In the two rounds of down time the only thing Lini does is call back Droogami praise him as a "good boy". When the "dogs" appear she does not hesitate to send the cat in stating the mantra Cats rule and dogs drool.

Being totally out of higher level spells Lini will use a scroll of Barksin on Droogami before sending him in to fight.

I thought of that too! Droogami could be big at level 7 but the level 7 Lini has chosen to keep him medium and increase his stats instead of making him big.

Back and jumping in. Looks like I was skipped but not botted so gonna go ahead and take my turn. Also I have not heard "smite" one time yet.

Lili retrieves the potion of Blur and feeds it to Droogami in the moment between combats. When the devils appear she casts Magic Fang on Droogamia and sends the cat charging in to fight.

Lini in eagle form is still not a serious melee threat but she does her best.

At the start of Lini's turn has the assassin vanished yet? I am thinking not.

With a shrill whistle from Lini Droogami pounces forth and attacks the disappearing assassin, perhaps drawing an attack from a mook.

Lini flies overhead keeping up with and watching the enemy while Drogami tries to sprint forwward forward. When he manages to catch up with the enemy she moves to support him.

Both double move. I think Droogami catches up. Note that Droogami can sprint once an hour and actually move 500 when making a charge, so perhaps he can charge an enemy?

This is what I was saying. It seems to me that Lannior tried to use one challenge from the current card and one from the next card. Rule is to move forward 3 you must overcome both from current card. So, Should Lini end the chase with flight? She has poor AC of 15 and somewhat poor offense offenese.

The question is: If you are trying both obstacles, must you choose both that are on the current card (what I believe) or can you choose one for the current card and one from the next card (what Apollyanna states is the case and what Lannior has tried to do. Need to know this before Lini can choose to end the chase solo and confront the enemy alone.:)

Not totally which of the three still on the map are up. Droogami has moved a single move to where he is on the map, buy may have provoked from Red, if Red it up and not blind. Lini throws at a non grappled enemy that is still up and preferably blind.

Droogami continues to bite and claw at Yellow but will stop if Yellow goes unconscious. Since he was prone on his turn would he have tried to rise or attack from the ground? Standing provokes but not standing makes him easier to hit...

I believe hydras are special that way but do not recall for sure. Until proven otherwise I would worry about every head taking an AOO. Lets hope it does NOT have combat reflexes.

Ok. You will get Barkskin AND Longstrider. I am hoping you are faster than it after that buff. Does the party want the mist or a second cure light? I actually planned for the second cure light, but in theory we had time to discuss tactics before showing up. Also, Prisism, getting some grease out might limit the thing's ability to charge. Lini can trade her entangle for an obscuring mist spell (or another cure light). When cast its centered on her though and does not move after. She has one cure light memorized and will get her Flaming Sphere on the map quickly. She does have Natural Spell and can cast while in bird form, but she cannot use her wands while shifted.

Lini does not have Knowledge Arcana and I certainly have not looked up the creature so these are just suppositions: the creature is huge so could easily have 15' reach. If so, it can attack us where we cannot reach it with melee weapons. While obvious, it is worse than it may seem because if we wait for it to move and attack us we cannot 5' step and attack like we could if it were only large. So to attack it with a melee weapon we will provoke. And I fear that if we provoke each head will get an AOO.

IF we can create some obscurement we might mitigated this. Does anyone have fog spells?
