Guys, could the current DM please remove my character from the "active" list? I keep getting updates and although I'd rather play with you I just can't... Damnable real life!

"Shall we continue, ladies and gents?" while walking towards the door, before almost slipping and falling.

He looks down and sees the bat guano.
"Isn't this stuff flammable? Maybe we could use some to heat up, and make sure we don't die from shivers-disease or cold-rot?"

He tries to find a capsule in his pocket to scoop up some.
[b]"Lady wizard, this stuff is an important ingredient in some arcane spells your kind of arcanists loves to throw around. Maybe scoop some up now, instead of buying the stuff in a year at top dollar?"[/b

Know arcana: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20

"Everyone okay?" Takeshi says, to break the silence.

"Those were some big bats, my friend. Damn it!"

Takeshi stops weaving his bardic performance bolstering his allies, and instead prepares to cast one of his "rabbit out of the hat" spells, should the need arise. He runs with everyone to the pool, keeping an eye out for the bats that might come to close.

As everyone rushed past Takeshi, he looks at the situation, amused. He whistles a silly song, trying to focus their attention on the adventures of Billy the Bobcat, but waiting for them to return.

I love enchantments and illusions, he quietly muses.

When the door opens and the bat swarms become obvious, he enhances his humming and starts actually singing the song. Everyone arounds him starts to feel the vigor of the bobcat run thorugh their veins, bolstering them.

+1 atk/dmg, round one.

"Yeah, they shouldn't have been here. I wonder what happened that caused this all to get out of control. Wanderers perhaps? Druids looking for shelter?"

Takeshi looks around, seeing that everyoine is still breathing, he will investigate the surroundings.

Atk: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 4 + 1 = 131d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6

Takeshi looks at the monkey, not doing anything.

"Girl of the wild, your friend seems to be scared? Is there anything I can do?" he says nonchalantly, while shooting his arrow. His mind is elsewhere, but his arrow seems to lodge itself firmly into the creature's brai.. skull.

Atk: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 4 + 1 = 221d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4

1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 101d6 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 + 1 = 3

Takeshi steps back, and fires into the zombie. His arrows miss, due to the distance and the freaking look and husky smell of the undead.

Know: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21

"What in the world are those?" Takeshi mumbles, gripping his willow bow tighter, even as his mind starts racing through all the stories he has learned.

"How does it taste Tane? Wine, scotch or regular water?"

Takeshi stands back, pondering on the riddle.

"I wouldn't mind a place to rest, but I'm still good for it. How about you?"

Barcelona, but you should really take a full day, or maybe two, to visit all the beuatiful places in town. If you are sporty, do everything by foot and not one of the tourist cars..

You'll need endurance, but it's beautiful :D

"Silly monkey, always playing when there is fighting to be done.
Calm now my friend, and I will write a song about it in your honour." Takeshi says smilingly while his arrow strikes on of the skeletons in the face.

"Sigh, that shot would utterly kill a living foe.. Oh, how I hate the undead. They just don't play fair."

Enev: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 191d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
I think it's best if you roll for Enev :)

Takeshi remembers the blunt arrows and takes them, only slightly fumbling with the heavier top than he would have thought them to be a problem.

He slowly aims at the closest skeleton, and fires his arrow into the fray.

1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 4 + 1 = 111d6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7

I will, but my initiative is lower than the skeletons! :p

I'm going to wait for an appropriate moment for Takeshi to get back into the frey, I reckon.

He hasn't been following the group all this time, right? Or has he been in zombie mode?

Guys, I'm terribly sorry, but due to real life I simply cannot keep up with the level and frequency required for this PBP.

I'm sorry to go, but i feel I'm slowing you down and don't want to have that on my conscience. You all play really nice together, keep it up!

July/August are very work intensiv here, and I'll be on vacation from 14-21 july. I'll do my best, but can make no promises :)

"I will sing a song about you Enev, no matter the outcome. Though, I suppose you mean a song of the ice and fire that runs through your veins sounds better than one of slipping and sliding down a hillside?" Takeshi jokes, as he nods at Malya when she asks her question.

"Continueing will test our resolve and cunning, not to mention the physical maximum our bodies can endure. Sounds right, for the song."

Takeshi should still be standin on top right?

"Throw them shields up, it will be easier to climb this." he says, while looking down.

"If I might add something," Takeshi says with magical eyes while they are dividing the loot.

"Wouldn't it be better to hand the wand of healing to a person who is currently not able to provide such services to his or her companions? Looks to me like, if things go bad, you might want someone to help you Selene?"

Takeshi is looking at everyone, slightly amused at the group working together nicely.

"Need a hand?" he says calmly, as he looks around where he can sit, out of the way.

Takeshi will investigate everything around the automaton, trying to get a feel of how it worked.

"Who has it?" Takeshi says, trying to focus on his song and simaltenously help.

I think grapple is an attack, so Takeshi's song would give you +1

Takeshi continues humming a tune, and starts weaving his arcane power into it, causing some notes to float around him.

+1 atk/dmg for everyone

Takeshi steps forward and aims his bow, shooting an arrow, while starting to whistle a song that will inspire bravery and heroism in his companions.

Atk: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 4 + 1 = 231d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

I will "activate" the +1 atk/dmg next turn.

"Here, let me assist you Malya.." Takeshi says helpful, trying to keep away the unwanted stimuli that magic could bring and distract her.

Sorry guys, I'm trying to get on the boards as much as possible but my job is kicking me in the gut.

If you aren't fed up yet with me, things look like they are slowing down.

Perhaps that would be nice. If I take too long to post, you can DMPC me. If I can reply, I usually do, but I need the time :)

Takeshi stands and thinks, trying to remember old tales of heroes and witches, that might lend a hand in this situation, before he needs to get his cold feet wet.

Sorry, been super busy at work and all that. I have my moments where I simply cannot follow the boards, like at all.

Maybe it would be best if I dropped out? I'm slowing you guys down like crazy.
