Thanks a ton for running Oykiv! Everything looks good on my end.

Taking 10 for a 16 Acrobatics, now that the threat of the minotaur is gone.

"Interesting enough," the pyromancer says as he appraoches Janira. "We found your gillman. A talkative fellow, still confident in the Dead God's strength. And oddly enough he may not even be wrong." He fishes in his pack to draw out his own wand. "But we can talk about this later. Here, use this to freshen up. Just because one beast is down doesn't mean he can't have friends nearby."

I've learned to never complain when one of your fellow players is good at their job :)

Kyllian hastens over towards the log 'bridge' and the minotaur seems to flee into the forest. He calls out to the halfling: "Janira, are you all right?"

Kyllian rushes down towards the riverbank and starts to line up a shot.

On phone so can't move icon. Kyllian will go down four squares to the rivers edge and ready an action to fire at the Minotaur if it comes within 30 feet (which I think is even just going 5 feet more north)

$&*% Kyllian swears silently to himself as he sees the wounded Janira still fighting the minotaur. Hurrying, he begins rushing towards her to assist.

Kyllian moves to where the fallen...thing once stood and tries again to shoot a blast of fire around his colleagues.

"Wait, haven't you learned..." Kyllian calls out as Pepper rushes forward again past the creatures. He sighs as she seems unharmed, then moves forward and tries to snake a lance of fire past Senketsu to match the Wayang's real lance.

"Great, another dark narrow hole to go down." Kyllian says as Pepper points out the hidden passage. "Well, I suppose exploring it would be the 'Pathfinder' thing to do."

Kyllian glances around the room, kicking at one of the skeletons' bones as he glares at the scorch marks on the wall (and not on the skeletons).

"Well, that went swimingly." he says. With a glance over at Pepper: "You back on your feet? Looked like a deep enough slash from where I was, and all so that we could get to a dead end! Nice of our gillmen buddy to give us a heads up."

Kyllian will shuffle five feet to the right on phone and can't move icon right now and gather power before shooting a lance of flame at the purple skeleton.

Burning Infusion, so if it hits it needs a DC 15 Reflex save or catches on fire: 1d6 ⇒ 1 fire damage now and another 1d6 each of its turns unless it makes the save again to put it out.

Kyllian's eyes go wide as he sees Pepper fall to a flurry of claws. He tries to shake off his shock and darts into the room, attempting to dodge getting hit himself before loosing a blast at the closet corpse.

Acrobatics vs AoO: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16
rng touch attack vs Green: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10 for fire damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9

Turning a corner to see skeletal figures lurching towards them, Kyllian reflexively begins drawing energy towards him, as red heat gathers, he calls out "Undead!! On your guard!" He then launches a gout of flame out at the Magenta skeleton.

Move action to gather power, then Burning Infusion on the Magenta infusion. If hit, it needs a DC 15 Reflex save or catch on fire (1d6 more damage, each round it can try to make the save again or take more damage)

Blast (touch): 1d20 + 4 - 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 - 4 = 7 for damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4

Kyllian smiles as another wave of magic settles over him, only to have that grin turn into a frown as his attempts to herd the animals results in no similar feeling.

"Bah! This is exactly why I never went into the clergy! the Gods can never just share strength with their followers can they? No, why be simple when They can have intricate and obtuse rituals instead?"

He starts to gather fire to roast a particularly stubborn toad, but stops and collects himself, for fear of offending Urori.

In character Kyllian has tried and is stubborn enough to think that if his plan couldn't work, there's no point in trying another here. That said, I am perfectly fine waiting for other characters to attempt to find more blessings.

I believe i just completed the ritual of the Tailor. I think we should try and see if the Craftsman, Shepherd, or Soldier blessings will still function. This miniature city is a marvel! We need to continue to explore its secrets--that's our job!

"Well, that certainly is an...unorthodox method of yours. But stranger things have been seen I suppose."

The man carefully reaches into the city and begins plucking centipede's out from it's streets, placing them back in the pool outside the city walls.

I meant to mostly be looking to see if I noticed anything odd or amiss.

Kyllian is about to say something when a wash of odd energy floods over him, he turns to look around, eyes eventually alighting on Nerfwin. "What did you do?" he asks the gnome increduously.

So the carvings are fading, eh? Kyllian muses out loud. He moves towards the city model to inspect it more closely, carefully holding out his roiling flame above it. And this 'little Absalom'? Is it crumbling too, have you seen?

"Kyllian" the Ustalavan says as he nods towards the gillman. He takes a cautious step forward, listening to theodd man's words as he glances at the city with the side of his eyes. At some point in Urori's speech however, their find says something that causes Kyllian to frown.

"I'm sorry, but did you say Aroden's influence will soon fade completely? I thought the Last Azlanti was over a century gone. What influence could he still have left even now?"

"Subtle Pepper, very subtle." Kyllain mutters to himself. He sidles over closer to Zyx. "I'm glad I'm at least not the only one with more caution than a thimble."

Hmmm Kyllian says as he moves towards the walls to get a look at the faint carvings. The years could have been kinder to this place. I wonder who left these here?. It can't have been the gillmen; if they've been here as long as that Janira couldn't possibly have been the first to notice.

Those however, he nods towards the blue torchlight emmanating from the tunnel ahead. Those I could imagine might belong to the halfling's little friend.

Kyllian sidles over to Senketsu. May I fish around in that pack for a second, 'in case of emergency' and all that?

If no one objects, Kyllian will grab the other potion of cure light wounds, the smokestick, and the potion of vanish

Yes not bad Kyllian says, looking over his shoulder at the Wayang as he scrambles back up over the pit's edge.

Turning his head back towards the yawning tunnel before them he asks Now shall we proceed? After all this I hope these gillmen are worth the trouble

Kyllian calls out over the pit. "Why not have...hold on"

Realizing he doesn't have to yell, the man hops over himself, then continues speaking to Senketsu in much quiter terms on the other side.

Kyllian Acrobatics take 10: 10 + 6 = 16

"Can't your friend here," he nods to the wolf, "anchor it? I'd try myself, but physical labor is something a man of my talents is not quite built for." Kyllian shrugs, his shirt sliding slightly down his arms to reveal underdeveloped muscles.

"Oooh. It's dark in here."

Here. Kyllian shakes his arm and a flame appears crackling in the air just above his palm. He calls out to Pepper across the pit, the ball of fire continuing to hover above him. Just thank me by giving a warning before shooting off that thing again. I'd rather make it out of here both alive and still able to hear.

Kyllian's basic pyrokinesis will work just like light, only it actually produces heat if that matters

With the cave better illuminated, the man approaches the edge and peers down at what Senketsu is pointing at. Huh. Well, if anyone's got any rope, that'd probably do the trick.

"Let us hope so."

At the bovine beast roars through the trees, a grin erupts on Kyllian's face as he begins to call fire to his hands. But the smile evaporates as he sees the rest of his testees pull back towards the cave entrance as Janira continues on. With a growl, he lets the energy disperse and follows them.

"So, seven on one and we leave our guide outgunned?" He hisses as the group gathers within the cave mouth. "I can only imagine why outsiders find it so difficult to take the Society seriously as a useful force."

Seeing his first target burnt and smoldering, Kyllian turns northward. The fight seems well in hand by Zyx and Senketsu, but he readies another blast just in case.

I'd guess the last beetle's taken care of already, but just in case...

"Yes, they are a bit overgrown aren't they!" Kyllian calls out to Pepper as he strides directly west. As he hears the boom for the musket, the Ustalavan sends a gout of flame from his outstretched arm snaking towards the green beetle to the south.

"I wouldn't call myself a spirit catcher, when we were attacked and chased out of our home, I couldn't leave her behind, that's when my powers first manifested."

"Didn't mean offense," Kyllian raises his hands to the air in mock surrender. "Haven't met any of your sort before. Guess I don't know the nomenclature."

As the form of Kira fades into Kuuma, Kyllian arches an eyebrow. "So, you're a spirit catcher then? Wonderful: it's always a good omen to start a mission already bringing a corpse."

Swiveling in his his seat to face Janira again, the Ustalvan takes one more sip from his tankard and begins loudly answering from his seat.

"Well, the name is Kyllian. Fire is a...specialty of mine, so I for one shouldn't be needing any vials or rods." He snaps his fingers to emphasize his point and a glowing flame appears hovering above his hand. "A month ago I was involved in clearing up some strange goings-on in Ustalav. Apparently that caught one of this Society's Captains eye enough that he recommended me straight to here for an accelerated commission. And I'm not one to pass up the favor of any man of influence, so I'm hear to give this a go."

Kyllian turns to drink some more, then looks back at the group. "In terms of this here, I'm not yet familiar with Kortos itself, so I would hope you brought yourself a good enough map. But I doubt anything we could come across will be worse than what you find in the Immortal Principality, and if it is, well," Kyllian smugly grins. "Then our rations can get helped out with some cooked meat."

"Already taken care of." the black-haired Ustalvan replies to Pepper, slightly lifting his mug to her with a nod. He takes a sip from it before he sets it down, then inclines his head to Janira.

"So, the final is to be a spelunking expedition, is it?" he muses. "Well I suppose they can't waste all the glamorous assignments on new agents."

"So miss J: I take it that gillmen are rare around these mountains? Do you suspect they may be massing, planning a raid of some sort?"

Ditto. I'm unable to post int he gameplay thread as well. Weird.

That latter list looks good to me. Both tables get some brawn, some smarts, some range, and most importantly, someone who can uses a healing stick :)
