Jade Regent could be interesting; I even have a character I had created for a PbP of it a couple of years ago, but the group dynamic didn't work for me, so I withdrew after a few posts. Ironfang Invasion and Ruins of Azlant both look fun, too. Iron Gods and Strange Aeons don't really appeal to me, too much "you got sci-fi/horror in my fantasy!" for me. ;-)

I do enjoy the characters, but agree that the power level is downright silly. Running up walls, invisible at will, leaping tall buildings in a single bound ... and it will just continue to get worse. This is a great group, so I suspect we could have great fun at whatever game we play. It might be that a different AP or module (or even homebrew, if you had one) might be more enjoyable. I'm good either way. As to Starfinder, I don't have a great interest in it right now, and I know Dorothy has none at all. Ultimately, if you as GM aren't enjoying it, that should be the largest factor. If there is something you'd rather do, I'm happy to follow you. Dejik is at work, but I feel confident in saying she will have a similar opinion. She might even prefer getting a chance to start from the beginning of something, since she came in as a mid-season replacement. ;-)

Sarkast's usual "down time" routine involves assisting the army with weapon maintenance and maintaining a scouting routine in the area around Drezen. He invites Arushelae to join him on his trips out, and seems to be enjoying her company. He also spends time tending to the small roadside shrines to Desna he has been creating along the reopened travel routes, making sure they are clean and clear of debris.

I suggest we see if the Forge can redeem the unholy longsword and the black robe. Unless anyone else needs it, I'll take the Ring of Protection +5, putting my current Ring of Protection +1 back into the kitty. I already have an Amulet of Natural Armor +2. I'll go ahead and keep the carpet of flying, it will make scouting high places easier. Lots of good wands and scrolls and stuff for Ayesha and Dejik.

OK, so the simplest retcon is that the mythic point was spent and the Fleet Charge was wasted when I hit the field; I would have landed under Vang. He hadn't summoned yet, so the logical response would be for Sarkast to try throwing his returning dagger.

You didn't mention Sarkast's attacks last round, is that because you are waiting for the save? If his first (swift action) attack failed, I might have chosen a different set of actions for his move and standard. Here is the save, I won't post a new round until I get the result of my last turn. I'm assuming this was a spell or SLA, so taking +2 from my dwarven belt.

As the group settles into the cave, Sarkast uses some of the fresh water to rinse blood and grime from his armor and skin, and sets to his nightly ritual of cleaning and sharpening his weapons. Despite the fact that most of his weapons are now magically sharp, he still finds a comfort in the ritual, and hums and old Kellid tune as he relaxes. With that done, he touches his ever-present bracelet with the charm of the woman astride an elk. As he lays down to sleep, he whispers, "Hän hymyilee." Kellid:

So it is unclear whether the temporary negative levels that killed you are still there after a Resurrection, but I would think not:
Quote: Upon completion of the spell, the creature is immediately restored to full hit points, vigor, and health, with no loss of prepared spells. Regardless, a single Restoration and 100gp of diamond dust would clear them all. You will need another Restoration with 1000gp of diamond dust to clear the permanent negative level. I'd like to hear Ayesha's opinion on resting or pushing on. I think she is the one most depleted now - as I recall, she is also out of mythic points and nearly out of spells.

Dejik weakly rises from the ground and throws her arms around Nilus's neck and buries her head in his shoulder. Her body still shakes from the effort...or perhaps that was sobbing. Kuinka mukavaa nähdä sinut takaisin - She pauses, tries to speak again, and seems surprised when the Hallit comes out. She turns to Sarkast and speaks, then waits for him to translate for her. The rogue listens, then turns to the others.Dejik asks if there is a safe place we can rest here. We don't need to travel all the way back to camp to spend the night. Dejik has some trail rations, and she says she can conjure water magically. (Dejik posting from Sarkast's computer) Dejik still has several spells, a couple at each level, so she can buff the party with no problem. She is out of channels, but she can recover these with her last mythic point (as a standard action). He listens to his kinsman again. Dejik wonders how weak Nilus is feeling. She thinks the demons' draining magic might have affected him more than he realizes. How many negative levels does Nilus have? Dejik has four 4th level spells remaining, but I don't think she has enough diamond dust for 4 restorations.

When our friends and family die, we grieve. We express our sorrow but try to remind ourselves of the good the person did in their life. Thankfully, we don't have to do that today, but I will not lie ... that time will come. When it does, just remember: your friends are there to share the pain. Sarkast helps the big man up as he returns from the boneyard. "Do you feel well enough to move? There are unexplored rooms that almost certainly hold more danger if we stay, but Ayesha and Dejik's magic is nearly spent, and even I am feeling a drain, as if some magic of my own is used up. I am not sure how well we would fare if we have to continue to fight today."

Which will still require a higher level cleric (or a caster level check by Dejik - Resurrection is minimum CL 13) and he will also need a Restoration for the negative level. On top of that, we're all pretty wiped on spells and uses-per-day. I don't think any of us is in good shape to open another door. :-) On the subject of those scrolls, though, do they have the expensive material components baked in, or would we need to acquire those before casting?
