"OOweek! Not so tight!" Pinpi squeaked like a toy as she was grappled up into the air. Knowing how these things work in the outside world-- being held carefully means they can't hit you when you throw things. SO~ Pinpi prepares and slaps a bomb at Tig.

"So wait... the friendly three-eyed metal person is now the bad guy? I'm so confused." Pinpi thought to herself trying to rattle her brain around everything she'd been doing. They were trying to close the portals, but now the robot wanted them to use them to blow up the entire facility and Absalom with it... well she understood that bit. Regarding Tig, "Look, i like explosions too but sometimes you have to be respectful of other people... usually."

"Rojer-Rojer, Captain Rojer!" Pinpi saluted happy to have her task divvied out at the moment. She's go on to try messing with the portals as she had earlier, working past the nausea of non-sugary foam.

"Oh! Oh!" Pinpi said excitedly as everyone began to light up with new emotion. Things were starting to feel fun again. Rushing over to Ed she looked at the strange portals.
"I'm good with my hands if i can help somewhere. I might know what I'm doing... maybe... possibly..." She laughed a bit hesitantly, "I wouldn't mind following the guidance of someone who does seem like she's seen this kind of place before." She regarded to Ed.

Blagh... not only was it something Pinpi was unfamiliar with but it also tasted awful! What kind of maniac doesn't use edible ingredients? "I don't feel too good. I think i ate too much foam..." Seeing how long conversation already was taking, Pinpi decided to shrug and move to the nearest open canvas of old wall and pulling out and setting up some of her painting tools. They were on a mission-- but times like this where she wasn't needed, Pinpi has more important things to do. Such as making this gloom place more happy.
"What kind of colors does Jethzerai like?" Pinpi asks over, "Purple? Yeah, he seems like a real purple kind of character to me." She answers for them, beginning by painting a large circle on the wall.

Waiting casually, inspecting the armor but shrugging it off as unnecessary. "I can't bounce around very well if I'm wearing that stuff!" Mind you, she barely recognized the suit as armor to begin with. It was obviously made to protect the body... but its design was unlike anything she'd seen before. Usually she was at least selectively intelligent, but ever since entering this place she's felt... more ignorant than usual. She began to nervously sip some of her tasty suger-laced extracts.

Figure I'll go ahead and put on a couple of other long-term buffs before transversing this door.

Hearing a whole lot of nothing from Ed that didn't ping in her mind, Pinpi did catch one thing-- "Oh, 'flash'bang? That sounds like fun! I like explosions. What does it do?" She asked, twitching now and then from the copious amounts of sugar in her extracts and mutagen starting to take effect.

Over the course of the minute, Pinpi starts idly playing with a pink paint across the walls-- drawing the robot. As it comes closer she steps back for a moment before going back to painting, "It doesn't make much sense to me!... do you think it wants a new color?"

Pinpi of course ready to put off the painting (now and forever) when Rojer suggests moving forward.

Realizing she's about as useless as Ember at the moment without even trying-- given her lack of weird construct knowledge and weakness in lack of strength she waits near him. "Soo~ do you like face painting? Normally i would say mission first, but we have to wait anyway-- right?"

Pinpi plays around a bit with her hat of disguise on the long way down, periodically taking an extract or potion from her pack and drinking it. Once at the bottom, they got to see a strange metal octopus with a humanoid face... she wasn't exactly sure about whether to attack it or not either. "Hello, my name is Pinpi!" She said cheerfully, stepping closer hoping for new friends... ignorant to what 'it' was.

Seeing the preoccupation of the group with greetings to the family of Marw, she took the chance to move closer to Rojer Steves with a few paint tools at the ready. Her attempts to decorate this time around would need to be sleighter than normal. Still, with the distraction of conversation-- she might just get something done! Just a recolor again, nothing special....

Pinpi listened to the preliminary mission details, but nothing stuck out as particularly interesting to her specifically. She was curious about two things though. "Now, when you say deactivate, does this have to be like... 'shh, bed time power source!' or can it be more of BANG! SPOOSH! EXPLOSION thingy." She asked, basically questioning whether they could destroy it if they couldn't simply quiet the power down.

Looking to Marw thereafter, her next question spoke with hypocrisy and built upon something running in her mind after mentioning it to Ember. "So... do you guys like... call each other chokers too or is that offensive? I mean I'd like to know what to call you ... your kind.. unless you do like being called that in which case, woah~ weird habits." Taking a short breath, she continued, "On that note, are they all like you in the sense that they're big-handed... or are they more of a metaphorical 'family'?"

Delayed stuff—nobody needs to respond
After some pondering, Pinpi concluded, “Everyone smiles!... Rojer-Rojer is just one of those inside-smiling people.” With the discussion of their proficiencies she smiled giddily at the thought of the Ifriti and them both having fun in the fire. “My name is Pinpi, as Rojer-Rojer mentioned. I make big fireworks. Real big ones! … I’m careful though, because I know they hurt good people as well as the bad.” Her discussion on the wonders of fire was cut short to the introduction of a pathfinder she’d never seen before—a happy little… girl? And a dog. The girl fighting for Pinpi’s record holding cheeriness. Mimicing Ember’s action and whispering quietly to him, “Ohh~ I like her!”

After the venture captain’s briefing Pinpi thought back on what she knew about Karamoss. She tended to know magical things and was a real people's person and so loved talking to people… but not much in way the of devices.

Arcana: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (10) + 17 = 27
Engineering: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27
Local: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (4) + 18 = 22

Pinpi was about to explain what she knew, but Ed beat her to the punch. She wasn’t upset though—her way of explaining things was just as fun!... or more accurate… hm… … more fun. Thinking about who they were talking to though, Pinpi decided to play the guessing game, ”Are we going to get that giant power thingy Ed mentioned? Or way, another scouting team? Hm… Oh—oh! Is the reason you haven’t gone out of the lodge in a while because you found a secret friend deep below that’s been telling you all of the secrets and how now you know exactly what to do and so have called upon us as Pathfinders?” Pinpi spoke with so much excitement it was hard to believe it built up to the end of the run-on question.

Dungeoneering: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23

After being led to meet the strange creature, Pinpi leaned over to Ember yet again with a non-quiet whisper, "Gosh, you can't just ask weird big-handed things if they're chokers!..." She considered what she said for a moment. I mean what they are, which in this case is a choker... not to say he's going to choke you i mean really whoever came up with that name is mean... Her 'whisper' progressively longer than it should be.

The sounds of liquids slosh back and forth as a paint-stained abomination walks to the designated meeting location. At first sight it’s obvious the sloshing is her alchemical materials but upon a closer inspection her person is carrying an odd assortment of paints as well; the two unorganized in their position on her person. Wearing not but simple paint-stained clothes she appears with a wide smile eager for the fun to soon come from the new mission she’d be sent on. If not for her skin tone and the evidence of small bony points breaching the forest of her unnaturally pink colored afro it would be hard to identify her as a tiefling.

Hardly able to contain herself upon seeing another person already present, Pinpi's eyes focused immediately on a beautiful adamantine canvas. With a short gasp to prepare her for conversation she bounced closer to him, “Roger! Roger! We get to go together again, are you ready to have fun?!” Without waiting for a response, “I’m ready to have fun! It’s the most important part of being a Pathfinder after exploring but before reporting, but you knew that!” She announced matter of factly.

A very fiendish looking Tiefling with both her own pair of vestigial wings and a tail wanders around staring at the walls before recalling her attention to why she was here. "My name is Pinpi," she began in a high, almost gnomish voice. "The entire journey was amazing! First, we all messed wi...." she paused to clear her throat, "I mean, my friends traded favors with Grandmaster Torch to gain access to Seeker's Folly. On the way i named a lot of the dunes and rocks, like Boulder and Tom and my Fetchling friend found a really unique one he called 'annoying' but didn't seem to like it very much." She pauses as she realized she'd trailed from what the venture captain likely wanted to hear.

"Anyway! We actually got to speak to the Diamond sage with Amenopheus, and they got into an argument... personally, I've been yelled at a lot by him so i asked what anyone would! If i were to singe some ancient artifacts... or draw on them... or paint the tomb walls... you know, have fun, if they would get mad." She paused, "Not that i did-- er i mean would do any of that! But then both got angry at the suggestion." At the point she fumbles around to keep the obvious alchemical reagents from accidentally mixing with the painting tools poorly positioned and hidden under her cloak. "My friend though, suggested sir Ambrus Valsin for the position. He mentioned good points like how he's always in Absalom, he's knowledgeable, holds power without corruption, and down to an agent's level." She finishes, with a quiet whisper, "And he might be less angry about the 4th commandment of fun..."

Summary: Ambrus Valsin, because that was suggested and my Pinpi didn't want either of the other two!
