"It is beyond my capabilities, completely." Talios sighs as he helps take a look over it.

"These foul creatures could have massacred a less prepared party, tricksters waiting in ruins. Here let me finish tending to those wounds so we can move forward." Talios says healing Rin further.
"If we can rest for a moment I can bandage what the magic did not cover, you too Emili."
Talios moves up with the others.
"Stand fast everyone, we will be victorious soon." Talios says before taking aim at the green feathered corbie...
"Your true form reveled or is this another trick?" Talios asks before stepping to the doorway to attack the large bird-man.
"The corbies should not be underestimated, they likely pose a greater threat than this loon." Talios says turning on the creatures before they get a chance to pounce on the party. He steps back agains the wall before firing a pair of arrows at the closest creature. "Erastil, guide these strikes to punish these pretenders." he says calling upon his judgement.
Talios knows that Dire Corbies fight with great Ferocity and that they can leap into combat from a great distance (works like Pounce on a successful Acrobatics check), where they can then use their two claws to rend foes apart for increased damage. "Ferocious creatures that could be on us in a moment, rending with claws." Talios whispers grimly back to Kaloora.
"AH, these are the dire corbies we have heard about. Without any replacements a decent actor is better than none, sir. May I ask your name? I am Talios of Erastil." Talios speaks of trying to remember everything that the fey spoke of.
Talios swallows with some difficulty as the man calls out to them but he composes himself and steps forward. He moves closer to the man and watches his movements, whispering to not interrupt the show, "If you insist but I prefer to stand if that is okay."
He begins to examine the creatures quickly for any idea of what they could be.
"Indeed, secret doors often hide further secrets. Let us see if this one does." Talios says.
Talios takes his time to search the room before heading onward, tracing his hand along the wall reveals a ridge where a secret door lies.
"Hmm, looks like there is something hidden here. Let's see if we can get it open."
"Much easier than the last creature we fought. Let us hope it stays that way." Talios jests as he picks up any salvageable arrows but as he searches, he spots various documents of interest. He looks over them and reports to the group. "Hmmm, it seems the guards believed there was a riot in the village bellow and some buildings had caught fire. There is mention of an expedition to investigate but I can't find any thing else on it."
Talios appears to be stomaching the awful stench but a second wave causes him to start heaving. Still, he attempts to fire a volley of arrows at the northern most Trog.
"I can swing this mace pretty well but I am just glad you are alright Mitsuru." adds in Talios jokingly, overhearing nearby as he helps tend to the groups wounds. ---
"I wonder what else will await us within." Talios says keeping his eyes peeled.
"Pazuzu? It sounds foul whatever this thing saw as as a father. Perhaps this is the source of the sickness around this place but there is still much to explore here." Talios says also checking on the downed Mitsuru, aiding Kaloora.
"It is certainly a boon to have another healer with us...with that thing taking to the air I had to focus on making sure it couldn't injure us further. Now this treasure worries me, careful, it could be cursed."
Talios feels the energy wash over him but he thinks of Erastil and shakes off the sickness before it takes him. "This foul creature is trying to corrupt us. We must end it quickly!" Talios remarks as he fires upon it once again.
Talios takes a small step forward while continuing to fire.
"My knowldege of creatures doesn't extend to whatever that is but let us hope it can still be defeated with conventional means." Talios says while casting Gravity Bow. --- He then moves further into the room and says a prayer before firing.
"This place...I don't like the feel of it but we need to fully explore this place if we are to find the source of Ameiko's ailment. We should press." Talios gives his opinion.
"One can hope that a crypt protected by Pharasma wouldn't have any risen dead but this place hasn't been typical." Talios says making sure he knows where his blunt arrows are. If needed he will cast light on arrows and use them as torches.
"The danger in those mutterings are far more literal than I had hoped, it seems. We must proceed with extreme caution...what kind of creature could match such a description!" Talios exclaims at the story.
"I just remember how some dangerous creatures prey on anything, even bandits but since you are familiar with Kaloora then I am at ease. I spent too much time outside the city to know many people." Talios says shifting into a more relaxed stance as he moves closer to inspect them for any injuries he can help with. "I wonder if that was the only of those brutish creatures lurking about in here."
"Should we wait for them to at least respond before opening the cage. Not that I assume they are dangerous but caution is advised in here." Talios asks stepping closer to the cages.
Talios dusts himself off and climbs up from the floor, "Luckily, for my sake. Thank you everyone but I need to make sure these prisoners are safe as well." He heads over to the cells but keeps his distance, "My name is Talios, is anyone badly injured while we figure out a way to release you and learn who you are?" he asks.
Perhaps that came off more like orders than requests.
"By Erastil. I am glad this thing wasn't left to torture these prisoners. We must deal with it quickly." Talios exclaims as he pushes through the tight hallways before getting behind Mitsuru to heal her.
"Quickly move back before it gets a chance to strike you again!"
Talios looks to the others, "Is this a sign to check this room or should we clear the rest of the level...I do not like having doors behind us." he whispers.
"I am absolutely relieved to see you recovering fully!" Talios says putting a reassuring hand on the shoulders of the his companions as they head back down. "I believe we should try the single door before we open the double doors."
"Koya, I did my best to tend to it in the field. This place was quite filthy, allow me to assist you so our friend does not get an infection." Talios says falling into an assistant role under Koya till everyone is feeling healthier.

"My meditations have done wonders for my aim and I am getting used to shooting you all. The things in here are indeed filthy. Let me see what I can do to tend our wounds or we might need to retreat for the time being." Talios says worriedly, as the group appears roughed up a bit. Medicine Aid Rolls for Disease Checks. I can take 10 for 20 but if not I figure this is easier to have them all here.:
"A Phycomid, watch out for it's acid and don't bother trying to use any of your own. We will have to cut it down the old fashioned way." Talios says as he moves (5 foot step) behind Kage and fires off his arrows.
--- Talios remains focused as he continues to unleash arrows at the creature.
"Alright, here goes. Erastil give me strength." Talios says putting his shoulder into the stuck door.
"This morning star carries some magical power and is made of cold iron, I could make decent use of it but someone closer to the front may have a better use. And two potions of Cure Light Wounds as well!" Talios says looking over the leader with the others. "Agreed on the alchemical supplies. Never can be too prepared...but let us hope we don't need to take any of that water with us. Back track to the stuck door before heading onward?" Talios asks as they begin to push ever onward.
"It surely cannot still stand after this." Talios calls out trying to take shots through the melee.
Yeah, just a lot of pressure from the move and adjusting to life back in the US. Back on my feet and doing well now.
Talios attempts to fire two shots past Emili and into the blue scaled trog.
My deepest apologies about my absence. Shortly after the move I was hospitalized and just got released 2 days ago.
Tomorrow is my last day in the country then I will be headed back to the United States (oh boy! wish me luck lol). I will be slow to post till I get settled in a few days.
Talios waits at the rear listening for any trouble ahead and double checking the rooms the come across. "Creepy? I hope that isn't a creature you are remarking on." he whispers up to the others.
Woo, made it back. Lots of clearing cookies/cache/and multiple log in attempts.
"Yes, please stay safe while we handle whatever lies within! We will make haste back with answers." Talios says bowing to those remaining behind.
Talios sees the poison begin to work and helps Kage with poultices and elevation to stop the flow.
All updated though! All my heavy feat taxes for archery are out of the way! So I can start going Inquisitor again till Evangelist PrC.
"Riddles are certainly not my area of expertise." Talios looks on worried as Ameiko murmurs in her sleep. "At least we know of the corbies that await us but the unknown is what worries me the most." he continues to think on what may be awaiting them.
"Reefclaws are a but more dangerous than a crab. Careful when it falls...it may attempt to take you with it." Talios quips while firing off more shots at the one engaged by Mitsuru.
"They seek to ambush us. Do not be dragged in." Talios adds to the warning as he eyes the creature for any hints at their attacks and defenses. He steps back and winds around Emili before firing at the southern creature.
"It could mean any manner of creatures. Let me think...are there any more details than that Spivey?" he asks while trying to figure out what awaits.
"Hello Spivey, I am a follower of Erastil named Talios. Thank you for tending to the graveyard. I share the same concerns of my companions. If there is a way I can assist you in exchange for help I would be willing." offers the Samsaran as they talk to the creature.
"Some type of outsider, there is certainly some magic at work here." Talios muses as he watches the other skulk closer to the gates, he begins to move closer as well unsure Mitsuru caught glimpse of the creature within.
"There is something within the cemetery, a small creature with butterfly wings. That may be the keeper of the grounds." he informs the duo that were scouting, and as he looks at the bowl of water he notices a faint aura. "The shrine there is converting the rainwater to holy water. This place is blessed by Desna which means we may not need to fear this creature. Perhaps we can try to speak with it." he says with a smile.
