Sandara shrugs. "Its a pretty vast waterway... maybe we're headed to Sargava. Or going after merchant ships sailing between there and Cheliax."

Sandara frowns and shakes her head with a small shrug. "The Cap'n has us on a southwesterly track. I'm not sure we'll see a port for quite some time."

"Sandara that explains a lot, da rum is awful. Where does everyone get the rest of the stuff to make their grog, da kitch?"

Sandara chuckles, shaking her head. "Water does the trick, more'n anything."

"Aye...The rum is killing me today. Maybe I didn't have enough."

Zevo earns a few disgusted looks and sighs, but later Sandara makes a friendly suggestion. "You lubbers a slow-learners. That rotgut will kill you before you see your next birthday, but its effective enough to clean blood off the planks. Don't let 'em see you toss it, though, or you'll earn more lashes. Instead, you gotta water it down into a grog to take the edge off."

Sandara shakes her head, "It's not my goodwill, but Besmara's fancy. She likes a bold salt, but beware... her attention can be fickle." She cites a quiet prayer to Besmara and her touch removes the worst of Tan's injuries.

Healed for 6 hp.

"Get outta here before you get me in trouble!" she says loudly, with a wink.

"Besmara's rancid breath! What happened down there?" Sandara exclaims as Tan approaches. "You look like a small shark took some pieces of you for lunch."

Sandara grunts trying to shift the heavy half-orc. "That's what I told these two earlier. Surviving on a ship like this requires a friend to watch your back." After they're moved, she sketches a mock bow and leaves for her own rack. "Best get some sleep. Tomorrow is another day o' work!"

The pirate grimaces at Tan but backs away from Mahlugul slowly, slinking back to her rack.

Sandara moves to help, shaking her head, "These two are gonna end up shark bait if they aren't more careful."

7 Sarenith, Lower Deck / Night

Sandara shoves Vanyel hard before he can get far into his bow. "I'm no 'lady' and you can keep that formal crap to yourself! We're on a pirate ship, not some noble's gala in Cheliax."

Tan checks the bundle, finding his dagger, Vanyel's alchemical kit, and something small of Clades's.

After the meal and rum are served, most of the crew settle in for the evening. About a third wrap in their hammocks and go immediately to sleep. The rest sit around talking or playing at dice games.

Perception DC 16:
Several of the crew discretely pool their rum rations into a large jug, which they then mix with water, some fruit rinds and spices. This grog is then shared with the contributors as they settle into a game.

Sandara angles lazily through the deck stores and meets up with Tan and Vanyel by the store. "Hey," she nods casually. She holds out a hand in greeting, while subtly tossing a small bundle at your feet.

7 Sarenith, Bloody Hour / Main Deck

As Mahlugul is receiving his punishment, Sandara steps over to Zevo-gark and calls out a quiet prayers. Zevo comes to as the pain and shock are alleviated.

4 hp healed.

Note, for Zevo and Mahl, all the damage is non-lethal.

7 Sarenith, Day / Main Deck

"I don't know that there's a leader among the swabs. Plugg runs the show, and has enough toadies among the crew to keep any troublemakers in line."

"He's a nasty one, and Masters Scourge and Shiv are his right and left fist. I'd not make any direct confrontation, if you value your skins."

7 Sarenith, Day / Main Deck

"None," Sandara replies with a smirk. "You do realize you're on a pirate ship, right?"

"I've only been on board a few days myself, so I'm still on the outs with most of the veterans. Some will give you a fair shake, but a good number are straight bastards. Be wary, and don't underestimate any of them."

7 Sarenith, Day / Galley

Jaundiced Jape snarls at Mahlagul and moves away without saying anything.

A few minutes later, the redheaded woman you saw earlier shifts her work closer to Malh and Zevo. In a low voice, she says, "Hey, I couldn't help overhearing, and I have to offer some friendly advice: I'd keep the 'mutiny' talk to yourself. You're not gonna make any friends trying to rustle up something against the Cap'n."

She looks around casually. When Master Scourge's attention is elsewhere, she pulls Mahl's dagger from her blouse and slips it to him. "I have some of the others' things, too... a few small items I managed to coax from Cutthroat Grok. Who you know will keep you alive on a pirate ship. Friends help each other out, enemies are trouble."

"Oh, I'm Sandara," she adds with a wink.

Zevo:
The officers you see on deck tend to stay on the quarterdeck with Captain Harrigan. No deck hands are allowed on the quarterdeck while the Captain is there.
