Solenopsi stares at the dwarf. Keyrock is reflected dozens of times within her dark, many-facetted eyes.

It's a convention thing (and game day thing for places with RSP and now online games under OSP). Most conventions have boons to give away, some system aimed at giving away boons 10% of seats (including GM). Big cons, like GenCon, use a token system where you accrue tokens to cash in. Others just do dice where 2 numbers are winners.

"This one suspects that was not a real dragon," Solenopsi theorizes aggressively into your heads.

Will: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 1 = 20

Solenopsi releases a psychic cry of pain as the dragon bites down. Cloudy ichor leaks between the cracks in her armor before the environmental nanites begin to seal the breaches. She rises up on her four legs and strikes back at the dragon with her armored abdomen.

Hammerfish, Shaken, Flank: 1d20 + 5 - 2 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 5 - 2 + 2 = 21
B: 1d4 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10

FYI: I will be having same-day surgery on 4/9 and unlikely to post that day (at least not coherently).

Solenopsi seems slightly cowed by the powerful presence the dragon generates. Still, she takes a guarded step around the dragon and tries to hammer at the its hide.

B: 1d4 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9

"Ratatat is slightly confused," the formian soldier shoves her words into everyone's mind except for Keyrock (who is out of range). "We are here to learn how to use the map-tablet."

Solenopsi moves to get a better view of the inside of the glowing chamber while still keeping an eye on the pit.

How much damage? Since I'm full up on RP, happy to 'Take a Breather.'

Moonwalk

Solenopsi presses forward against the wild winds on all four legs.
Athletics: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26

Into the Tunnels

Tunnel Split: The formian tries to determine which tunnels lead downward. "This is not as organized as a hive."
Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

Partial Tunnel Collapse: She attempts to ram through the collapsed rock through brute strength.
Strength: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15

Strange Runes: Solenopsi stares at the runes.
Culture: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (13) + 0 = 13

Quick Current: She dives into the current at attempts to follow the flow while avoiding the rocky sides of the tunnel.
Athletics: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (7) + 8 = 15

The Final Swim

Possibly fatigued from the preceding experiences, Solenopsi swims toward the temple in the distance.
Athletics: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 21

"This one is surprised at your success," Solenopsi blares into her companions minds after they reveal their successful ruse.

"Your piloting skills should be sufficient," the formian forces the words into your mind as what you might guess to be a compliment, hard to say.

Solenopsi is content to continue her role monitoring the vesk muscle since she has not heard the sound of blaster fire.

Solenopsi types out a text communication to her colleagues.

Solenopsi moves to a new position where she can better guard the fire exit from bouncers running to assist.

Psst. Hacking root directory in order to change user access/passwords increases the DC by 20. Don't do that. Learned from personal experience of not using my words precisely.

Solenopsi continues to stand still as a stick-bug on the dance floor. She watches through her compound eyes as her fellow Starfinders are led through the fire exit and into a back hall.

Readied Action: Intercept the green vesk if he moves towards the fire exit with any sense of urgency and perform a trip maneuver. Readied in perpetuity unless overridden by circumstances.

The heavily armored formian moves onto the dance floor and then stands there like a bump on the log.

Solenopsi stands as still as a statue, one hand resting on her rifle, while the dwarf and the ysokis explore the house of records.

I think that's a perfectly wonderful attempt at distraction (that may or may not fail spectacularly or work excellently), no matter what Solenopsi thinks about dwarven lawyers. ;)

EDIT: I mean... I had a table where they tried to seduce the <redacted> to get inside.

"At least one... spouse?" Solenopsi's psychic voice pushes into Ratata's brain. "No. I am soldier caste and do not breed."

"This is the same Bogdin who framed Lerecti for murder?" the formian assaults your mind with her question. "I am pleased to rain destruction upon our foes, but I doubt the efficacy of a frontal assault on his hive with only words."

"Determined opponents," Solenopsi projects forcefully. "They fight on in the face of certain defeat."

Solenopsi is indeed terrified to be assigned to a crew where the queen clearly has the brain fungus, so she tries to solve their current predicament before the queen can do anything irrational by shooting at the enemy ship.

"Find traps," Solenopsi orders--for she is not used to suggesting--while continuing to target with the forward laser. "Knowledge is power."

Solenopsi reacquires her target as Ratatat chases after the River Rat.

I typically reserve the turret for the gunner with the best Gunnery check. In this case, it's Frinke. Thankfully, all of the other guns on the Pegasus are the same damage.

Solenopsi silently pulls up the targeting array for one of the secondary guns and takes aim.

Solenopsi's answer to the conversation is to pull up the gunnery station.

"We do not litigate on Castrovel," the forceful mental reply comes. "We agree or we war."

"These violent solutions to problems are satisfying," Solenopsi broadcasts into those minds within range on the ship. The words come with a sincere sense of satisfaction in purpose.

Solenopsi's psychic words intrude upon Keyrock's near the end of his spiel, "Give us sandstone rock, now. Please." The 'please' is tacked on like a toddler's afterthought.

The formian retrieves the hunting rifle. She eyes it speculatively.

Solenopsi blasts her thoughts into the minds around her, "Give us the datapad with the red sticker."

Solenopsi has +2 to gunnery and +1 (just Dex) to piloting.
No ranks in anything else related to ship combat.

Solenopsi stabs at her foes once more.

Hammerfist: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18
B: 1d4 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7

Yellow thug icon missing, so either Ikeshti or the yellow thug and undo move if he wasn't really knocked out.

Solenopsi moves around the others and then charges (thematically) the (yellow) closest verthani. She rises up on her legs and thrusts her heavily armored stinger at the thug.

Out of range of her telepathy, the formian taps out a SMS on her comm unit and sends it to Keyrock.

Without a 'word,' Solenopsi places her imposing bulk in the way of the nearest exit (and entrance) to the area. She scans for trouble.

Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18

Solenopsi begins her best attempt at assisting in tracking down a non-biological through a city, which is much different than hunting lashunta in the wilderness.

Survival: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (1) - 1 = 0

"I am ready," Solenopsi telepathically blares.

The formian finally breaks her statue-like pose and accepts the datapad from Arvin.

"Good," she shoves her satisfaction at not needing more than her own armor and tools into everyone's mind.

Covered in heavy armor plates, Solenopsi is an imposing creature. She stands on four of her six limbs and listens to the Venture-Captain in both silence and stillness.

She remains still even as she aggressively forces her words into your minds, ">>food<< Venture-Captain, this android possesses a fragment or has knowledge of its location? Do we have a name? A description?"

The 'words' come as a coarse combination of images, feelings, and words in either Common or Castrovellian, whichever is most natural for you. Most disturbing is the sensation of mouth watering hunger that comes with her address of Venture-Captain Arvin.

From what I recall from last year, it shouldn’t be a problem, and I don’t mind. :)

Sensing what Kalkan is planning, Solenopsi attempts to herd the shapeshifting smoke toward the waiting shirren.

"I believe that your techno-biological interfaces are malfunctioning," Solenopsi broadcasts before entering the next chamber. "The younglings were being deceitful."

Her antennae waver through the air, trying to identify the presence of another life form.

Solenopsi taps out a text on her comm unit to Fitch: Lashunta young found wandering in disabled portion of the ship. Please advise: restrain, return, or eat.

"This is what happens when your larva grow legs before they are ready to be productive in society," Solenopsi comments.
