Well I guess that answer is irrelevant then.

As 0x320 docks the ship, he recites the contents of Eoxian.data.log for the team, "Eoxian data available: Eoxian vessels are powered by arcane energies in addition to technology. These necromantic energies radiate a minor aura of cold in addition to powering the ship."

...

Once on board, the 0x320 identifies a console to the Eoxian vessel. Typing in an even rhythm, the android brings up various pieces of data that flash across the screen, searching for a way to disable the necromantic system.

So apparently jumping down isn't Acrobatics in Starfinder. There goes the jumping down and using a fallen thug for cover turn... assuming falling prone will provide a better bonus to AC since I'm not sure what is providing partial cover.
