Lumen erupts into a frenzy of violence, bisecting the first goblin within reach.
This is kinda why I've been holding off posting, it feels like it's totally in limbo right now after finally having gotten moving again.
Have we made an official decision of switching to Pathfinder or not? I realize part of my lagging in response to this game is that as the only 3.5 one the mental switch of systems to post sometimes leads to me putting it off.
With a hiss of pain and a few choice expletives, Lumen brigs her blade down on the goblin in front of her, the dark energy surging along the weapon causing her to grit her teeth in pain.
"Well boys, what now?" Lumen asks resting her blade on her shoulder. "Sweep the area, move o or head back?"
Unable to see the enemy Lomen tries to determine it's location.
Lumen moves forward, seeking to surround the remaining goblins.
I'm fine with a reboot, the time frame and long stretches without updating kept me from being overly attached to the details of the character and at times I can barely remember some of the plot details. As long as we continue in the spirit of the experiences and go forward with adventure in Sharn, I'm fine with any changes you need to make this your own.
I'm fine with toning it down, it is a bit of overkill. I'm sure we all have something that's a bit over the top although this is probably the worst of it, and if you opt to switch to Pathfinder I'm cool with retooling and just keeping the essence and history of the character while making the mechanics more workable.
Lumen quickly scales the 5ft elevation and dashes through the hallway to attack the goblin in front of her.
Moving forward, Lumen sends a pair of throwing axes clattering against the stone wall in rapid succession.

Lumen moves forward, drawing a throwing axe from her hip and hurlimng it towards one of the goblins.
I enjoy my character as well but other than investigating orphans, am pretty much in the dark along with the others. Not all that clar on our goal other than surviving the stuff we're fighting at this point. I'd be cool with converting to Pathfinder swapping Duskblade for Magus if you wanted to go in that direction.
Yeah count me in.

Charging alongside Zevon, Lumen brings her glittering blade down on the worg with a triumphant shout.
"Sounds as good a plan as any." Lumen says with a savage grin, twirling her blade. "Ready when you are."

Keeping her sword drawn Lumen joins the others, tense in the dangerous setting.
"Sounds like a plan"Lumen responds, shouldering her massive sword.
"Wow, this was definitely a doppelganger hideout. The manacles and rations would also be useful." Lumen chimes in.
"Zevon's right, better to keep going now than to give our enemies time to recroup or attack us when we're vulnerable." Lumen says as she scans the area.
"Talking like that, you're not really giving us a reason not kill you all." Lumen says almost conversationally.
Lumen follows, sword at the ready.
With focused fury Lumen leaps upon the next nearest goblin cleaving into the enemy mercilessly
Rushing forward Lumen's blade falls upon the first of her opponents with lethal finality.

Lumen strides into the room, drawing the attention of the enemy as the others move to better tactical positions. "He'll be Drakthar the truly-dead in another few minutes if you don't stand down."
Move silently Lumen slinks to the edge of the entrance, sword in hand.
As the growth spell wears off, Lumen waves a hand down the stairway uttering an arcane phrase as bobbing multi-colored lights pop into existence, dancing ahead of her.
Lumen grabs the biggest mirror she can find.
As Zevon shrugs the creature off, Lumen's blade falls with terrifying force.
With a growl Lumen casts a spell, her body beginning to grow dramatically.
With a growl Lumen extends her left hand, a coruscating ray surging forward to strike the goblin vampire.
