Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

Ignac readies his weapon as well prior to Vesta's entrance.

Sorry, I've been occupied most of today. I saw the posts earlier this morning, but didn't get a chance to post.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

Sounds good to me, DM. And that sounds rough.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

::Sounds good to me.::

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

::Excellent idea. Gabriel, do you feel secure in your ability to not be caught?::

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

Aye. Scent is a problem, and I'm currently mindless. At this point, Ignac also has nothing particularly helpful to add, as usually the points I think of while reading are brought up soon after.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

Have fun with that, Vesta. :P

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

::I can do no such thing, either.::

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

Sounds good to me.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

So?

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

Very well. It certainly sounds fun.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

::Very well.::

As said before, moving with Daemon, masquerading as his mindless bodyguard.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

I'd like to try and take over the minion Vesta is in sometime during our time waiting, If that's alright with her. The Will Save DC is 21.

Ignac will move forward as Daemon does.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

I know. We'll see how it's ruled in good time. I think I can, but not quite sure.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

::I should simply be able to target it instead of you. I have fairly acute control over it.::

The ability says an undead creature. That means, as far as I can tell, that it only affects one. Since I'm trying to affect the corporeal undead, I imagine I would affect only the corporeal undead, and not it's possessor. I imagine after that, once our wills are opposing for control, it'll be an opposed Cha check, or one of us can give up. All up to the DM, though.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

::If you'd like, I can try to impose my will on your body. Then, you should be free to roam.::

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

Ignac stays as he is, feigning mindlessness and all.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

It's already been poisoned.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

How will we even know that the poison has been administered? It would be quite unsightly if we ran in, and none of them were even weakened.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

I'd rather not lose my gear either. If need be, I'll stay behind, and try to ride my horse out. It's significantly faster than regular horses, and I should be able to catch up. Still, it's a last resort.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

Not really, no. I'll keep the other spawn going on as if nothing had happened. Daemon, if you would like to be in view, I can pose as a mindless bodyguard, if you would like. I am nearly indistinguishable from simply a heavily armored skeleton.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

Hmm..... I could theoretically pose as a bodyguard, possibly specifically for Daemon, although it might be a bit sketchy. I could feign being mindless, I suppose. That might work. My only idea other than that is going into the BoH Daemon has, and being released for battle.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

So then, we'll need to wait out the day, and then continue? Ignac says, motioning to his new minions. It would be best if we could keep as close to the original delivery time and plan as possible. Gathroc, would you mind, when the time comes, posing as the lead vampire?

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

DM, I would have tried to at least keep some of the spawn alive by using a standard action each to try out my Undead Mastery ability. Will save DC 21 or fall under my control.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

Ignac thinks for a second. Vesta, why finish off the minions if we can use them?

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

It is. There's the 1d8 normal damage, and then the additional 2d8 damage with the crit confirmation. I should have put Crit Damage in front of it, but I forgot to.

Edit: Ninja'd by the DM.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

Ignac takes a few more shots at the lead vampire, trying not to hit any of his companions.

Attack 11d20 + 11 ⇒ (20) + 11 = 31

Another nat 20? Not bad, Bow I've only used once before.

1d8 + 11 ⇒ (5) + 11 = 16

Confirmation1d20 + 11 ⇒ (11) + 11 = 22

2d8 + 22 ⇒ (7, 4) + 22 = 33

Attack 21d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7

1d8 + 11 ⇒ (1) + 11 = 12

Oh, Voice. Any of the opposing Undead that I'm near (30ft) get my Sacriligious Aura bonus as well. Just realized that.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

Ignax Sighs, dropping his shield and bardiche to the ground, before drawing a longbow, making a single shot at the head vampire.

1d20 + 11 ⇒ (20) + 11 = 31
1d8 + 11 ⇒ (6) + 11 = 17

Oh, wow. I actually hit with it. :D

Confirmation: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (2) + 11 = 13
Crit Damage: 2d8 + 22 ⇒ (3, 2) + 22 = 27

So much for a crit with it. Oh well, at least I hit.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

Might as well try and come down now. Ignac will jump off the rafter, taking probably about 2d6 ⇒ (4, 5) = 9= 0 damage, unless the ground is magical.

He will then try to make his way over to the battle.

Will save: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (7) + 12 = 19

He is unsuccessful, however, and once he finds that he can not move forward, he unleashes a wave of electrical force at the wall in anger, just catching the two in E14 and E15.

Electricity, Reflex DC 21: 6d6 ⇒ (3, 5, 3, 5, 2, 4) = 22

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

Ignac will continue with the same readied action.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

I'm going to ready an action to drop down when somebody comes past, either under him, or simply into combat with Gathroc.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

I'm holding as well.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

I'm waiting for a plan to be finalized.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

+40, Once I'm up there, I'm not moving till we go. And I would imagine this would be just a little while prior to them coming.

Stealth: 1d20 - 4 + 40 ⇒ (17) - 4 + 40 = 53

And now, I wait.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

If I could get an invisibility just before they enter, that would make a world of difference for me.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

Rafters it is, then. I can take a fall, no problem. As long as I stand still, I should be fine up there.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

Very well, I'll go find a place to start from. When this starts, I may be able to simply take control of the leader. If that happens, we may be able to take control of the rest, and simply have them deliver the poison. This is, of course, only speculation at this point.

Ignac brings his hand to the ground, and the summoning circle appears once more, bringing his steed up through. Hopping on, he goes to find somewhere he won't be seen from, but can still watch from.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

I assume I'd be somewhere where I don't have to move very much. Now that I think of it, I'm a set of full-plate and bones, right? I might be able to stay in the rafters, ready to crash upon them. Either that, or I'd have to start from a concealed location farther away, and ride in on my trusty Phantom Steed. Either is possible. If my steed runs, I've got a total round movement of 500 feet/round, so if I can start moving when They are entering the building, I should be able to reach them fairly soon from a distant point. My first choice would be to be in the rafters, coming down when Vesta brings it down with telekinesis, but the other method should work just as well for me.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

Sounds like a plan to me. Do we need to prepare these Braces to be easily destroyed, or will they be fine as-is?

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

Sounds good to me as well.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

"Normal all depends on what kind of couriers they use. If the living are used, then I'm fairly out of luck."

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

That's about the gist of it. Does anyone know what kind of protection the shipments have? If we take the place of common soldiers, they may realize something is wrong.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

::Very well.::

This will work, then, I suppose. See you on the field.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

::I'm not entirely sure what we would offer the Rokon Gyilkos. This is pretty far out of my expertise.::

Ignac puts his shield away, saying, "This will be of no need. If I happen to need it here, it's already too late for me. Now to the matter of your request, my companion pretty much has the right of it, motioning to Daemon, so what would you ask of us/our master?

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

::Be careful. This is the rokon gyilkos, the Kin Slayer, apparently. He walked beside Geb back in the day. We are definitely in the presence of something beyond what we can deal with. Whatever we do, we need to leave on the most favorable terms possible.::

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

Árnyék karom... Árnyék karom..

Weapon:
Do you know him in any way? He refers to the Shadow Claw as you do.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

DM:
THought the link was ooc tags. Woops.

Derp. Edited spoiler

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

DM:
What?

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

I wasn't ignoring it, I was ignoring it's question. I've been talking to it just fine, trying to stall.

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

::Not exactly much we can do about that with him right there, though, now is there?::

Ignac ignores the demilich's question for now. Looking around, he says: "Wow, did you get an authentic Egorian architect? They'd be fairly hard to come by way out here, I would think."

Male Human Graveknight Armiger 10

Nice place you've got here. And such a gracious host, as well.

Ignac stops walking forward when he sees the Demilich, and merely holds his armaments.
