Fanfare announces your return as you enter the town square… but aside from a couple children tugging at their mother’s skirts, pointing in awe at the metal monkey bone, minds are hardly on the successful hunt.

It seems there is a confrontation between Donny and a man with a tattoo on his forehead. They aren’t casting spells at each other, just angry glares.

Whoever posts first, please choose:
• Say something to Donny.
• Say something to the man with the T-shaped logo tattooed on his forehead.
• Plausible third option.

Floyd the Pink plays Tear Down the Wall! (Warning: the Pink Floyd movie is disturbing!) The war horn causes chunks of brick to tumble toward Emi!

Emi-na, roll a d20 vs. Magic!

10+:
You’re fine! You can use Floyd’s magic against him if you want!

9 or Less:
You’re not fine! Your buried in rock! You feel yourself smothered in sandy air! Lose health unless you can use your magic to blast this off if you!

Atk roll 1-5: lose ♥️♥️♥️.
Atk roll 6-10: lose ♥️♥️.
Atk roll 11-15: lose ♥️.
Atk roll 16-20: remain unscathed!

(In addition, Floyd and/or Robert will be caught in the blast, depending on your attack roll.)

Sir Floyd the Pink’s war horn is an odd relic. Before blowing into it, he whispers Careful with that axe, Eugene.” The horn’s sound is not music, but the death-cry of victims.

This imbues the axe-wielder’s weapon with dark magic. Sir Randy the Savage’s weapon drips inky blackness.

Buuuuut, much to Sir Floyd’s frustration, Sir Randy the Savage is not using his axe so he can shoot the flying person.

Fanfare echoes over the wilderness! Those are hunting horns! The knights have found the chimera while you were all frolicking!

You can hear a lion’s roar! Pained bleating! Metal clanking! Rapid thumps—and a scream! It all feels eternally long, yet cut short when the sounds fade to ambient disturbance. A whisper. A prayer to not have to face that same foe twice.

Well… you defeated last year’s killer. Surely you’re cut out to finish what’s been started, right?

The king permits you all to take out the primate who killed several barbarian hunters last year. Yes, you will be handsomely compensated for that.

Fanfare makes it official! It is time to exit the gates!

The knights move out, as do four wizards and a pair of huntresses!

The Stranger assures Badia and Randy, “Mah teammate and yours are taggin’ along… taken with a grain of salt.”

To figure out what he means,
• Badia roll a 6 on a d12
• Randy roll a 6 on a d20
• and/or ask/guess aloud and see if he straight up tells you.

Badia may or may not have sandy dreams. If she does, Emi-Na certainly has the magic to bring them to life… but who the f$@& can dream anything with all that godsdamned fanfare?!
