This sucks. Justin thinks to himself before allowing Hardestadt to bend his will. Nothing to be done about it now, its either this or death...
"Alright." Justin says. "If that's the plan, I suppose we should get started." "Is this something any of us can do? Are there some of us who might be better at it?" Justin asks, knowing little to nothing about the vampiric condition. "I would assume the latter, given some of us have changing features, others don't seem to have a reflection anymore..."
"So if we are to tell these guys that Rodrigo is dominated by us, how in the Hell do we prove that?" Justin somewhat incredulously asks.
I have Dominate 1, but that's not really enough to do much with as of yet. Combine that with Justin not really knowing anything about his abilities yet... That being said he could get to Dominate 2 real easy if there was an in character justification for doing so, hell one more XP and he could get to Dominate 3.
Justin walks over and puts a hand on Joel's shoulder. "Come on, Joel. Get it together. We don't want to show any weakness in front of those f#%$ers in the other room." he says, before taking notice that his own reflection is not in the mirror. "What the f&&@?" Justin mutters, contemplating his own situation.
"Alright." Justin says, having seen enough weird shot since this whole ordeal began. "What's with the make over?"
Looking around at the others and doing a double-take at the new-comer, Justin says, "We were invited...should we just go in?" Taking another look at the new-comer , Justin asks, "Who the hell are you?"
Justin greedily takes in as much blood as has been provided. Making a point of cleaning himself up first, he makes his way to the Great Hall.

Justin, grateful for his survival, sups of the blood provided. The concept as a whole still seems foreign to him, but the beast disuades any arguments that may have been lurking in his mind.
Continuing on with Joel's line of thought, Justin says, "We've been as cooperative as we can be here. I know our story of when we are from is hard to believe, but if there is even the slightest chance that our story is true, which it is by the way, isn't a bit short-sighted to discard us without exploring that possibility?" "You're obviously powerful enough to wipe us out if we aren't of use, so what do you have to lose by keeping us around? I won't speak for the others, but I know I don't have any loyalties to the ones who made us in violation of your traditions."
"After the shadows seemingly swallowed me, all I heard was something about the Founders coming and seeing everything go into blur with the exception of what I can only describe as a ghost...I guess that doesn't seem so insane now given my current condition." Justin says. "The ghost said something to the effect of we were the sons and daughters of the conspiracy, what ever the f@*% that is, and that we were to defend it? Them? It wasn't overly clear." "After that, the three-eyed guy came in and tried to calm us down, convincing us that resisting would be a really bad idea. After that some other memories came out of the fog. The host telling the others to 'embrace the food' and damning some guy called Japheth Cappadocius.
"That's about all I know. If I knew more, I'd tell you."
Shadow and GM FD: "Silence of the Blood?" Justin asks as he is escorted back to the cell. "If I knew what that was perhaps I would be able to not be a danger to it. I've been known to be a pretty decent student."

Justin, Shadow, & GM FD: While the tone of Justin's answers is less matter-of-fact and certainly less sarcastic, the essence of his answers is still the same. "I suppose we are friends, but it doesn't change the fact that I really don't know anything about what the other vampires know or where they went." "Like I said before, I'm Justin Michael Travers and from San Francisco, California - U.S.A. I recognize that doesn't mean a whole lot to you, as the country does not exist until 1776." Justin says. Justin, ST Shadow, & GM FD: In an almost hopeful (perhaps pleading) tone, Justin adds, "For what it's worth, it looks like the old gypsy woman believes me...at least that's what I think I saw...can't really be too sure what I'm seeing these days."
Justin & ST Shadow: Justin looks around the room, trying to figure out why he doesn't have a reflection - if these were indeed mirrors. Well, I suppose the legends say vampires have no reflection... he thinks to himself. Taking note of his interrogator's reflection, he thinks, F@*$. So much for that theory... With very little to lose, Justin stands quietly while Raphael monologues like some sort of lame villain in one of those s*~!ty Roger Moore Bond movies. As Corazon finally gets to the point, Justin reflexively takes a breath, even though he no longer needs to do such a thing and begins to answer the questions. "My name is Justin Michael Travers. Hometown: San Francisco, California - United States of America. Yeah, I know you haven't heard of it...wait until 1776 when we tell England to f%## off. Hell, the entire continent won't be common knowledge for another 50 years or so, even if the Norse people have already been there for over 400 years by now." Justin says matter-of-factly. "If we were going to make up a story, don't you think we would come up with something a bit less bat-s~$& crazy? Fact is, its true. I don't like it any more than you do. I miss my creature comforts like TV, regular showers, and air conditioning." he continues, almost comfortably - he didn't have anything to lose at this point. Conspiracy of Isaac? Masters? Look, I don't know a damned thing about any of it. In fact, I was still breathing - with the full need to do so - until about 20 minutes before you and your friends showed up." Justin says in the same matter-of-fact tone. "Look, if I could tell you much more about any of those weird f@$&ers than a few of their names, I'd be happy to. I actually liked being out in the sun, not that that seems like a viable option anymore." "I get it. You don't believe me, on any of us for that matter - not that I blame you, but seriously you're a vampire, how unreasonable does time travel sound." More resigned, Justin continues, "Now you're gonna do some really unpleasant s!#+ to me, and I really wish you wouldn't, but my answers aren't going to change because they're the only answers I have for you or any of your friends. Sorry."
"Let's get this over with. We were drug into all of this against our wills, grand conspiracy and all - whatever the f@%! that is." Justin says shrugging and walking toward the cell door.

After Hardestadt has left, Justin says, "I'll go first. I hate waiting around anyway."
Well if the choices are certain death now or probable but not necessarily certain death later, I guess I pick the second option." Justin says before adding, "Speaking solely for myself of course, although Joel seems to be of a like mind on the subject."
Justin steels himself against the feeling of dread the fire seems to fill him with. What a f!#@ing nightmare...time travel, ghosts, vampires, being turned into a g++-d!%ned vampire, and now this s%!@ to boot...
"Founders? Conspiracy? Ghosts? F*@%ing vampires?" Justin says shaking his head, still not able to wrap his head around what is going on. Hearing the talk of negotiation, he asks Jessica, "Lawyer huh? Prosecutor, defender, or corporate? Just trying to get an idea of how screwed we are here."
you bet ya Vincent, however the merit is a 5 point merit I believe and you can only have a total of 7 merit points and 7 flaw points each. @ST - Unless you are wanting to rule it differently, pg 479 of V20 states that a character can have any number of merits he/she can afford. The restriction of a maximum 7 points of flaw does apply though.
"Defend the conspiracy? What conspiracy?" Justin says - seemingly uncaring to the fact that he's talking to a ghost...perhaps he has other more pressing issues as shadows swirl around him, seemingly uncontrollably. "And what in the hell is going on with these shadows?"

ST: "Oh...you were being quite literal about that howling at the moon bit." Justin says before giving a comical, almost cartoonish howl. Having failed miserably, Justin says, "Think I'll just go back downstairs now." Walking away he thinks, Can this night get any f~%&ing weirder?
ST: "If there is always a choice, then I choose not to partake of the game you propose. Enjoy the rest of your evening." Justin says to Bajazet. Walking away he thinks to himself, That was f$&*ing weird...

GM: Justin raises an eyebrow, obviously concerned. "Can't answer the killing part. I've never had to do such a thing. As far as living goes, for the most part, yes - but fear is one of those things that lets you know you're alive."
Following Bajazet's last statement Justin says, "So I take it I'm not able to refuse the game you suggested? If that's the case why did you even bother to ask?"
Justin answers the questions asked of him, but otherwise quietly observes the beginnings of the evening's "festivities". Justin's Answers:
"I think that those that rule should reap what they sow. Those that are just should be treated accordingly, on the other hand those who have proven to be otherwise should likewise be dealt with." Justin says to the first question. Contemplating the second question, he says, "What I have seen so far would lead me to agree with that sentiment, but I need more information to make my final decision."
"Sure. Can't say that I've done much of that lately, but the trips I used to make with my father and brothers were a lot of fun." "Howl at the moon?" he asks of the second question. "Might be preferable to hanging around in here." he says with a laugh.
"I certainly try not to be." he says to the accusatory question. "Villiany? Ask a hundred people and you'll get a hundred different answers."

To Claudius's question, Justin smiles and says "Absolutely." speaking as much with his stomach as his mouth. Just as Justin was getting up to do the honors, Joel beats him to the punch. With a gesture toward Joel that says "be my guest", Justin sits back down.
- 1 success, fail. Taking a look at the woman, Justin says, "If we let her go, I'm guessing we're gonna have to help her out of this place."

"Probably should, but if she's too far gone already I'm not sure it would do much good." Justin looks into the woman's eyes, to see if she is capable of running away if he were to free her.
