Edit: Kal should be legal based on your creation guidelines. Gotta just grab an actual language(for my one point in Linguistics) and my two traits.

I was planning on this being my character(minus the Inquisitor stuff) , however, if I could somehow be a monster-ish race as seemingly suggested by Bane, I would totes jump on that.
Yea, I am definitely able to craft poisons. By 3rd level, I will be adding my full Rogue level to my Craft(Alchemy) checks, and can convert poisons from one type to another.
I will finish up Kal today/night. He is the twin brother of Nhilune, an expert poisoner who worshipers Norgorber. Also, Jevar, I think our GM will allow you to use Cha for Seducer. He's letting me take the Venom subdomain, despite Scalykind not being a domain Norgorber offers, because Venom fits perfectly for my overall theme and concept, but also fits the Blackfingers aspect of Norgorber. In other words, he has no problem using the rule of cool to make something work as opposed to RAW/RAI
This is my submission. Not fully finished, as I had to wait on the GM to get a ruling.
For the record, Kal is the alias of a PC I play in another of Lyn's games. Its a level 3 gestalt. However, the name means Vengeful Death Dragon in Drow, and the Umbragen Drow from an issue of Dragon seemed like a perfect combination for this evil persona. Since he's basically an NPC, he's definitely epic level. But maybe the Ice Cat needs another bucket of water dumped on him, this time scalding hot, if he thinks Kal is funny??
Drow: "Share? Phaw! I am forced to be in this body, since mine was destroyed in a battle with its 'owner' and some of his friends. He doesn't know my mind is way too powerful to have died along with my corporal form. So I planted a seed of it in his head, and slowly grew my consciousness back. As for my interest in Raelle, eventually I will take over this body, and carve out a new empire and every good king needs a queen."
Drow: "Its one of the main tactics in war. Weaken the opposition by destroying their support. Tybalt is David's best friend, thus, getting rid of the cat would devastate the mutt. As to why, to defend the lovely Raelle's honor, of course"
Drow: "You don't listen do you? He hurt Raelle, and for that I will make him suffer, unimaginable, unending pain. He thinks he is a powerful psion, but before my might, his mind will be like clay and I will mold him as I see fit. Or maybe I will destroy it outright, we'll see."
Drow: "Yes, Eberron is where both and the kid are from. As for what purposes trying to melt the cat would serve, why revenge on David for hurting Raelle."
Once more at the mention of Tybalt, a shift occurs, this time completely. On one of the screens the image of a tattooed drow with blazing red eyes and short, spiky hair appears. Drow:
"I see the punk kid finally figured it out, at least a little bit. Allow me to introduce myself. I am Kalmafein, scourge of Eberron, scion of Khyber and all around bad guy. The stupid, soft hearted cat is just a means to end."
Kal looks slightly confused "Wait a sec, we pay this walking tin can? Cousin, are you high again on irradiated mushrooms??
He chuckles, which sounds like a spider laughing "You mean aside from the fact that I've be arrested four times for doing exactly that? Never while in the act of course, but afterwards. Its kinda the reason why I'm with this group. I got tired of getting arrested and then having to break out."
"Breaking and entering is my specialty. We'll take that assignment"
Kal flashes his cousin a grin "Somebody needs to keep you out of trouble" Turning to Kolm he still grins "I should hope so, you play meat shield really well"

"I am going to scout around, see if I can back door or window we can sneak in through. If I'm not back in ten minutes, kick the door in, or go get help"
Kal nods while listening to their informant "Mushroom patch, eh? New people comin and going? Interesting. Lads, shall we check this out??"
Kal nods "I'll try to listen as best I can Krikitt"
Kal walks over to Krikitt "I hear you're a pretty good source to go to if one wants information down here. That true?"
"Undead rights are such a bad thing, but they really should only be applied to intelligent, thinking undead. There's a city not far from my homeland that's ruled over by undead. Its rather creepy and eerie, but its run well and I like doing business there." He pauses, thinking things over. "I'll come back to the diner in a couple hours. If you're still working, I'll just hang out, maybe get a drink or three" He says with a smile.
"Nope, not a thing. But don't worry, I don't plan on doing anything other than gambling. I just think my luck might improve a fair amount if I had a rather attractive young lady by my side. And I promise not a word of what was said here will be spoken beyond"
Kal returns the lady's smile with one of his own "Who or what is the fairy godfather? I say let's talk to the little sneak first, then go visit that casino. You'll accompany me, right? After your shift is over?"
The ninja looks around once Igor shuffles off "Well, that sure was fun. Now then, I believe the lovely Brigitte and I were enjoying our first date, before we were so rudely interrupted" He again says with a laugh. He's clearly not being overly serious, but he has taken a liking to the waitress. Looking to his cousin "Now what? Shall we explore a bit more, investigate some of the trouble down here, or attempt to finish what we were actually assigned to do?"
Kal smiles playfully at Brigitte. "This would not be the first time an overprotective father has tried to kill me due to my taking an interest in his daughter. Though I think this is the first time a zombie horde was sent after me."
Recalling one of his dojo master's favorite techniques, Kal disappears from sight before firing off a particularly deadly arrow at the gatekeeper.
Kal tumbles past the zombie Kolm is attacking, coming up behind it in a flanking position. He then lashes out with his blade
Kal hangs back, his cousins words holding no weight with him. He dips a hand into a pocket inside his vest and lobs a vial at one of the zombies.
"I think the gambling house might be a good place to investigate. Shall we go there now, or did you have other places you wanted to show us Brigitte?" Kal is just a tad wary now that she's grabbed on to one of his arms.
Mer:
I would hope you cheat, otherwise i'd disown you. Wanna borrow my loaded dice or marked cards? "That's your problem Kolm. You stick only to your own race, when its obvious there is beauty to be found among all the races" He says with a smile as Brigitte takes his arm.
Kal gives Kolm a sidelong glance "Look, Kolm, I like ya a lot, but I'm not helpin you get some action. I'm sure Brigitte knows some serving girl or another who likes short, hairy men built like golem" He says with a big grin.
"Well, we can either continue on our original mission or we can investigate the things Brigitte informed us of." As he says her name, he looks her over once more with a faint smile. Clearly, he wants to stay near the Dhampir.
"I've made you a lot of promises cousin. Some of them I even kept" He says with a grin.
Kal smiles brightly upon seeing Brigitte "Hey Pretty. Yea, I think my cousin just knocked on their door asking if they sold wine. For a mighty wizard, he's kinda dumb sometimes. If they decide to become a problem, I suppose I'll have to leap to his rescue once again. Like that time I saved him from that Harpy flight, or that time he discovered what's its like to be of the fairer sex" He flashes a wicked grin at Mer. This last never happened, but it's been an ongoing joke between them for years. Each time its told, the cousin who suffered the sex change switches.
Upon seeing Brigitte, Kal flashes her a quick grin "Nothing to worry about Pretty. I've been getting into trouble since I learned to walk." Looking to his friends he says "The hawk at dawn slays the prey who sleeps till noon" Secret Message: Incoming danger, be ready
"At that mining shop."
Kal sighs, his cousin was after wine? He then walks up behind Mer tapping him on the shoulder and saying quietly in Undercommon "Mer, must you always be distracted by alcohol? We're down here to meet Brigitte, remember?"
Kal hung back in the shadows, staying alert for trouble. His cousin was just a bit too erratic and impulsive at times for his liking. Case in point, they were down here to meet somebody and he's already gotten distracted by pretty colors.
"Bad juju huh? That sounds unpleasant. Thank you" In Elven "Sounds like some sort of mages."
