While I doubt we, or and settlement for that matter, will let anyone just walk right on in no questions asked, if it was clear you came in peace/weren't a spy/etc and respected the laws we have then I don't see why not. The adaptation of PF into PFO, with it's higher level of player interaction, such as the example of settlement/nation/empire/insertnamehere conflict, makes the game much more complicated. While we still have the labels of alignment in-game and definable aspects what those are, our version of Golarion, because of it's complicated, multi-layered aspect, will have more of a tinge of grey to it.
I think Bringslite sums up the idea, of how Xeilias will function, pretty well. As for the structure, based on game mechanics, Shane does justice to the workings of that with his explanation. With the Chartered Companies being attached to a settlement and the settlements themselves being overseen by the Council. The culmination and collaboration of all of these parts forming the empire itself.

Sorry, I didn't quite mean to imply that one has to be solely aligned with either of those extremes to interact with Pax. But listing all of those states of interaction didn't quite have the same ring to it. I appreciate you bringing it up though, just in case others got the wrong idea. :)

Is it the size of the hands that gave that away? We are, of cause, supportive of all lifestyles but it seems odd that you make it seem as if that is our focus. Not that there's anything wrong with that! /Jerry But really, I don't "get" what your post is about. Perhaps someone with more comprehension that I would care to fill me in? I mean, it seems as if he is openly recruiting for a shadow organization, but that seems somewhat counter intuitive. Perhaps the second half, with the opinions of the groups to be present in PFO is throwing me off... Like it is perhaps meant to! Well played BrotherZael, well played sir. |
