Jaryx stands by, weapon in hand awaiting the oncoming onslaught of the undead.

Jaryx continues to hack away at the reptilian creatures.

2 attacks this round (3/2 w/ specialization). If one falls on the first attack he will target a second creature with the second swing.

Attack THAC0 18: 1d20 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 2 + 1 = 17 (strength, specialization)
Damage: 1d10 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 4 + 2 = 12 (strength, specialization)

Attack THAC0 18: 1d20 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 2 + 1 = 11 (strength, specialization)
Damage: 1d10 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 4 + 2 = 14 (strength, specialization)

Jaryx takes a swing at the creature closest to him in an attempt to clear some of the opposition for Sienna.

THAC0 18: 1d20 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 2 + 1 = 14 (strength, specialization)
Damage: 1d10 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 4 + 2 = 7 (strength, specialization)

I'll wait to react to the bad guy's actions.

Wisdom vs. 8: 1d20 ⇒ 17

Having grown to dislike Farcluun, and even more so since Ludi's death, Jaryx hurries off after the man.

The somber half-giant nods.

BB/LG (25%): 1d100 ⇒ 61 Nope...

Jaryx shrugs. "I can try."

As the chamber begins to crumble, Jaryx's sense of self-preservation takes over as he hastily makes his way toward the exit.

Wisdom (8) Check: 1d20 ⇒ 2

Jaryx nods and begins to remove the rubble. Adding 20 strength.

Seeing that the other are ready, Jaryx opens up the door closest to him and readies his weapon.

The glum half-giant nods and begins moving toward the doors, looking to open them.

Jaryx moves to the opposite side of Sienna, and hacks away once the silt runner is in range.

Attack: 1d20 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 2 + 1 = 14 (strength, specialization; THAC0 18)
Damage: 1d10 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 4 + 2 = 16 (strength, specialization)

Jaryx nods, taking his position as rear-guard.

Jaryx quietly waits near the cave mouth, with the intention of protecting those that wait behind.

"Careful, Ko." the normally silent half-giant says as the thri-kreen warrior readies to go on ahead.

Jaryx nods, cutting his own hand with one of his arrows. Taking the half-elven warrior's hand in his own, he says, "Then I suppose I will be staying."

Jaryx looks down at Ekee and says, "You did nothing wrong. We went in to face an opponent and I was weak. My weakness cost Ludi his life and nearly cost you yours."

"Who is to say that we will not face more of the same? How many of you will I kill then." the half-giant protests. "Fighting in the arena, there is honor. All who enter know what is at stake and who the enemy is. Members of our party were killed by one of their own."

Pausing for a moment, Jaryx finally says, "I will stay, but only if you promise to put me down should something like that happen again. Do not hesitate, for that will only lead to the death of another of our own. Do we have an agreement?"

Jaryx wanders off away from the gathering, obviously shamed for his part in the death of Ludi and the poor condition Ekee finds herself in.

The right move here is to attack Jaryx. Hit him and hit him hard.

Jaryx continues to mindlessly hack away at anything unfortunate enough to be in front of him.

Lotulis (THAC0 = 18): 1d20 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 2 + 1 = 23 (strength, specialization) - Crit
Damage: 1d10 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 4 + 2 = 15 (strength, specialization) x 2 = 30

Jaryx continues to mindlessly hack away at anything unfortunate enough to be in front of him.

Lotulis (THAC0 = 18): 1d20 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 2 + 1 = 7 (strength, specialization)
Damage: 1d10 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 4 + 2 = 10 (strength, specialization)

Mindlessly, Jaryx hacks away at anything unfortunate enough to be in front of him.

Lotulis (THAC0 = 18): 1d20 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 2 + 1 = 6 (strength, specialization)
Damage: 1d10 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 4 + 2 = 9 (strength, specialization)

With Ekee down and no longer a threat, the cursed half-giant turns his grim attention toward Dismoon. Fortunately for the elf, the half-giant's swing is a bit too slow and misses his target.

Lotulis (THAC0 = 18): 1d20 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 2 + 1 = 12 (strength, specialization)
Damage: 1d10 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 4 + 2 = 15 (strength, specialization)

The curse still plaging the half-giant, Jaryx slashes at Ekee again.

Lotulis (THAC0 18): 1d20 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 2 + 1 = 22 (strength, specialization)
Damage: 1d10 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 4 + 2 = 14 (strength, specialization)

Not that I as a player want to kill another PC here, but how didn't Jaryx hit (whoever it has finally been determined he was attacking? I don't think there are any -4 ACs around here, which is what his attack would have struck.

The cursed half-giant sneers at the thri-kreen warrior and hacks away.

Lotulis (THAC0 18): 1d20 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 2 + 1 = 22 (strength, specialization)
Damage: 1d12 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 4 + 2 = 10 (vs. L, strength, specialization)

If Ludi happens to move further away, Jaryx will simply attack the closest person.

Jaryx moves toward Ludi, the curse bidding him to destroy his companions. Without word and seemingly without thought the half-giant lashes out at Ludi.

Lotulis (THAC0 18): 1d20 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 2 + 1 = 15 (strength, specialization)
Damage: 1d10 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 4 + 2 = 15 (strength, specialization)

Spell Save (16): 1d20 ⇒ 2

Jaryx howls in pain as the mace crashes into his knee. The half-giant's howl stops as suddenly as it began, as he turns to regard his companions with malice.

After the archers have had their shots, Jaryx moves as far into room as he can while brandishing his lotulis.

Jaryx follows behind, trying his best not to get in the way.

Jaryx walks upto the doors, seeking to find a good hand-hold. Once he has a good grip, the half-giant pulls with all of his might, hoping to make the door budge.

Open Doors (14): 1d20 ⇒ 9 Success!

After a brief struggle the door finally budges, allowing the others to have a look inside.

"Close quarters to be sure, to close for me to be of much use. If they could be drawn out that might a better option if you want to fight."

"I can hold a rope for you." Jaryx offers, know full and well the elf's weight is well within his limits.

Jaryx squeezes into the chamber, looking around for the danger Ludi warned the group about.

Jaryx nods and begins digging.

Jaryx chuckles at Ludi's pointy end of spear comment and says with a toothy grin, "You do the thinking, we'll handle the fighting."

The half-giant nods, and begins to move forward.

Jaryx waits, weapon in hand, awaiting further word from the elven scout.

"I travel light." Jaryx says looking over the rations and water. "I don't see any reason I couldn't carry it all if need be."

Jaryx nods, taking his share of the arrows. 6 bone, 3 obsidian, 2 metal.

Looking through the rest of the items, the half-giant shrugs. "Most of this is too small to be much use to me, but I will take one of the waterskins and one of the fruit."

Hearing Ludi's question, the half-giant raises his massive hand. "I can do that."

Jaryx silently sits down by the fire, jealously regarding the steel of the elven spears.

While keeping an eye on the snake, Jaryx calls out to his companions. "Wake up unless you intend to be this snake's dinner!"

Init (as above): 1d20 ⇒ 7

Taking note of the huge snake, Jaryx gets to his feet and grabs his lotulis - waiting to see if the snake approaches.

Since no one specified, I would make it random among those of us that volunteered.

Jaryx nods at Ekee's compliment.

Later in the day when the subject of watches is brought up, the half-giant says with a toothy grin, "I will take one of the watches. There are many beasts and predators in the night, hopefully one will show itself to be a challenge."

Not sure how far away the rest of us are, but...

Jaryx rushes in, lotulis in his hands, and takes a large, wide swing at the creature. Assuming he can reach there this round

THAC0 18

Lotulis: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17
Damage: 1d10 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10

Jaryx nods and continues toward the oasis. " I'm not the sneakiest of sorts, but I will get involved when things inevitably go sideways."
