Each of us has plenty of blood on our hands. We all had to make choices sometimes about who to trust, and whose ends to support. Even those of us who tried to take a middle road, supporting the "greater good" of the Pathfinder Society as a whole, have been manipulated to unexpected ends at times. As you note, recently there's a group of agents and Venture Captains who have been trying to steer the Pathfinder Society onto a better path. Looking out for the people of Absalom, and showing more respect and care towards the other peoples we encounter around the world. Even Iando Kline has returned to the Society. Many families in Absalom who live far from noble intrigues were hurt during that Siege. You will need to find ways to properly address your past deeds that hurt innocents - not because "the Decemverate" or some magisterial authority compels you, but so you can finally get a good night's rest. But you clearly have a keen eye for when and where the Pathfinder Society has previously gone astray - and a sense of poetic justice might be just what is needed to help reestablish the Pathfinder Society's moral standing in society. I'd encourage you to consider returning to the Society with us. At the very least, perhaps you can help us take down Thurl once-and-for-all? That bastard used the Society's name and resources to hurt innocents and Pathfinders... and the Decemvirate were at least negligent in letting it happen. Heya! So, I'm at the Caravanseri, and I have drawn an item. I'm now supposed to draw an item from the box, pick one of the two to encounter, and banish the other. Does this mean I: a) draw a random item from my class box; or, b) draw a random card from somewhere else? If b), where do I draw the card from? I see lists of Armors, Blessings, Spells, Monsters, etc... but no Random Items?

Quick question for the GM. Looking ahead to the next obstacle I'll encounter (Up and Over, Acrobatics), and looking at the Chase rules on the PRD re: spells/abilities, I thought I'd ask if activating a particular boon would be relevant to the challenge? Jiraku's Eternal Path:
Until the beginning of your next turn, you may move through up to 10 feet of difficult terrain as if it were normal terrain; this effect stacks with the benefit of Acrobatic Steps and Nimble Steps feats. During this time, you also gain a +3 bonus on saving throws against any effect that would directly impede movement, such as entangle or slow. When this effect ends, you regain 1d8+5 hit points.
If this is too metagamey a question I can accept 'signs hazy, ask again after you try' as a reply, and if there was to be some benefit, I'm perfectly okay with not knowing in advance the details if that's preferable. Just thought I'd give you the heads up, and thought it worth checking to see if my head is in the right place for using the ability as part of a chase?

CMB minus 2: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (19) + 9 = 28 It could have been the dangerous glint in his eye, or the determined thrust of his chin. Just possibly, it might have been the malodorous smell on his tabbard and boots. In hindsight, though, most observers agreed it was probably gravity that propelled the couple-dozen-pounds of armour animated by a couple-hundred-pounds of muscle known as "Redgar" through the dense crowd that afternoon. :)
