Sorry. wrote: Here is my official application:
I have this concept in mind, a dual cursed oracle of dark tapestry, the curses being: Haunted and Legalistic.
Battle wise, she would be a partial healer, battle controller.
Role play wise, and here is the tricky bit, she is just a common fisher girl, being ‘partially’ possessed for some ‘entity’ or any of Brevoy enemies. It would not change much in how things go in game, only her ending coal, that would have been from the start, to create some sort of power or nation which she could use to attack or interfere with Brevoy, which may not even take place in the game, just as a ‘after everything was done, this is what she is up to’.
Here is what I have in mind for back story, it is bit of a text adapted from something I read long ago, but I do hope you enjoy it.

Very impressive getting a 48-point build.. in a 15-point build campaign. Also the name fits too well. *Chuckles*

Checking in for those of you in my Shattered Star Campaign! I may be looking to get that one back up and running in the near future, so if you're still available, please let me know over there!
@Fenyx: Sadly, i know nothing of AD&D 2nd Ed - I played a bit of Baldur's Gate II, but never really got into the system (Loved the game though)
I'll give it a look sometime though!

Marcellano tends to piss people off when he talks. I think its a class feature.
Male Chelish Human Fighter 1/Gunslinger 2/Guardian 1
Marcellano would just as much rather put a bullet between his pointy revolutionist-ears than work with him.
Barring that, we shouldn't tell him much - get what we need from him, stock up from the town, then leave.
Male Chelish Human Fighter 1/Gunslinger 2/Guardian 1
Taking off his hat and stowing it in his backpack before covering his face more fully with his furs and cold weather outfit, Marcellano then pulls out his shovel and, without further aideu, starts shovelling snow onto the merman, uncaring whether or not he gets any in Rasso's face as he does so.
"You heard the dwarf. Lets get a move on."

I'll check it out today, Rob! (Edit: Oh wait, can't start voting until tuesday!)
Also, some of you might be wondering why in the hell I took a rank of Knowledge(Geography) at level 3 when its not a class skill. I'm going Horizon Walker, and thus I need 6 ranks in it. Its kind of useless right now (Except, you know, right NOW, heh), but eventually I'll be excellent at it.
He's a survivor, and he plans on learning to survive in this damned frozen environment if he's going to be here long. And by long, he means any more time here at all, because he's already sick of the cold.

Upon hearing news of a map, Marcellano trudges through the snow over to Gwynn, who stands looking confused at the map. "Let me see it - navigation was something we learned in the Navy, and I might be able to figure it out." Barely waiting for Gwynn to hand it to him before he snatches it out of her hands, Marcellano takes a look at the map, turning it around a few times and looking around at the group's surroundings. He doesn't appear to get the gist of where they are, however.
Not willing to give up and make himself look bad at his failed attempt, he looks closer at the map and appears to enter some sort of trance, staring almost blankly at the piece of paper in his gauntlets. A moment later, he snaps out of it and shakes his head, as if to clear it.
"Ah, there we go!"

"Might I add," Marcellano clears his throat as he stows his rifle and pulls out his less-than-trusty musket, "That walking into a village with members of the group as.. unique looking as a few of us are might be a bad idea as well?" He motions with his free hand, gesturing particularly in the direction of Rasso, but also towards Teladon and himself as well. "We have in our midst a rather odd collection of appearances. That in itself might cause a stir - or, at the very least, we'll be noticed by those we might not wish to be noticed by."
He grunts as he finds his altered body hard to move in - though he may appear as cold and dead as Fenyx's servant Yvonne, it is apparent to the group that he is still very much alive - and he seems to be doing his best to ignore the changes to his physique, not letting his new handicap bother him.
"As much as I hate the idea of it, perhaps we should try to find cover and camp out until we can question the elf. Perhaps after, then we can see about investigating the town."

Male Chelish Human Fighter 1/Gunslinger 2/Guardian 1
Marcellano grins as he takes out one of the owlbears, noting his improved performance with this rifle over the musket that he still carries. Seeing that less than opportune targets remain, however, forces him to make choices. With Rasso, Styavnus, Ordrud, and the mink all engaging one of the crossbred beasts, he makes his choice rather easily.
"Oye, Fenyx, Gwynn, get your heads down, this one's going over them!"
Aiming his rifle, the line of fire coming awfully close to his allies' heads, Marcellano lines up a pair of shots right between the two. With confidence that he won't accidently shoot two of his allies in the back of their heads, he lets off a pair of shots in rapid succession at the owlbear currently receiving a bearhug from the elf.
The elf that Marcellano is still trying to remember the name of, despite having been told it mere minutes ago.

Reeling from the effects of something he didn’t understand, Marcellano takes no time worrying about his new ‘condition’. Though he feels stiffer, yet more durable, he also has a more difficult time aiming his shot. He aims his rifle at the cavalry rider’s owlbear, and with a rapid fluid motion not present previous to his encounter with the Rider, is able to get off two shots in the time it took him previously to take one, the sound of two cracks of gunfire letting the others know that he’s still in fighting condition, whatever effects taking place on him may be.

Hmmm.. Sudden Personal Shift, Dexterity, Neutral, eh?
Makes sense to an extent, with our recent Mythic Ascension - though perhaps it means something else is to change about Marcellano? Perhaps he'll learn from Styvanus, becoming more heroic and helping those that can't help themselves instead of leaving them to their fates. Or, perhaps he'll take the opposite path, finding a deeper meaning in his faith to Asmodeus as he explores his personal boundries.
We'll see ;)

Marcellano stood, alone, near the portal. He was the last one to go, covering the rear, much as Gwynn intended on doing. He stood there for a moment, thinking about his visions.. about his past.. about his possible future. As the portal's gale wind cakes snow onto his coat and hat, he simply stands there, unaffected by the cold thanks to the potion he had downed not long ago.
"Well, Uncle.. I've come quite a long ways from the crybaby you thought of me back when you first took me under your wing, eh? All of those years.. all of the discipline you drilled into me.. it seems to be finally paying off. Here I am, apparently set out to save the world, working with former enemies against a mutual foe. Strange, isn't it? You would probably have cut me down in an instant if you had known that I was allied with the Andorans, wouldn't you? You would call me a coward and a weakling for even accepting their help - you would likely have called me that regardless. Well.. you're wrong. They may be our nations' enemies, but right now, I need them as much as they need me. Perhaps.. when we meet again in Asmodeus's realm.. then you will understand. I am no longer who you thought I was. I am my own man now. And I am going to show you what I am made of. I will show you all who Marcellano Kain really is."
Speaking this thoughts out loud for once, now that he was alone, Marcellano seems to be talking to his deceased uncle, Commander Kyan Kain, former Bosun aboard the Dominator. Marcellano looks behind him one last time, looking back towards the cabin, towards those they left behind. You'll be fine. You are strong men - stronger than I will admit outloud. You've survived this long - you Andorans are tougher than we Chelish would ever admit. We'll handle it from here, though.
He turns back towards the portal and, without further adieu, gripping his hat so it doesn't get blown off his head, walks into the portal, leaving the nation of Andoran - his enemy, or so his superiors would say - behind. Forever.
For his real journey had just begun. Theirs all had.

Marcellano walks over to Gwynn, sticks the butt of his rifle down in the snow and looks at her straight in the eye. "What, backing out now, Knight-Captain? No. I cannot allow that. I may not be particularly fond of you Andoran types, but we have a mission to do. You were there for the passing of the Black Rider. You recieved his gift - his mission. Perhaps I was the one to accept it for the group, but you are a part of that group now, whether you like it or not. There is but only one direction to go, now - forward."
He pauses, continuing to glare at Gwynn, not taking his eyes off her as he speaks. "Captain Styvanus was the leader of our expedition to discover the fate of the forward expedition and to figure out how to shut down this portal. However, I was the one to accept this new mission - for all of us. Once the portal is shut, I will be taking charge in leading us to victory in the war. We must end this Reign of Winter once and for all. We have been given the information we need to do so. The peasants we left behind can handle themselves. Or not. It does not matter. Our job is more important than saving their pathetic lives - we are to save the entire thrice-damned world. You are coming with us, Knight-Captain. That is an order."

My familiar in Quest for Arcadia lobs alchemical weapons, helps me spot things (he has a better perception than I do), and helps me craft better. He's quite useful! Plus, he can use Presdigititation once per hour, effectively having it on all the time since its duration is one hour. Being an Alchemist, I don't have access to that minor but useful spell, so I love it!
Plus he's a flying tumor. XD

Yes we are third level.
As for rebuild.. you can still keep the spirit of the character, but change the mechanics and crunch. Thats what I did with Marcellano, who is now an Unbreakable Fighter 1/Musket Master Gunslinger 2.
He's still the same ol' Marcellano, though. Just now with more pew pew.

Male Chelish Human Fighter 1/Gunslinger 2/Guardian 1
Intending to only feel the kick of his rifle and hear the sound of a body falling in the snow, Marcellano is wholly unprepared for what happens next. As the fel magic pierces his chest and grips his heart, white-hot agony ripples through his very being, causing the marine to drop his rifle and crumple forward in the snow, his hat falling off and landing in front of him, upturned. As he lays there, writhing in a pain more real in his mind than his body, his armor rattles as if the marine shakes from the cold.
But the cold is not what causes him to shake. The visions racing through his mind are.
The sound of gunfire is heard off in the distance - innumberable shots, bouncing back and forth between forces hunkered down in trenches dug into the ground. Rows of spike-laden wires, sandbags, and corpses line the no-mans land between the trenches; the screams of the dying and the fighting fill the air, failing to be overshadowed by the repetitive thunder of artillery.
War.
A charge. Men scrambling over their defensive fortifications, charging at the enemy line with guns and bayonets - they crawl, cut, and scramble through the wire, trudge through the blood-soaked mud, and trip over both fallen foe and friend alike - only to be mowed down by gunfire firing faster than what should be possible, incinerated by flame spewed from pumps, or choked, suffocated, and infected by various types of deadly gasses. None make it to the other side. Few make it back to their own side.
Death.
A hulking monster of metal, gears, and steam slowly forces its way along - barreling headfirst, if slowly, past the trenches, through the barbed wire, and into enemy forces. The tapping sound of gunfire against metal is drowned out by the occasional thunder of the beast’s cannon. The screams of its victims can be heard, chunks of their bodies launched from where the impact site was. The beast is stopped not from its enemies, but from the very ground - stuck in the mud. It dies from inside, as its internal organs suffocate and burn from its very source. It screams from the inside as it finally rolls to a stop - dead.
Destruction.
Coughing, choking, and spitting up blood and saliva into the snow, Marcellano finally comes out of his trance - his face is half-buried in the snow. His beard, and one side of his face is encrusted with snow - saliva is frozen at the corners of his mouth and beard, frozen snot clings to his mustache. He looks groggy as he peers around, dazed, not understanding in the tiniest what just happened.
What he does know, however, is that he now posseses a newfound understanding of firearms - his visions notwithstanding, he knows that firearms are the future - even if they lead to the very same future that which he saw.
Slowly coming back to his senses, Marcellano wipes the sludge from his mouth and nose, then picks up his hat - dusting it off of snow in the mean time. He then plops it back on his head, and lifts himself up out of the snow, shakes himself off, and grabs his rifle.
”What in the nine Hells was that?”

Ah, math was off. I forgot that Dead Shot only added the extra bonuses (Deadly Aim, enhancement bonuses, etc) AFTER it adds the base dice. So, instead I'd be doing about 900 damage.
Popping over to Mythic Vital Strike and using Greater Vital Strike would instead bump it up to about 2000 damage.
So alls well! XD
Male Chelish Human Fighter 1/Gunslinger 2/Guardian 1
And the 4200 damage was for level 20/mythic 5 - we won't be getting there exactly, so it'll be under 4000.. but not a ton. Still over 3500 I think.
Fixed. Back to an Unbreakable Fighter 1/Musket Master Gunslinger 2/Guardian 1.
Male Chelish Human Fighter 1/Gunslinger 2/Guardian 1
Well I just realized I need to redo Marcellano a bit. Didn't notice the part where Trench Fighter and Unbreakable Fighter don't stack - didn't realize that Unbreakable Fighter got rid of the later Armor Trainings.
Sooo I gotta go back to the overpowered one after all. I think I saved it..
Male Chelish Human Fighter 1/Gunslinger 2/Guardian 1
New Marcellano is up! Working on my post now.
*Edit* Epiphany. Looking into it. Won't be much of a change.. but it'll grant me Snap Shot and Gun Training sooner at the cost of waiting for Dead Shot for a few levels. Not a huge fan of Dead Shot, even if it is stupidly powerful - perhaps being able to do an average of 4200 damage on a crit against creatures native to the cold at level 20 is the reason. I don't like overpowered. Heh. XD
I uh, also don't think I'll ever need healing again. Took Fast Healing as a Path ability instead of Mythic Deadly Aim. Fast Healing 5 for 1 minute for one mythic power? Yes please! Heh that'll take me from the negatives back up to full. ;)

Ah, Transformers nostalgia. Good stuff.. I remember that movie. I remember watching it many times.

Male Chelish Human Fighter 1/Gunslinger 2/Guardian 1
Alright guys, I'm going Guardian!
Eventually, I'm going to combine Retributive Reach with Improved Snap Shot and Mythic Combat Reflexes - allowing me to threaten within 20 ft for purposes of AoO, and I can do unlimited AoO's per turn.
For now, however, I'm grabbing a bonus Mythic feat, granting me Mythic Rapid Shot and Mythic Deadly Aim.
Tier 1: Bonus Mythic Feat(Deadly Aim), Mythic Rapid Shot
Tier 2: Legendary Weapon (Rifle)
Tier 3: Retributive Reach, Mythic Combat Reflexes
Tier 4: Legendary Weapon (Rifle)
Tier 5: Ever Ready, Mythic Improved Critical(Rifle)
This'll allow me to tank in a sense - anything that comes anywhere near me or my allies will get blasted again, and again, and again. Combining Dead Shot with a 19-20x5 crit weapon will be absolutely brutal - even moreso if I went with a Double Hackbut, but I don't like that weapon.
Meanwhile, my Rifle will gain the following abilities:
Tier 1: Rejuvenating
Tier 2: Powerful
Tier 3: Upgradable (Subject to Change)
Tier 4: Foe-Biter
Tier 5: Powerful
I.. uh.. will be able to double my x5 multiplier on a crit by spending two Legendary Surges. Combining Dead Shot, Mythic Rapid Shot, a high BAB, Haste.. yeaaahhh.
Working on finishing him up now!
Male Chelish Human Fighter 1/Gunslinger 2/Guardian 1
Hmm just realized something. The first time you take the "Intelligent" ability for your Legendary Item, you do not gain any special abilities. That.. kind of sucks. But at least the item can make perception checks at up to a range of 30 ft! XD
...Having a Rifle that can have Blindsense of up to 120 ft... would be excellent for my goal of making sure nothing sneaks up to us.
Male Chelish Human Fighter 1/Gunslinger 2/Guardian 1
According to that guide I mentioned, you have to take it at 1st - considering it says "Mythic Tier 1st", I think it is relatively akin to "Character Level 1st" on a few rare feats. So I think you do have to take it at 1st tier.. sort of a feat tax.
Not 100% sure on that, though.

Male Chelish Human Fighter 1/Gunslinger 2/Guardian 1
Alright guys, heres what I have planned. Instead of being a scout, I'm instead going to be the sentinel - aka, ensuring nothing can sneak up on us. With the Horizon Walker PrC, in my favored Terrain (Cold, primarily), I'll have a huge bonus to Perception (Among other things) - at level 10 Horizon Walker, a +14 from favored terrain alone. Combining that with items that increase my perception (And allow me to see invisible), I'll do everything I can to ensure nothing sneaks up on us - while Rasso/Teladon sneak around and make sure we can get the jump on other things.
With that in mind, I also plan on being a beast at range - firearms all the way, obviously. Plus, with Terrain Mastery, I'll consider everything native to cold environments as my favored enemy, using my favored terrain bonus as a favored enemy bonus.
Meaning, no more fey will ever sneak up on us again. Ever. And if they do? BLAM. :P In that regards, I'll also be grabbing the Snap Shot tree. :D
That being said, I'll still be good on the offense - and I can even sneak around in cold environs, as long as the enemy doesn't have tremorsense/blindsight/etc.
Now to decide if I want to go Trickster or Champion..
Male Chelish Human Fighter 1/Gunslinger 2/Guardian 1
Rob, you stated that we're going to hit 5th tier - what about overall levels? Not that it insanely matters, but if I can get around to going Unbreakable Fighter 1/Musket Master Gunslinger 7/Horizon Walker 10...
I'll be one happy SoB, even excluding the Mythic Tiers.
Male Chelish Human Fighter 1/Gunslinger 2/Guardian 1
Sounds reasonable. Oh yeah, Marcellano doesn't have a drawback either! Hmm.. definitely Provincial.
