Not sure what Felixus is winking about, Tamarie sees him run in the opposite direction of everyone else. She's confused as to why he's doing this and runs after him to see what the deal is.

Tamarie will sleep and be willing to help catch the thief however the group decides, but her vote goes to planting an icon as bait.
"Maybe we could set up a trap for the thief, leave an icon in a place that's not often occupied, so they feel like they could get away with it, but have people hiding there to catch them in the act."
"You make a good point, Achyls. Anything that can survive in the cold that long could be a possible danger. Maybe after we've all rested and recovered, we should go investigate it with Agramayne."
Tamarie is persuaded by the collective agreement that the lights are no trouble to them or what is left of this small temple.
Tamarie wakes, feeling much better after her nap and joins everyone for the meal so graciously provided by their hosts.
Once Tamarie is done cleaning up as best she can, she will lay down and take a nap until the dinner is ready. The lack of sleep due to the extreme cold has gotten to her, she will rest up to let her body recover.
Tamarie will thank Ruan for his words of wisdom and go help spruce up the lodging area until dinner. She's already seen most of the priory, so sightseeing isn't necessary. She'll also see if there's anyway she could try to secure the sagging ceiling, maybe ask around to see if anyone has a long pole to stick in the middle of the room.
Tamarie, not wanting to be rude will accept the invitation to dinner. "Some warm food would definitely help warm me up. Jal, please come sit next to me." She pulls out Jal's seat for him. After Ruan asks about the pilgrimage, she replies, "I've been struggling a bit spiritually as of late. I think Darlen wants more from my life and I've been feeling like I need to sacrifice something to help others, but I'm not sure what or how to do it. I came here hoping you could give me some guidance."
Tamarie will gladly take off her heavy, uncomfortable armor
Tamarie steps forward to speak to Ruan. "Praise Darlen, it is a blessing to be able to speak with you. I have pilgrimed here a handful of times in my youth with family, but this is my first time without them. Thankfully, my new friends were also travelling this way, and were kind enough to work together to make it here. They are pure of heart and soul in the eyes of Darlen. My reason for this journey was to seek your wisdom in my pursuit to praise Darlen, and when you aren't busy, I would ask for only a short moment with you. Until then we all would like to help in the upkeep of the priory."
"Bless you, Malvenos," Tamarie shivers. She begins to regain feeling in her extremities as her body adjusts to the less cold temperature in the building. "Of all the beasts out there, the weather can be the harshest. Without your grace, we surely would not have survived the night. If you'd be willing to let us warm up for a short time, I'm sure all of us would be happy to help around here whichever way we may be needed."
A big smile covers the face of Tamarie after hearing the noise. "It's the priory," she exclaims. "I'd recognize those bells anywhere. We are so close." Let's get a move on so we can find shelter.
"I'll be ok, Jal. I think my body is starting to adjust to the weather," she says trying to fight off the cold. She stops suddenly, turning around to see Achlyss on the ground. "Are you ok?" she asks in a worried tone, only to see the cause of her fall. "It's a shame it had to go down that way. Freezing to death sounds miserable." As she helps Achlyss to her feet, she hears something in the distance, the faint sound of bells in the distance.
They are animals fighting only for survival, same as us. Let them live, and hopefully they don't try to come back. Tamarie will return to the shelter and try to warm herself so her hypothermia doesn't worsen.
"Stay back, foul beast. You shall not hurt my new friend," she cries as she swings her blade at the wolf.
Tamarie will move to the side of Felixus which the howl came from and hold her attack action.
Tamarie will stay next to Felixus to protect him, readying an attack if any of the wolves get close.
Tamarie wakes up to a stinging cheek, tired and confused. She grabs her face and looks to Felixus, bow drawn and a little worried. She pauses for a moment to compose herself and reaches for her sword. She then reaches to the others, wakes them silently, and points to her sword to pass on the situation. She then grabs her shield, that being her only defense she has, and crawls out begin battle.
Tamarie will attempt to help despite her lack of practice and stiff fingers.
Somehow, she manages to be a help, handing Achlys whatever tools she needs.
"The trees will do, I suppose. They are close and we wouldn't have to worry about them falling apart like a makeshift shelter would," Tamarie inputs. "In all honesty, I don't care what we do, but I'm a bit chilled and would like to find something quickly."
"We could see if those wolves have a cave or other kind of shelter nearby," Tamarie suggests hopefully.
Tamarie thanks Jal for his kindness. "Thank you for the offer, but you need it more than I do. The last thing we need is both of us to get sick." She fights off the bitter cold winds. "Moving would probably help, and by the looks of it, no matter how hard we try, we won't be able to keep a shelter up."
Tamarie tries to help reconstruct the shelter, seeing that a wild goose chase for a wolve's shelter may not be worth the risk, but only gets in the way. "I'm not much of a outdoors-woman," she says shivering. "I'll just stay out of your way and leave it to you guys. You seem to know what you're doing."
Her ruggged build may be enough to fight off wounds, but the cold gets to Tamarie very quickly. Having a hard time sleeping, she stays up, only to hear the faint sound of howling wolves. "Guys! Tamarie wakes those who are managing to sleep in these conditions. "I just heard a couple wolves in the distance. I don't know how far they leave from their shelter, but in a storm I can't imagine it's very far."
Seeing the enemy run away, Tamarie is conflicted. "They could be a problem to others, but we won't be able to do much in this storm. Let's seek shelter before we get stuck out here, maybe the storm will finish them off."
Tamarie will join the others attacking the half goblins . She looks over to where the half-elf was running and sees that she is firing from behind a tree. "The coward is hiding behind that tree. Let's finish these two off and let her face her fear."
Tamarie will double move around the fallen trees, trying to keep up with the others. Seeing one opponent flee, she will begin focusing her efforts to the offensive starting next round. "If you were wise, you'd follow your friend out of here before the storm carries us all away.
Tamarie will follow behind anyone who moves forward, staying within 10 ft. to continue granting the blessing from Darlen. As long as she is unable to reach the enemy on this turn, she will again go into a defensive stance.
Tamarie will activate her bastion and stand in the middle of everyone, focusing her attention on the first half-goblin. She yells out to the others, trying to be heard over the wind, "Aim for the other 2, try to take them out first. I'll make sure the look out doesn't hurt anyone too much."
She will then go into total defense, for an AC of 23, 25 vs the lookout.
"Judging by the look of this group, silently may not be an option," Tamarie whispers back to Jal. "Let's give Felixus plan a chance. Maybe it will scare him away, or maybe it will distract him long enough to where we can run past him and get away without getting hurt."
Tamarie will hold a swift action to activate her Bastion of Good ability in case Felixus is detected, but until then, she will wait for him to climb back down and inform us of the situation.
Tamarie, turns around to the rest and pushes 1 finger against her lips, wanting the rest to stay quiet. She then motions for Felixus to come over and since he is wearing the least encumbering armor, and whispers to him, "Try to sneak over the pile and tell us how many there are."
Tamarie knows somethings from personal experience, but otherwise knows little of the history. After seeing the trees blocking the path, Tamarie is slightly confused. "I swear by Darlen these weren't here before. Has there been a storm recently that could have knocked the trees down into the path?" Tamarie moves closer to the blockade in attempt to deduce the cause of the trees falling down.
As she hears Jal mention a possible ambush, she draws her sword and shield and looks around momentarily before she continues toward the trees.
Tamarie reaches out to accept Felixus hand and smiles, "The pleasure is all mine. If nothing else we will always have at least one thing to talk about," she giggles. "First time making the trip without my family. We made the trip 4 other times in my life, but I have come for more personal reasons this time. I'm hoping to speak with Ruan, he knows more about the Noble One than anyone I've ever met."
Thanks for the selection. I think having 2 paladins in the party will be interesting, but should work out well since my role will be more defensive buffing. Looking forward to playing with all of you.
