Only saving throws and attack rolls. It's only a DC 15 Heal check, which can be done untrained, if anyone wants to try, but don't fret if you don't.

It's impossible for me to auto-stabilize at DC 26.

Take 2. No gremlins!

Sesotho moves into the main corridor and removes a small, burlap bundle from a pouch at his belt. He invokes arcane words and gestures at the enemy. The bundle disappears, and a large pool of grease forms beneath the feet of the swordsman yellow and archer blue.

"An interesting find," Sesotho comments. "We should take this to the Lodge directly."

Sesotho strikes one of his sunrods against the floor and it blooms to light.

Sesotho comes over to the second alcove. "Push on the name plate or see if it lifts away," he suggests to those crouched near the base of the altar. "The coin said that the secret was behind the nameplate."

Sesotho enters the shrine and searches for the marker for Gorbru. He invokes a simple cantrip and scans for magical auras while he searches.

Sesotho chuckles and heads off for the shrine near the Starstone Cathedral.

"If these are not Pathfinders but aspirants, we should check at the Shrine of the Failed," Sesotho suggests. "Though this is an awfully round about way for Fimbrik to direct someone."

"Well, that is a clue," Sesotho says, gently lifting the two notes. "It seems well that we came here before the wall. He has left a note indicating which of the three names to pay attention to."

Sesotho searches the rooms as they are opened, looking for written clues. "Very elaborate deterents."

Sesotho moves around the couch and away from the fire beetle.

No problem, Elberion.

"There are quite a few magics that can keep a place clean," Sesotho says. He then chants a simple cantrip and scans the room from just inside the doorway.

*snickers* 127... better than 1d1, I guess.

"Incredibly rude, maybe," Sesotho argues, "But I'm not planning on stealing or murdering, so certainly not dishonorable."

"Very well," Sesotho says and reluctantly trespasses on the gnome's residence.

"If he is home, he hasn't answered the door in quite a while," Sesotho says, eyeing the large, moldy pile of periodicals.

Sesotho transcribes the coin's message as it spins above the borrowed wayfinder.

"Not to mention it happened decades ago," Sesotho mentions to the emberkin. "On a historical scale, this would not seem to even measure as the smallest atrocity."

"She's a halfling," Sesotho corrects Merisiel. "But, yes, the Wounded Wisp should have plenty of off duty Pathfinders."

"You use wayfinders to release the message, correct?" Sesotho says, looking to Quintus for confirmation.

"I will join you in prayer, priestess," Sesotho says. "The Magaambya encourages us to respect all divinity that does not coerce or destroy."

Sesotho, being not better equipped to deal with physical challenges, waits at the mausoleum door.

"We will be most respectful in our handling of the deceased," Sesotho says with a bow to the priestess. "I promise that the soul will not be disturbed."

"Oh. Yes. You did take quite the tumble," Sesotho says as frightening experience of the choker choking the life out of Kvina begins to dominate less of his thoughts.

Once on the main floor of the Wounded Wisp, Sesotho takes Kvina by the elbow and guides her towards Janira's table. "Janira. We ran into a monster of some sort in the cellar. Do you think you could patch up our heroic knight?"

"Either is fine," Sesotho says. "The wall is always accessible, but you look like you could use more healing."

Honestly, killing it is probably faster than breaking the grapple.

Sesotho waits in the cave as the others crowd into it.

I believe Kvina should get her action for this round (acting at Sesotho's initiative - 1), now that she's revived.

Sesotho moves into the cave at Valtyra's initial shout. Seeing their Companion being dragged into the tunnel, unconscious, the Zenj wizard moves toward the paladin and reaches out to touch her shoulder after a quick prayer.

Sesotho moves forward, but unable to see what is transpiring within the discovered chamber, he waits at the doorway.

"What is it? Beyond not human."

"Not human?"

Sesotho follows along after Quintus has been rescued. "That fall did sound like it hurt. Or was that just all the noise from your armor?"

I can access the map now, but it is not editable, so I can't move my avatar.

"That looks interesting," Sesotho says. "We had best get across."

He takes several steps back and then tries to leap across the crevice.

"It will depend on how blood curdling the screams are," Sesotho chuckles.

"Call me if you need me for something," Sesotho offers. "You do not look too bruised."

"I think I will wait here," Sesotho says, eyeing the plank. "How many Pathfinders does it take to pull a bottle off of the shelf?"

Sesotho waits patiently in front of the proprietress.

"Thank you for your time and the exchange of stories," Sesotho says to Gill with a bow. "It looks like it is time for me to finish the task with which I was charged."

"My name is Sesotho. I am Zenj," the arcanist begins. "Do you know of Old Mage Jatembe or the Magaambya?"

The Zenj man waits for a signal from Gill before proceeding. "The Magaambya is the oldest academy in the world. Far older than any university in Absalom and older than any that the Tian lay claim to." Sesotho goes on about the exploits of Jatembe and the Ten Magic Warriors.

Sesotho takes his drink and joins Valtyra at the scholar's table. "You study other cultures?"

Sesotho chuckles in genuine amusement at Heryn's joke and then chuckles again at her response to Kvina's request. "Mead or rum, if you have it, thank you. We are in no hurry."
