I'm a little foggy on this. You must stand and that takes up your move action. You can also draw your weapon while taking a regular move, and I'll let someone draw a weapon while standing regardless of rule.

Now if you do not move any actual distance then you can also take a 5 foot step. That would seem to apply.

So if you want you can attack 5 or 2, but not 6, because he's too far away. But remember, Tian knight, that you will be attacking him before he has attacked you.

Or you can stand and draw your sword, then move to F13 and engage 6, but not attack.
