This discussion would really be more likely to be seen by the people who make decisions if it were in website feedback.

Skarlit gazes at the dead body they believe to be Amenira sadly, and then tries to cover Nira's eyes so that she won't see the horrific sight. Some things are too much for a doll to bear, even such a brave doll as Nira.

Sticky sticks a finger into the mess a takes a taste.

"Yep, it's probably a human corpse." He takes another taste. "You can tell by the taste of nitrogen. Oh, and the clothing. Humans wear clothes. It's a dead giveaway."

As Vintner reaches out and connects with the vines, the sleeping seedling seems to shift in its cradle...and smiles.

"Yes...that's what they call call call me, that's what they call me," the seedling's vines reply in a dreamy tone. "My children children children, my children. But you can call me the Verdant Spark Spark Spark, the Verdant Spark. They planted me, years years years ago, the green ones did. A new hope hope hope, a new hope for them I was supposed to be..."

Sticky wales on the the part of the cloaker under which Nira lies trapped inadvertently bludgeoning her as well.

Really? Because cat-chuks are a thing. What you do is tie two cats tails together and then attach one of them to your naked forearm by their claws and then flail away with the other one--no proficiency feat needed.

Oh well, maybe it will be an improved arcane familiar for my fighter, or an axebeak companion/mount for my cleric, or maybe a free warhorse for my character who just bought one (but I'm not bitter)... grrrr.

Yea! I hope I get the boon that gives you a +1 bonus to swimming checks made in cheese, or the one that gives you a giant flying robot, but only if you are playing a left-handed, red-headed, Ganzi paladin from Irrisen with Weapon Focus (cat)--I've got just the character!

Seedy also takes advantage of the use of the rope, looking a bit troubled as he heads down. "What is hemp made from? It's not a type of vine is it? My 'Dad' used to scare me sometimes when I was being a little bit bad by telling me he'd turn me into a rope if I didn't start to behave!"

I believe hemp is made from the same type of Vine as Sticky. He is one we have to make sure doesn't get turned into rope...

Sticky fun-facts[/b] Hemp is Sticky's close cousin. Usually it contains less of the psychotropic chemicals that are found in Sticky and has more applications.

"No...rope," Nira suddenly responds, her head rattling slightly as she turns to look at Vintner. "No more murder. We...I...won't allow it..."

The doll then turns to look at Sticky. "I will...keep you safe. Everyone safe. Mercy and...all of you."

"Er? Good?"

"Thank Robori or whoever’s listening," Molume breathes, relieved. "Come with me and I'll see what I can do about getting you properly armed again."

After a quick jaunt over to the carriage house, Molume is true to his word and returns all of your confiscated weapons. In addition, he offers you a longspear, a scroll of Scorching Ray, a wand of Bless with 20 charges, as well as a single arrow.

"You wouldn't happen to have a bit of rope would you? Hemp preferably."

Later, assuming we have a hemp rope, and a wall to brace against.

Sticky Takes 10 to Climb (for 17) if able and doesn't accelerate.

Uproot's eyes light up as the sheriff mentions the option of getting their weapons back. And then positively start to glow at the option of getting the cloaked all to themselves. "Really? We can have the thing all to ourselves? YES! Grilled cloaked is to DYE for! I swear I'd go pink for it! Maybe not as far as purple, though... You're missing out sheriff! Though I could probably save you a slice if you change your mind!"

"I don't know. I think cloakers are genetically modified." Sticky says dubiously. "Say, do you think they make pantsers or cumber-bunders?"

At the sheriff's words Sticky dusts off one of the pitiful bats, and throws it with both hands up into the air [b]"You're free man! Fly!"

It falls pathetically back to earth.

Sticky tries again with another bat.

Sticky flails around a bit, trying to simultaneously put out the bats by stomping on them and squirting acid at the flying not-a-tarp thing. Neither move is particularly successful, though at least he knows that his acidic self-defense mechanisms are working!

Vintner attempts to help his fellow leshy by calling on a blessing for them while Seedy and Skarlit both attempt to blast the cloaker out of the sky to little effect...though Seedy's seedpod comes extremely close to connecting! And Plumeria readies her club, offering a bit of guidance to Sticky and the encouragement to continue doing squirting acid.

From behind you comes the clatter of wooden doll feet as Nira darts back out of the guesthouse and around Plumeria. Her attention on the bats, she suddenly emits a conical burst of splinters and brambles from her body!

"Whoa, it's like the miracle of life, man."

What remains of the bat swarm tumbles to the ground, twitching for a moment before growing still.

"I'm sure they're just resting." Sticky says trying to reassure everyone.

Skarlit lets fly a blast of wooden thorns at the Cloaker in the air above them.

"Ouch!" cries Jay. After just blinking away the last of the him-juice in his eye he is hit by a sudden summer shower of wooden hatpins. "Whoa. It is dry out here."

He goes to squirt again when-

Plum moves up to Jay holding her brand new club in her hand, and casts Guidance on him. "Hit it with acid please."

He turns to look at Plumeria. Sticky blinks one eye furiously and says "Uh, sure."

He turns back to the flapping horror and restarts his spell.

Skarlit lets fly a blast of wooden thorns at the Cloaker in the air above them.

"Ouch!" cries Jay.

Vinter rushes across to the other side of Sticky and decides to playbit safe with some dangerous flames conjures from the snake priest and dead Pathfinder Sekhmet

"HEY DUDE! Bats pollinate things you know!" Sticky attempts to stamp out the bats.

Still perturbed he unconsciously launches a jet of citrus juice from himself at the angry tarp.

He manages to get it in his own eye.

With the bats all flapping around close to the ground, Sticky has no problem in delivering a blast of psychedelic colors right into the midst of the swarm...

...to surprising effect! Although not blinded, the sudden explosion of color and light is still enough to seriously jack up the echolocation of the individual bats that make up the swarm and render them temporarily stunned as they try to regain their bearings!

Sticky pulls on his rules lawyering suit, and southern rules lawyering accent. "Y'honor. Ladies and gentlemen of the- the messageboard. I intend to prove that swarms tain't as immune as some folks might think. Somebody hand me a sarsaparilla, Imma gettin' the vapors."

As the shadows begin to dance along the stones of the market square most of the citizens shriek and flee with terror, bolting into nearby buildings. Although Vintner identifies the shadows as the work of magic, the originator of the spell remains unknown. Spotting a very suspicious-looking tarp, Plumeria calls it out to her companions as she makes a beeline towards the object.

Then, from out of the guest house, comes a small figure....that of a small doll, its neck broken. Nira. She pauses after a few toddering steps and calls out a single word:

"Murder."

Sticky emerges into the chaos outside.

"Whoa! Freaky man! That's like red rum backwards. That is some seriously messed up noisy, black confetti, man."

Sticky turns to Seedy and Uproot and says "This whole situation reminds me of this one time I went this really big beach, but I couldn't find the water, but there was this well in this village and me and Skarlit were there and she was like 'Dude, let's check it out!' and I was like 'Totally!' and so yelled 'Hello.' down the well but like really really loud and then there were these two little bandaged kids and-"

"Hold on a sec, man. There's too much noise." Irritated by all the noise, Sticky moves forward and twirling his buck-and-a-quarter stave over his head as he casts a spell--color spray (Will DC 14).* Scintillating sparks and streamers of light fly out from his staff at the annoying black confetti.

* Technically this might be a readied action depending upon how high the swarm of noisy black confetti is. He waits for it to get into range before casting.

Meanwhile, the swirling, chaotic mass of bats flaps and squeaks its way towards Skarlit...

"Oh hey, Skarlit. I was talking about you. Do you remember that time we went to that really big beach--the one with the well?"

Plum is eating dinner when the screams begin. She heads out the door at a run. "I wish they had let me keep my trident. This is going to go badly I can tell."

"Dude, butter?"

Sticky stand on his chair, reaches over and gets the butter. "I swear some people can't just relax and eat a nice a dinner."

Vintner lights his Starfinder as he hurries outside.

Vintner quickly points out to the gang that those shadows arent real - theyre spells.

The real source has to be around here somewhere... the pathfinder whispers as he throws on his not-so-great coat.

But the creature is trying to communicate....something. Jay I believe tribal dance and peace pipe ceremonies are you area correct?

"Huh?" Sticky sighs, and puts down his knife. Takes off his bib, jumps down from his chair and steps outside with his stave. "What, dude?"

Skarlit listens to the discussion and then offers, "What if we lay an ambush for the creature? We can all take on our vine forms and then simply wait for it to come to us. What do you think?"

"Nah. Every time I go native someone tries to pick me and roll me."

"But she doesn't look murdered."

"Yes they do see why children hide. Why did Amenira hide?

"Er, um, huh?"

"Not sure...Amenira and Nira...one and the same? Maybe. I...can't remember. Not clearly."

"You too?"

"Whooooa."

THAT'S ONE! Campaigns seem editable by their owners once more.

Now if I could only read all the posts in their individual threads on my phone and not have all posts start on Sticky here. Truth be told the latter was the least of my woes. It was just the last straw.

Anyhow YAY!

Nira finally pulls herself out from underneath the bed with slow, jerky movements and climbs to her feet. She's silent as she seems to ponder Plumeria's question, then her wooden body gives a small shudder.

"The shadow...put out the light...Ame...nira's...light..." she finally responds, sounding rather disoriented. "Our...light..."

Sticky looks up from the book and blinks. He looks at the nearest oil lamp.

The doll then slowly turns to face Sticky, head swiveling on its broken neck until it hangs upside down. "¿ʍopɐɥS pɐW ǝɥʇ ʎq pǝɥɔnoʇ uǝǝq noʎ ǝʌɐɥ˙˙˙no⅄" she asks cryptically.

"Whoa, dudette! How didja do that? Were you like touched by a shadow?"

Sticky stands up and moves up next to Plumeria. Indicating the leafy follower of the Green Faith as if she were a sort of stick figure, he says "Okay now show me on Plumeria where the mad shadow touched you."

Yes. I can change it. But this is the one that it always wants to try first regardless of where I post, even though it is not set as my default.

So, all my posts in any thread default to this (the one posting) icon even though it is not my default icon.

Messageboard thread posts on my LG K30 phone (via Firefox) fall off the right side of the screen (just before the reply button sadly) and cannot be resized to fit, however I can see them just fine if view them in favorites or if I go to the poster's account view them under their 'posts' tab.

There was something else, but I can't remember what it was just now. Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT Oh! I can't edit campaign pages I created. This one seems bigger than just me.

"OH NO! That's terrible! You didn't even know what he was trying to say.... The smell."

As you filter further into the house, all the while having a rather lively and thought-provoking discussion about communes, cultists, and communists, the kitchen and washroom are quickly examined with nothing of particular interest turning up. The bedroom, however, is a different story. Though much less cluttered than the workspace out front, the bedcovers are thrown back and some of the drawers in the small wooden dresser are partially open. A quick search of the bedroom reveals a spellbook as well as a journal. Flipping through the journal you can see that it hasn’t been written in in some time and largely details the day-to-day life that Amenira led in Mercy.

Amenira’s spellbook contains the following spells:

After a few moments of reading he shouts: "AW! COOL MAN! "Hey man, that's professionalist. Maybe she was running and screaming for joy. You know, like a runner's high.... Wait, you mean this place is sort of like a commune? Free-love, and bandages, and stuff? Wait, did we miss the party?"

The two children look confused for a moment and then hesitant. "Um, we should stay here if you're going to Miss Amenira's," Caleb finally says, albeit reluctantly. "Our parents wouldn't like it if we got too far from home when, um...there's...visitors in town. Oh, but n-no offense, okay? You guys are really great!"

"Yeah," Joanna nods in agreement. "You're all really nice! And our house is over that way," she adds, gesturing to an unseen point on the opposite side of the square. "Maybe you can come over and play later! We can even build a clubhouse!"

Sticky fist-bumps the kids or shows them how.

Vinter shivers You like the beach Sticky? But what of all the saltwater.....it doesnt absorb the same way and the deposits on my roots take weaks to shake off...

"You aren't supposed to drink the water, man. You surf on it."

"We have beaches," the second figure pipes up, the voice that of a young boy whom Sticky introduces as Caleb, "and they're really huge! You can see them from...well, I'm sure you could see them from the bell tower!"

"Uh-huh, they're really pretty," adds Joanna, the smaller of the two figures and apparently Caleb's little sister.

"See man, I toldja there was beach here. Grab you boards and let's ride!"

"Sure man, everyone likes the beach, right guys?" Sticky introduces everyone.

"That's all really good to know... no beach though huh?" says Sticky in whom hope and tetrahydrocannabinol blooms eternal.

Skarlit carefully takes the goop and wraps it up as best she can so that she can show it to the others later. Hopefully one of the others will be able to make some sense of what this might be. As I recall, Amenira was trying to get a sample of it herself. Turning to the children she is gracious. "That is so nice of you to share...."

"Yeah...." Sticky says looking at the goop uncertainly.

Leshies About Town - Sticky & Skarlit's Excellent Adventure

As Sticky and Skarlit approach the two figures in the alley, they can see that they're dressed in orange like the other villagers. More disturbingly, they also seem to be covered head to toe in bandages, with only their eyes and noses peeking out. When Sticky waltzes up and sticks his hand out for a shake, the lead figure giggles - the giggling of a child.

"Hi," the child - a little boy judging by the voice - says a bit shyly, shaking the leshy's hand. "I'm Caleb and this is my sissy Joanna," he continues, indicating the other child standing behind him, peeking out at the two leshies. "You're new, right? Why didn't your parents make you wrap up? Aren't you all itchy?"

"No, that's my cousin. I'm Sticky. So why all the bandages, were you both just pruned?"

Skarlit sniffs once or twice. "Huh, there's a bit of a funny smell around here, but I can't really tell what it is. So, what have you been doing while I was down in the well?"[/b]

Leshies About Town - Sticky & Skarlit's Excellent Adventure

As Sticky and Skarlit ruminate on the wetness of water - of which the town water displays in an exemplary manner - and discuss meeting back up with their companions...

Though at first it sounds like a spitting cat or perhaps someone with a bad case of flatulence, the pair of leshies soon become aware that someone or something is trying to get their attention. Looking around, they soon spot a pair of small figures standing in a nearby alleyway. One of them waves at the leshies, but the other ducks behind the first, as though afraid of the little plant people.

"It must be my beach bod." says the shirtless leshy. He makes a show of flexing the wiry muscles that run like (very, very much like) vines along his trunk. He looks well-sculpted--almost chiseled in places. "You would be surprised how much pruning it takes to get this trim."

Noting that people are noting his leafless chest, Sticky feels compelled to add. "I wax. Oh, and I lacquer a bit too. Cuts down on drag in the water, and the lady plants find it easier to cling to." He winks.

"Let's go see what they want."

He amiably tottles over and sticks out a little gnarled hand. "Hey man! This is Skarlit, and I'm Sticky! Put 'er there!"
