"Alrighty, sounds like a plan to me!" Poffis calls out before hoofing it over to the others. Once in position she readies to conjure another orb of acid against the quickling, should it get close enough...

Seeing that the others seem to have the remaining miflits handled Poffis takes a step to the south and focuses her magic on the Quick One, flinging an orb of acid!
"I don't either but thought I'd mention it," Poffis replies as she continues to hustle to catch up to everyone else. She moves up and attempts to stab the nearest vexgit with her longspear...
"Oi! Now I remember! They're vexgits!" Poffis suddenly hollers. "Little boogers'll wreck your gear if you ain't careful but putting some cold iron to 'em might make 'em think twice!"
"Huh...looks like every kinda fey critter got invited to th' party," Poffis remarks as she hustles back out of the undergrowth and onto the trail, heading towards the imminent melee. "What sorta critters are YOU guys?"

Assuming the Divine Lance doesn't finish it off...
Though she's not quite sure what sort of critter the little gremlin is Poffis is reassured, thanks to her companions, that it can and does bleed like anything else. She circles around, crunching through the undergrowth, until she's close enough to strike with her longspear.
Poffis hustles after the others, winding her way around to avoid the thick undergrowth. When the little gremlin is pointed out she pauses, trying to get a good look at it.
"Hrm...y'know, I think we could be a big help doin' either thin, but, uh..." Poffis looks at Blanka and Samantha, "...I think we'd do th' most good helpin' with guardin' an such."
"An' stay down!" Poffis snorts as she pulls her longspear free of the thrall. Though it looks like Samantha is no longer in danger, the gnome still hustles to the aid of her and Blanka, circling around to make sure the thing can't get away before poking at it with her spear.
"Hrgh!" Poffis grunts as she's slapped upside the head and then grabbed by one of the vine-creatures. Luckily she's able to resist the effects of the thing's pollen. It's awkward but she attempts to stab at her attacker with her longspear...
"Ugh...plants an' bones workin' together don't sound like my cuppa tea," Poffis remarks with a grimace. She tries to recall if she's ever heard of anything quite like these creatures before as she moves forward and ducks behind a nearby tree/tree stump.

"Seems t' me that th' Thorn-in-our-Side's th' only one that's been messin' with th' land around here an' rilin' people up," Poffis can't help but point out. "Have you seen any of us rippin' up your homes or anythin' like that since we got here? Nah. We ain't like that. You ain't done anythin' t' us! We just wanna take care of business an' go home, not pester folks an' critters whose only issue is bein' in th' wrong place at th' wrong time."
"Yeah, like...it'd be a lot easier for us an' you guys an' everyone else if we could work things out without bustin' up anyone's home," Poffis chimes in. "An' I don't think anyone here likes breakin' things an' hurtin' critters."
"Whoa now, hold up a sec," Poffis remarks as she realizes the newbies are ready to charge right off into the 'meadow'. "Ah...y'know, there's a lotta nasty things that can hide in a meadow...holes...snakes...brambles...mebbe we'd best check th' forests or somethin' instead."
"Whoop! Good job there fellas! Keep 'em busy an' we'll hopefully have this thing disabled here in a minute..." Poffis calls before turning her attention back to the mushroom ring.
Nature:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26
Though she and Locke seem to be making good headway the gnome does try to duck down next to the mushroom ring, should one of the emerging fey decide to take a swing at her.

"Urgh...least th' tree kept me from gettin' rolled off a cliff or somethin'," Poffis groans as the group finally finishes scouting the new path and returns to base camp with their findings. "But nothin' a few bandages an' mebbe a nip of whiskey can't fix!"
And as it happens, her teammates are only too happy to provide the former (and possibly the latter).

"With this many people knowin' how t' track an' such there ain't no way we won't find somethin'!"
"You tell 'em, Blanka!" Poffis hollers in solidarity as the winds pick up something fierce. "Still, mebbe we'd better find a place or two t' take shelter...just in case!"
"Whoa nelly! Can barely keep my feet in this stuff!" the gnome yells as she tries grabbing onto the nearest tree, rock, or person to keep from being knocked flat by the powerful winds.
"Whew! Looks like there might be some pockets of clear air here an' there," Poffis declares after studying the terrain and the atlas. "Hold yer breath an' make a dash for it, folks!"
Poffis considers the numerous tasks that lie ahead, idly bouncing one leg as she does.
"Hmm...Samantha's got a good point, we need a path t' follow if we wanna get anywhere in a hurry. But after that we need t' keep it clear so we might wanna go take care of that shroom gate next. An' after that...we should prob'ly help th' greenhorns an' then check out the plants an' animals to make sure there won't be any nasty surprises later! Oh an' go make sure there ain't any other shenanigans happenin' elsewhere out here."
"That's my take on it, anyway," she shrugs.

Pathfinder, Mushroom, Newbies, Plants/Animals (in whichever order), Jungle Shenanigans? Just to spitball some ideas~
"Well! We make a right good team," Poffis remarks as she considers the options and chooses a lesser antidote from the excess supplies.
"Least most of us do. Guess I got up on th' wrong side of th' bed this mornin' or somethin'..." she adds, a little embarrassed about her lackluster performance so far.
"Nice! Always good t' get th' lay of th' land before actually gettin' out in it," Poffis grins as she selects a book on botany out of the pile and gets to reading.
"Huh...I think mebbe I can bend some of th' metal back inta shape..."

"Yow! Sharp edges! Uh...mebbe I'll just go keep th' greenhorns entertained an' outta trouble for a bit..."
Embarrassed, Poffis wanders over to the group of neophytes and regales them with the story of her last mission.
Trying for a critical success because why not?
"An' so then we just had t' pry th' thing out of its' face! And lemme tell ya, if you can deal with somethin' like that then all this business here should be a breeze!"
"Deaf? Ain't nothin' that can't be solved by a stick an' some dirt iffin' no one knows sign," remarks a small gnome, dressed in simple leathers and sporting shockingly bright and vibrant red-orange hair. Over her back is slung a backpack and wooden shield; a sickle hangs from her belt and she wields a longspear in her hand - though right now it's clearly more of a walking stick than a dangerous weapon.
"Here for th' job too, huh?" she continues, looking at Locke and the iruxi woman. "Good deal! Th' more th' merrier, I always say. Name's Poffis Whindlebit an' this here's my friend, Sunny Valley - though they'll answer to just Sunny, too. Nice t' meetcha."
Poffis offers a rather grimy-looking hand for a shake. For anyone looking closely, it looks like she just rolled in from the fields. She glances down and to the side, beckoning to someone behind her.
"Come on, don't be shy! We're gonna be workin' with lotsa folks so you need t' get used t' talkin'."
There's a pause and then finally, a tiny humanoid-shaped plant peeks out from behind Poffis' leg.

Poffis looks decidedly worse for the wear once the dust settles but she's still on her feet - probably out of sheer stubbornness.
"See? I told you we were tryin' t' help!" she remarks to the Leshy Crafter. "Give it a bit of time an' I bet you'll feel a lot better with that thing outta your eye than y'ever did with it in."
She takes a seat on a nearby boulder, once again leaning on her longspear.
"An' now maybe th' land here can start t' heal..." the gnome smiles.
Hmm...is there any way to move/drag him back toward the group? If I can just take another Stride or even a Step then I'll do that, otherwise I'm legitimately unsure of what else I can or should do with just one action remaining.
Poffis dashes up to where Meadow and Groggg hold the struggling Leshy Crafter and she reaches out to grab hold of the piece of obelisk jammed into his eye. As she does, she lifts one foot and plants it against the Leshy Crafter's chest and attempts to pull the piece of stone free!

Not sure if she takes the -2 item penalty for not having a crowbar so please adjust the above accordingly, if so.
And if it doesn't budge on the first pull, she tries it again!

Hey guys, I've been feeling a bit run-down lately and have spent a fair bit of my free time sleeping and catching up on sleep. This is my weekend to work though and so I'll aim to get a post done either before I head to work tonight or perhaps later in the evening if my shift isn't too busy; feel free to bot/delay me though if necessary. "Huh...you think there's more t' learn from this thing then?" Poffis asks as Valdris explains what he's learned from the strange stones.

"Abyssal energy, eh? That'd explain th' crazy an' twisted forest spirits," the gnome confirms after studying the stone - with the benefit of Valdris' own discovery - and giving the matter some thought. "Looks like there was s'posed t' be a lot more of these monolith things spewin' that energy, though. Since there's just th' one, takin' care of it - one way or th' other - oughta put th' forest spirits right again pretty quick. So...that's th' good news, I reckon."

Poffis scowls as the group comes across the strange and corrupted valley, making sure to try and keep her head down and stay out of sight as they approach.

"Huh. Seems like that one there's th' leader," Poffis whispers, nodding at the mostly-mundane leaf leshy. "Wonder how th' heck that piece of rock got stuck in its' eye?"
Remembering what happened earlier, at the river, Poffis carefully draws out her sling...certain she'll have need of it very soon.
"Geeze...next it'll be mutated bears an' wolverines," Poffis grumbles as she leans against her longspear like a walking stick. When it comes to the strange script on the stones, she shakes her head.
"Ain't never been much for learnin' languages, I'm afraid. Hopefully one of y'all can make sense of it."
She looks down at her wounds, frowning a bit. "Heck, I'd prolly be fine t' keep on keepin' on a bit longer but iffin' we want to patch up now I think I can take care of it - Groggg's wounds too."
