That reroll is 100% not separate. It specifically tells you to read the rolls about re-rolls on page 40, which specifies players, not GMs. GMs get a bonus to their player reroll based on the number of stars that they have. Basically, RAW, the reroll is only for players to make on their own d20 rolls, not make the GM reroll something. I'm not trying to get you killed, but I've had my own PCs die many times in adventure paths almost entirely because we didn't follow the rules correctly, which makes the death that much more annoying when you realize you're only dead because a mistake was made. Regardless, the GM has (some) right to rule however they feel here to keep you alive, and yes, the reroll has been made, so we just have to move on. Edit: After checking with VCs, you 100% cannot ask a GM to reroll their roll with your reroll. But, like we agreed on, it has been done, so just keep it in mind for future reference. I'm definitely glad you're not dead. I almost killed a player in this game at my emerald spire table from CON damage as well.

All GMs receive the following rewards based on the number of GM stars that they have earned.
A player using any of the items from the reroll list on paizo. com/organizedplay/perks can reroll one d20 roll during the course of a scenario or quest. For modules and Adventure Paths, players may reroll one d20 per Chronicle sheet. This reroll must happen before the GM states the result and the player must use the reroll result, even if it is lower. Players can reroll natural 1s on checks for which a natural 1 guarantees failure. Players cannot use this reroll on checks that they have already rerolled, nor can they use other abilities that would allow them to reroll a check after using this benefit. GMs are also invited to wear Pathfinder merchandise, but they gain no in-game benefits for doing so. Obviously we waive the merchandise requirement since these games take place over multiple days and its not feasible to prove people are wearing shirts etc. Since it's PbP, sometimes we have to roll with the whole, reroll before results thing, since the timing can be hard to keep in line. Also, looks like its only d20 rolls, so you'll have to reroll the save, not the damage.

I've never seen a GM reroll allowed to be applied to the current GMs roll. It's for the player to reroll one of their rolls. It's called a GM reroll because you have to be at least a 1 star GM to get one and each star adds 1 to the roll.

Hard to tell what is exactly happening with the poison, mainly about the two saving throws, but keep this rule in mind. "However, if there is still poison active in you when you are attacked with that type of poison again, and you fail your initial save against the new dose, the doses stack. This has two effects, which last until the poisons run their course. Increased Duration: Increase the duration of the poison by 1/2 the amount listed in its frequency entry. Increased DC: Increase the poison’s DC by +2. These increases are cumulative (a third dose adds another 1/2 of the frequency to the duration and +2 to the DC, and so on). When affected by multiple doses of the same poison, you only make one saving throw at this higher DC when required by the frequency, rather than one saving throw against each dose of the poison." Hopefully this helps more than hinders.

Wow, that poison has a very high chance of killing us from CON damage. Plus CON damage poison is extra deadly since it lowers your FORT save, ouch. Manus' magic is not very effective against plants, but he realizes that certain spells might just work. The water here though, he'll have to do a little setting up first. I do my animal companions and familiars as alias so that they aren't attached to a PFS character number. I did my first treant animal companion as a PFS character because I didn't understand alias' yet and now I just have Nax the Treant as a PFS character that I can't use or get rid of.
