He's hiding in Varisia from his crazed siblings and ends up on Sandpoint just in time for the adventure to begin. ![]()
![]() Great minds think alike Trinite! In my game, Plugg and Scourge met the PC's on the island to dispose of them. During battle Plugg fled into the forest. The night before The still living Aaron Ivy in a fit of madness "killed" our undine PC, Ondir. The rest of the PC's searched the island, after the mutiny, for their missing companion, not thinking to search the sunken ship for their water-breathing friend. When he comes out of the water he is caught by Plugg and his shackles of compliance. After having his mind poisoned by Plugg, Ondir agrees to help him escape the island. He goes down into the grindylows' lair and, using is wild empathy ability, convinces the remaining pests that he is their new king. Plugg and Ondir then use the grindylows to "commandeer" a passing ship. Now I just have to figure out when they will make their comeback. I had waaay too much fun coming up with this! ![]()
![]() I played a boreal sorcerer in jade regent and loved it. I multiclassed one level of magus to be able to wear light armor, but regretted it a later levels. While profession sailor will be useful, remember that the pc's have been press ganged. It's possible that they've never set foot on a boat before. |
