For the record, Kal is the alias of a PC I play in another of Lyn's games. Its a level 3 gestalt.
However, the name means Vengeful Death Dragon in Drow, and the Umbragen Drow from an issue of Dragon seemed like a perfect combination for this evil persona.
Since he's basically an NPC, he's definitely epic level.
But maybe the Ice Cat needs another bucket of water dumped on him, this time scalding hot, if he thinks Kal is funny??
If Tyb knows its gonna happen its not an issue. It goes flying away with a thought, maybe a gesture. Manipulation of water in all its forms and all that. He had just woken up and was in pain though so its not inconceivable that he forgot he could do that. Which is really a reasonable excuse for the fact that I forgot he could do that.
