Delays and IRL happen to all of us - and it's good that your delays are good ones!
Female Human
Kari bounds forward, swinging one of her hatchets at a centipede.
Move 2 southeast, and attack that one. 1d6 + 1d6 ⇒ (3) + (2) = 5, for attack and the wild die, I forget how to roll damage.
Female Human
And I lost the dot for this game, had to find it manually! Ok, init roll: 1d12 ⇒ 10
Female Human
Kari listens carefully to everything being said, taking mental notes, but letting the others talk.
Female Human
Kari follows along cautiously.
Female Human
"I think we should talk to the shaman at the very least." Kari has less issues with kobolds then bandits, since she's never heard of kobolds raiding farms.
Female Human
"I'm listening as well." Kari says, though she doesn't sit down.
Female Human
Kari fills the others in on what it is. "If the kobolds put it there, it might be able to help us. Though, I think we should leave it caged."
Female Human
Same, do I know anything about the creature.
Female Human
"Kobolds can't be any worse allies than bandits. And likely more reliable ones." Kari offers.
Female Human
If we don't think we're tough enough for the Stag Lord, yet, let's hit the kobolds, otherwise let's Stag Hunt.
Female Human
I'm here. I agree with what Rosey said in the discussion thread, we've don't seem to have ever gotten a flow going in this one.

Vigor: 1d6 - 1 ⇒ (6) - 1 = 5. And, if I can keep squishing: Strength1d6 - 1 ⇒ (1) - 1 = 0 and wild 1d6 - 1 ⇒ (5) - 1 = 4
Female Human
"I hate spiders!" Kari says, as she tries to squish some.
Strength: 1d6 ⇒ 4 Wild: 1d6 ⇒ 2
Female Human
Kari looks around, more then a little worried by the sight of the webs.
Survival:1d6 ⇒ 3, Wild:1d6 ⇒ 3
Female Human
Survival:1d6 ⇒ 5, Wild:1d6 ⇒ 4
Female Human
"I agree with Korren." Kari says. "A couple of us should go, then the bandits, then rest of us." She'll wait for Korren to cross, then she follows along.

Female Human
If the Stag Lord is some kind of local legend, what might Kari know about him?
Female Human
"I am from around here though. Hanging them sounds good to me. I can get the rope." Kari says.
Kari is not bluffing, she'd happily hang them. So, maybe she can help out Pavla's bluff, if Pavla is bluffing.
Female Human
Kari will stay under cover to be ready to ambush them when they come after our shooters.
Female Human
Kari waits for now, her axes in hand, hoping to ambush them when they closed on her brother and Blackbow.
Can you reroll a fumble like that? I'm not sure, it's why I'm asking :)
Female Human
Heh, my sneaky girl just does not want to sneak. One more try! If it fails this time, I let it ride.
Stealth: 1d8 ⇒ 5
Wild: 1d6 ⇒ 4
Female Human
Sorry. Yeah, I should use one, I think. So, I reroll both dice, trait and wild?
Stealth:1d8 ⇒ 3
Wild:1d6 ⇒ 2
Female Human
Kari tries to creep closer to where Pavla is pointing.
Stealth: 1d8 ⇒ 2
Wild: 1d6 ⇒ 3
Female Human
"We can try and sneak closer to him, take him out in his own tree." Kari whispers, as she points the man out to the others.
Female Human
Kari will sneak up with the other two as well.
Stealth: 1d8 ⇒ 1 with wild 1d6 ⇒ 6
Notice: 1d4 ⇒ 1 with wild 1d6 ⇒ 4
Female Human
"Not if the lies kill us. Pavla, they're bandits. They kill whole families for fun. If you trust them, they'll kill you, too. Stop thinking they're sweet and nice people, they're not. They'll do what you say until they can put a dagger in your back."
Female Human
"Why would you trust anything he told you anyway. It's in his best interest if they killed us." Kari points out.
Female Human
Stealth=1d10 ⇒ 9
Wild Die=1d6 ⇒ 5
Female Human
"We can feed it one of the bandits as a distraction." Kari suggests, and her tone hints she might not be joking.

Pavla Rez wrote: Agreed. Another lamp and a spare tent would be helpful as well. She's prepared to share a horse with Varos, but she's not sharing her tent. Wouldn't it make more sense to let the bandits sleep in the open, secured, and with blankets then in a tent where no one can see them? That's how they used to do it in the old west, always have the criminal in plain sight.
Female Human
Kari is emphatically *not* riding with a bandit. She helps Oleg move the dead bodies for hanging, though, if there is time.
Female Human
"They're only co-operating hoping to escape and warn thier friends. They're bandits, Pavla. I hope we come across some of the things they've done on this little ride so that you start to see what those of us who live out here already know.
"They're not recruits, or soldiers, or friends. They're vermin who burn down peoples houses, steal food and clothes, and leave children to die of cold in the winter. If you think we can use them, fine. It's a mistake, I think, but I've been outvoted.
"But stop treating them as if they are just misguided. No one forces you to become a bandit. You do it by choice."
Ardell's parade ground routine gets a little smirk. Kari finds it amusing.

Korren Duras wrote: "First, that's why we're taking them with us. So they don't run off and do it again. Two, if they've slaughtered any farmsteads, they will die. You two haven't slaughtered any families, have you?" Korren says the last part jokingly to the bandits, but it's obvious what will happen if they say yes. "Are we keeping them with us forever, Korren? Of course they'll be fine tied up and guarded, but we can't do that indefinately, can we?"
Female Human
Korren Duras wrote: "We'll give them one chance. If either of them betray us, they'll be dead. If they don't, they've repented." "Or we'll be dead. Or they'll wait for us to let them go, thinking they're reformed, and join some other band of bandits and kill some innocent person. This isn't some nice civilized city. This is the frontier. Would either of those 'repentant' bandits shown mercy to any of the people here. Or to any of the farmers that they'd killed? Wait till the first time we run across a burnt out farm with childrens bodies around and see if you feel the same way then. We can't jail them, we can't trust them, we should hang them."
Female Human
"Can we trust them?" Kari says. "I have to agree with Oleg. They're bandits, they should hang. They'd kill us if they had the chance."
Female Human
Are there any authorties that we can turn the bandits in to for trial? I suspect not, and in that case, is frontier justice the normal for this area?
Female Human
Kari's been walking the perimeter of the fort, looking for any scouts the bandits left behind, and not wanting to have to help make a decision as to what to do with the captured bandits.
Female Human
Kari seems more than a little unnerved by the interogation options and so wanders off to other parts of the outpost so that she doesn't have to witness it.
Female Human
Kari draws her second hatchet, and then moves toward the wagon to cut off the bandit's retreat.
If I'm reading things right, since I don't have quick draw, it takes my standard action to ready the off hand hatchet. After that I move to the bottom right corner of A3, outside, next to the wagon.
Female Human
I didn't conjure hawks, Pavla did. My move roll is: 1d6 ⇒ 5And, I'll have one hatchet out, just in case.
Female Human
I'm fine for you resolving anything I do.

Fabes DM wrote: Kari moves along the building. As she gets to the other end, she notices that one of the bandits is on his horse, round the corner from her.
The others are now dismounting.
Kari ducks back, trying to not be seen, until the bandits are a little further from the gate.
Female Human
Kara peeks around the corner, and if she doesn't see any bandits, she moves along the back side of the building towards the gate.
Peeking then moving - if it's clear - along the back side of A2

Korren Duras wrote: Blackbow wrote: OK so what's the final plan? How are we closing the gates? Or rather who is closing the gates? Well, someone could hide behind A2 and close the gates once all the bandits are inside. Kari, you're the stealthiest, you want to do it? I'm already going to be in A2 so sure.
