I'd say it's time for the 'Report' portion of the Pathfinder code!

Fixes Blue with the stare and takes a swing!

Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 122d4 + 4 ⇒ (4, 3) + 4 = 11

# 84475-17. I think I'm going to make this guy Grand Lodge, now that I have more of a fix on his personality.

S'theno takes a 5' step and tries to put down his foe.

Attack, damage: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 82d4 + 4 ⇒ (3, 1) + 4 = 8

"When an attack that deals damage hits the target of a mesmerist's hypnotic stare, the mesmerist can cause the target to take an amount of additional damage equal to 1/2 the mesmerist's class level (minimum 1).
The mesmerist can use this ability as a free action, and can use it even if it isn't his turn. If the mesmerist uses this ability to increase his own damage, the additional damage increases by 1d6 points for every 3 class levels the mesmerist possesses. This damage is precision damage and is not multiplied on a critical hit. A mesmerist can trigger this ability only once per round, but a single creature can take damage from multiple mesmerists' painful stares in a round."
So, if I'm reading that right, it's 1/2 level, minimum 1, until level 3, when it becomes 1d6 for my attacks only.
So, 15 STR gives +2, +1 for Painful Stare

It's just -2 to Will and +1 to damage (already calculated in).

S'theno fixes Red with his Hypnotic Stare, and charges.

Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 172d4 + 3 ⇒ (1, 1) + 3 = 5

S'theno double moves to behind Tavagra, Guisarme at the ready.

S'theno taps his chin for a moment, and walks over to the green altar with Wailan, Calcifer and Shallya.
"Wiffle?"

"Does he mean the Wall of Names, or someplace else?"

"We found it in the tomb of one 'Arkath the Stonemason', in the Ivy District. Ring any bells?
I'm beginning to think something may have been hidden under the collective noses of the Pathfinder Society, literally from the time of its founding.
I'm not sure if I find that fascinating, or unsettling. Both, I think."

"By all means. Are we sure we've searched everything here, then?

"The question is whether our host is still among the living, I think."

S'theno moves over to the stack of newspapers and examines the date of one on top of a pile.

S'theno points to the area near the door and says, "What do you make of that, Wailan? Perhaps where our welcoming committee came from?"

S'theno moves into the main room and begins examining the contents. He systematically scans the room with Detect Magic.

Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11

S'theno pauses to light his pipe, then carefully searches the room.

taking 20 for Perception = 25

S'theno pokes at the repeating Gnome with his pipe.

S'theno climbs through the window, looking around to see if anyone has noticed.

I think the point of closing the door was so that we would not fight them. If they're summoned, they'll just go away after a while.

"Gents, why don't we wait a few moments and see if those pests don't disappear just as quickly as they appeared, hm? Perhaps we can get in another way. Besides, I think our host may have left the premises quite a long time ago, and we may be dealing with the magical countermeasures he left to deter intruders."

S'theno heads around to the front.
"Gents, I think we're on the receiving end of some Gnomish trickery. After you."
He motions to the doorway.

S'theno shakes his head.
"Gnomes...", he mutters.

"Indeed I do. Curious that the old chap hasn't noticed us. Perhaps he's deep in his studies. Strange that the lock is rusted..."

S'theno taps on the glass with a clawed finger.

S'theno peers in the window...

Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12

"I guess that just leaves the gnome Fimbrik. Do we have his address, or is it a visit to the Arcanamirium in order?"

S'theno casually follows the guard towards the sound, still fixing his eyes on him.
"Vermin come in all kinds, human and otherwise. To stoop so low as to rob the dead... no respect for law and order..."

He drones on about property, propriety and the need for a disciplined society...

S'theno waits outside with the guard.
"Bit tight in there. You lot go ahead."
He fills and lights a pipe, and takes a thoughtful drag.
While his hands and mouth are occupied, he creates a Ghost Sound
of hushed bickering coming from a nearby tomb, then pottery breaking, and hurried footsteps heading away.

"Just here to pay our respects to a fallen comrade."
S'theno fixes his attention on the man, invoking his
Hypnotic Stare ability.

"Onwards and upwards, then."

"A most excellent idea, Varg. Also, as they were Pathfinders, after all, we might be able to ask around a bit. Perhaps Janira Gavix or one of the Masters might know something about them...
There seems to have been something quite rotten going on, however. The question that remains, I suppose is: 'Is this feud long dead, or does it or will it have any repercussions if brought to light today?'
We may, for the sake of delicacy, want to tread lightly in this matter..."

As the wall was built in honor of Selmius, one of the Founders of the PFS, I'd imagine these are near the beginning?

S'theno taps his chin and looks up the names of Eylysia, then the 3 supposedly added by her:
- Doulgongir Caskmail
- Hollis 'Evil Grin' Thorne
- Karina Clamp
In addition, he'll look up Selmius Foster and Adolphus to see if there are any notes regarding their deaths.

"Well, the Wall of Names is in the Grand Lodge, so, perhaps two birds with one stone, as they say?"

S'theno literally has nothing that can hurt swarms, so he backs up and waits.

S'theno threads his way over to the bar and sits at a barstool.
He glances over at the old gent sitting in the corner and looks to see if the book has a title on it.

S'theno tucks that piece of information away and tries to remember what he's heard about Sir Reinhardt of Kenabres.

S'theno rests his guisarme against the wall and threads his way casually to a seat at a center table. Looking down into a pouch at his belt, he closes his eyes for a moment as he reaches inside. He sniffs and listens attentively to the sounds around him. He fishes out a pipe and some tobacco, lights it, and takes a puff, sending smoke out of his nostrils.

S'theno scratches under his chin and tries to recall mention of the old tavern.

S'theno looks the beggar up and down slowly, and cocks his head from side to side. He sniffs.

Perception, Sense Motive: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 201d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21

A Nagaji, dressed in colorful clothes of red, gold and green slowly walks along the street. Lacquered Tien armor covers his torso, and a long, ornate pole arm is cradled in one arm.
As he passes by, one eye turns in his head, fixed on you.
He comes to a stop, and turns his head to one side, then the other. His nostrils and eyes narrow a moment, taking in the sights and smells around him.
Turning slowly and purposefully to face you, he cocks his head to one side and says, "Well now, you look like a sturdy bunch, and resourceful."
