Stephen looks out at the clouds looming down over the city. "Looks like the storm is coming for round two." I guess if we're all headed towards the other ship, we're just following behind Jak.

He does his best to tuck and roll, but mostly just ends up sliding gracelessly along the ground on his shield. He doesn't seem injured, and the other ship doesn't seem to be in sight. Checking his immediate surroundings for any threats, he makes his way towards the voice.

I agree. When yall say "pirate" are you talking about the Han Solo type of "pirate" or the chaotic evil type of pirate?

He doesn't appear to carry any weapon, just a large shield. He's handsome, with short blond hair and a powerful build. He carries himself like a soldier, always looking around for some unseen threat. Stephen glimpses something as the ship plummets through the clouds. That's an odd place to put a city.

Stephen Rogerson; LG male human Brawler (Mutagenic Mauler/Shield Champion) - Makes sure the team won't go too far off the deep end/punches things. Here is an old campaign he was in if you want to know more about him.
"Cyphergate? Is that the big arch I sailed under when I got here? I thought it was a bridge. Huh. But what do the birds think of it? Animals know things, they can predict earthquakes and stuff. If birds sit on the gate it's probably OK." Like the Blot, Stephen isn't concerned with the gate. But maybe all the reports of infernal forces in the city have something to do with it. He'd have to research it further.

He hates puns. "I'd like to see someone try and cheat me. Even a devil." He slams his large fists together with a crack. "You all sure are interested in this Silver Goblin, sounds like you're all goin' there and your friends are already there. That all there is to do in this town? I just kinda wandered in, lookin' for some cold water. Is there some kinda' amazing prize up for offer?" Garridan Brewmaster wrote:
:) Gonna have to really stretch that 250 gold.

Was there a commander you looked up to? A fellow recruit? A lost love? It's all on AON, but most of it's not from Core/ACG/Unchained. ====================== Perhilion Brightpebble wrote:
"Hah!" Stephen exclaims. "Would you have? The mosq-eagle was bigger than you!" He then claps Turt on the shoulder and grins. "Thank you, thank you, but I've been traveling for quite some time and was really hoping for some cold water. I guess I'll take warm water." He drinks his water slowly, contemplating the things the others are saying around him. He doesn't care about the Blot, that's far beyond his scope of knowledge and pay grade. "The Blot is fine, I don't see what everyone is worried about. Think about it! The Blot lives in the sky. Birds live in the sky. The birds would know if it was bad and would leave. But I just saw a bird murdered by a mosq-eagle, so they obviously haven't left. Q-E-D, the Blot is fine." His grin indicates he is immensely pleased with his logic. "But what's really important is... what is this tournament everyone is talking about?"
I’d love to play in this, I’m really interested in things that lie deep below the surface of Golarion. I’d like to submit this character. He was built for a Tears at Bitter Manor campaign that sadly died before it finished. He was a lot of fun to play and I’ve been looking for another opportunity to do that. He’s been de-leveled to one, and since we’re starting at level one I’ve changed his backstory to make him a fresh recruit, trying to become an Eagle Knight. I haven’t linkified everything, but I put descriptions next to abilities and stuff for now. Let me know if you have any questions. I chose a lot of stuff outside of sources you specifically listed, I don’t think anything super exotic but let me know if anything doesn’t jive. Mechanically he’ll never be a super-powerhouse. I’m building him pretty much for the Captain Andoran flavor so he won’t be a good candidate for nuke tag. But he stood his ground well enough in the TABM campaign. I already have the players guide so I already worked the trait I chose into Caps background. I’ll add more background and stuff later. Just wanted to get an initial submission in. =======================================================================

I'm not applying for this one myself, but I'll second Stephen's application- his character was super cool and fun to play with. =) It won't be the same without ya, Raf. This character's all updated to submission specs. Let me know if you have any concerns.
