My card was just authorized for this order at the full amount and did not use the store credit balance as the order should have.

Is there a way to make sure the store credit is applied to this order before it is shipped out?

When this order was generated, there was a single shipment shipment listed on the confirmation email. Now as the order has shipped, it was split into two shipments. The items are not unheard of being together in a single box, as the order is a Pathfinder Adventure Path volume and a flip-mat multi-pack.

The original order total was $46.19 (with $43.09 store credit applied) and now the order total is $50.38 (again with $43.09 store credit applied). There wasn't any indication that this order was going to be shipped separately (and increase costs because the items are no longer in the same package).

Is there a way to get the shipping cost resolved with this as it wasn't expected nor was there notification of the change in shipping (cost/method) prior to the order being shipped?

I had contacted previously via the phone number and left a message about my order charging above what I thought was going to be the total including my store credit but hadn't received a response.

I see that the order shipped today and that my store credit balance wasn't used on the order. Why did this happen? I had placed store credit on the account to help with my subscription orders and today I see that it skipped the credit. (Though the order summary would make me believe that the credit did apply, the credit is still on my account and the payments transaction on the order shows the full amount charged to my card.) With the code changes for shipping and taxes, should this be expected to repeat on future orders?

It seems that my order is being stuck as it originally was using store credit to process but because of a replacement book being added to the order which increased the shippng cost. The order is now being declined despite having store credit on the account which could cover the order.

The replacement book added is a replacement for a damaged Deluxe Core Rulebook, however there also needs to be a replacement for a damaged Deluxe Bestiary. I had sent in an email on August 5th, which was partially replied to on September 5th. I replied to the new confirmation email, as I missed the updated order details which lacked the replacement Deluxe Bestiary book.

Can I get the order updated with the correct replacement books and use my available store credit to get the order shipped out?

I know that the launch of Second Edition had clogged the email inbox for Customer Service. I'd like to know if the email inbox is still being worked on and that the email I sent in on August 5 has been received and in's in the process of being resolved.

I had received damaged Deluxe Editions of the Core Rulebook and Bestiary so I sent an email in with attached pictures.

Do I need to resend the email to make sure that it has been received?

While I know I'll be able to process my pending subscription starting on Monday August 26, I do have some concerns with some items in the order. I know there's a backlog on emailed issues and I don't want this to be missed prior to the order process being completed.

I had won a PF2 lanyard in July on Twitch (I emailed Payton my details on July 22) and I requested the item be shipped with my subscription. I thought the item was free, but my order summary is showing there's a cost for the lanyard being shipped to me. Is the lanyard free or is there a cost for winning it on Twitch? If the lanyard isn't free, I'd rather it were removed from my order.

Hrm. I'm not quite sold on this set. I remember trying to use the AP gear cards before and that ran aground quickly.

I see that we can now start an Accessory subscription starting with the Critical Hit Deck. I'm wondering if adding a subscription to the Accessory line before the shipment of a pending order would grant the pdf copy to the Paizo exclusive GM Screen.

Would setting up a subscription that way be the way to add the pdf for the exclusive screen as the pdf grant is on August 1st and not when the order ships this month?

I had reached out earlier to get Druma removed from my subscriptions, but it seems to have sneaked its way back and appears in my pending order now. Could I get that book removed without undoing the subscription for the World Guide series?

Additionally, I had contacted customer service about applying my PaizoCon volunteer voucher and it was said to have been applied (to the Deluxe CRB and the Character Sheets), but in the order summary I don't see that being applied (was a $70 voucher). Is there a way to be sure about the voucher being applied correctly?

In checking the site today, I thought the earlier issue of the World Guide subscription was resolved when during the check out process it showed starting with the Lost Omens World Guide at the place order screen. Once I placed the order, however, I saw that Druma was the book slated to start the subscription.

Could I get the Druma book removed and leave the World Guide subscription in place?

I'm trying to complete an order of several items in my cart, with the Reign of Terror book to ship later with my subscriptions. I select place my order and have funds to process the order but the transaction is showing declined on Paizo's side.

The $129.79 that miniatures cost is now showing several times on my bank, and I called my bank to make sure that the card was working.

Is there a way to get the order to process against one of the authorizations already pending on my card?

In my own game, I've decided to expand the Senate NPC characters role in Part One of Crownfall.

I think posting some ideas here may help other GMs that may be considering the same. I've only started on my list, but wouldn't mind seeing others expanding the Taldan Senate with their ideas as well.

Here goes:

Background A senator from a seat tied to Porthmos Gap, while disinterested in typical politics Avernathus is looking to pass along his knowledge to future generations.

DESCRIPTION
Appearance A balding man well in his sixties with a weathered face and wispy white hair falls roughly around his face in a hollow crown of hair.

Personality A noble that seemingly have strong-armed his way into power, Grand Duke Avernathus is gruff and distant around typical politicians but seemingly keen on spellcasters who wish to learn more. He loves being the center of attention when dealing with magical forces, using the rumors of his ascendance in political standing to pass along his sage advice to upcoming magical and martial mentees.

DISCOVERY
Weakness (Knowledge [arcana] or Profession [solider] DC 18): Avernathus is proud of his prowess in magical and martial fields, but the magus is fearful that his information will be overshadowed in the senate by his lack of actual power, which his disinterest in kept him from perceived corruption but has kept the best acolytes away from his mentorship. Wasn't quite sure where to place this concern I have with the physical maps I received from my Starfinder Map subscription. There seems to be a printing issue with the maps Basic Starfield and Basic Terrain.

The grid on the Basic Terrain seems to have been printed at 1 1/8 inches by 1 1/8 inches. The Basic Starfield seems to have been printed at 1 1/4 inches side to side (I don't own another hex map to compare to, so not sure if that is what is meant by 1 inch hexes).

I noticed on Beasts of War this morning that Soda Pop Miniatures is releasing miniatures based on the Pathfinder Worldscape comics.

Currently for pre-order are: John Carter of Mars, Tars Tarkas, Tarzan, Red Sonja, and a collection of the four.

Excellent news.

Also, can we change the "Class Deck" subscription name to maybe "Character Deck" as there is more than just classes in that deck subscription?

Like some others, I'm not seeing the Starfinder Accessories and Maps subscription on my subscriptions page, though I see that I ordered them today when looking at those pages to sign up.

Is there a limit to what is displayed on the subscriptions page or is there something that needs poking at?

I'm happy to announce that the Tri-Cities Pathfinder Society is having it's second annual Amphisbaena Weekend.

It's our double-header weekend featuring Season Eight scenarios, a Cosmic interactive and several pre-gen only adventures featuring the Aspis Consortium and Elemental-kin.

During the event, we'll be raising donations for United Through Reading, a non-profit organization that helps US Military families dealing with physical separation by fostering the bonding experience of reading aloud together.

United Through Reading helps create emotional connections between parents and their children, encourages literacy, and makes homecomings easier.

The event will be at Bee Happy Community Acupuncture in Kennewick WA near the Columbia Center Mall.

I have seen in other threads the call-outs for awesome moments in Serpent's Rise, but this is to track which Pathfinders the Aspis agents took as disguises.

In our run through, two of the three tables had the mission of infiltration by disguised agent, and both tables chose Janira as the Pathfinder patsy. One even had "Janira" carve up the tables and ride off into the siege on a rukh when the dragon came to town...
