Does it look like there's an animal or travel companion with the pilgrims or Mathias? I'm just curious if speak with animals might be useful by learning what an animal traveling with Mathias could tell us of his actions?

This protects the wizards while still giving them a view of the battlefield, keeps the buffers near the majority of the party, and allows the more maneuverable melee types to move around the sides once the situation is clear.

I'm ok with this. We should probably declare a single-file order as well. Dungeons are notorious for having 5' wide hallways and such. Do we just translate the above to that?

Jebeddo is probably best in the middle. I plan to use inspire courage most of the time since we're so melee focused.

I'm confused. Did the actions most of the group posted already occur in the surprise round or will we assume they happen here as a part of regular combat? I guess I'm not sure what the results were of Jebeddo's ghost sound otherwise.

How much of the map linked does Jebeddo know? I assume we should avoid trying to metagame and ignroe the details about traps and what-not? Or was that intended?

Looks good. I don't think we need to hold an extended audition. Maybe give the 3 an opportunity to complete their submissions with a target date of some time soon?

Jebeddo can't help here, but if no one can make that DC, then I guess he can attempt to use silent image to visually convey what we want. Otherwise I don't suppose her intelligence is low enough to work with Speak With Animals, is it ;)?
