Bit of a necropost, but this is Google's top result for trying to find sooty flame. I found this entry on a Pathfinder-based 3rd party book--I don't know if it is the official definition before sooty flame got cut from Mythic rules or an original creation, but lacking official errata AFAIK this seems like a decent substitute. There's an entry named sooty flame for mythic flame drakes, and a different version for a mythic great wyrm red dragon.

Jason Nelson was one of the authors in both books, so I think, you are right.

My thumbs up for ORC! Thank you PAIZO. I guess I won't spend money for WotC RPG products.

And a creature with DR 1/- and +1 natural armor bonus, have DR 3/- that can be bypassed only bye colossal creatures, right?

A creature that already has DR/— or DR/epic increases its DR by an amount equal to its natural armor bonus.

I agree to DR 3/—: one from DR 1/—, one as DR/Armor from the +1 natural armor bonus, and one additional DR/Armor from the +1 natural armor bonus because of the tables footnote "A creature that already has DR/— or DR/epic increases its DR by an amount equal to its natural armor bonus."

Without the additional DR/Armor from the +1 natural armor bonus the footnote would't make any sense. Furthermore, it should come as a DR/Armor, because the footnote refers to the DR/Armor column.

11/Magic plus 10/good and silver. Large creatures can overcome the 11/Magic. The target creature uses the better DR that applies against the attack.

So, an attack by a non-magical weapon is using the 11/Magic, while a Large opponent comes up gainst the 10/Good and Silver, regardless of the weapon it uses (unless the weapon is good and silver, in which case it ignores all of the DR on the target). An attacker with the [Good] subtype attacking with a non-magical silver or mithral weapon comes up against the 11/Magic. An attacker with a +1 Silver Holy weapon ignores all of the DR.

This DR is not additive, so there is no circumstance in which the creature is treated as having 21/<whatever>.

RAW: "Unlike most forms of damage reduction, DR/armor stacks with other types of DR."

Did Urazra get subdomains yet? I can't find them anywhere.
Urazra Subdomains: Blood, Demon, Ferocity, Fur, Resolve, Tactics

In “Fortress of the Stone Giants” Urazras domains have been Animal, Chaos, Destruction, Strength, War. Destrutcion seemed to fit well. Why was it changed to Evil?

Can you tell when and why Haldmeer Grobaras died? Plese, tell please

He died very recently, around 4718 or 4719. We haven't said much more about his death yet, but we will; the time's not yet right to tell that story. I hope to do some more Magnimar/Varisia/Sandpoint stuff at some point in the near future, at which point that product might be the right place to say more.

That said, as a quick spoiler from the upcoming Legends book...

** spoiler omitted **

Thank you, that's helpful!

If the PCs have done every encounter and there's only 4 PCs in your group... they should actually be 5th level.

Even then, Malfeshnekor isn't intended to be someone that the PCS have to kill or defeat before moving on to the next adventure; Burnt Offerings is "over" once they defeat Nualia. The expectation is that the PCs might explore a little further but then have to start the next adventure, and maybe when they're 5th or 6th or even 7th they can come back and finish off Malfeshnekor; he'll wait. He's not going anywhere.

He's not meant to be the big bad end guy of Burnt Offerings, though.

I think that it would have been really helpful if that specific expectation was printed explicitly in the adventure, because I know at least one adventure group that could have saved one very nonsatisfying rpg-experience. This is one more example why I am not satisfied with the adventure path.

I also researched for rules for the legality of necromancy in the lands of Golarion. At last I've found some rules in the Undead Slayer's Handbook. It is supposed that "Necromancy is taboo in most societies and cultures."

Rules for laws regarding the sale and use of necromantic paraphernalia as well as the sort of reaction in different types of settlements are described. "Add the settlement’s Crime, Corruption, and Lore modifiers to calculate its Attitude Toward Undead result. The higher Attitude Toward Undead result, the more likely the settlement is to indulge in and allow necromantic practices." There's a table for punishments for obvious displays of necromancy as well as dealing and possession of onyx gems. Necromancy may be capital, felony, misdemeanor, or legal, depending on the attitude toward undead.
