Ok so here's my human dual-cursed life oracle. Most of the crunch is set and is in the profile.
Background:
Horus was never anything much. Fond of the drink and shirking this responsibilities, he was always good for a laugh at the tavern, but not the sort of fellow that you could rely on.
That all changed the night of the fire. Drawn out into the streets along with his fellow tavern patrons by the cries of panic, mug of ale in hand, Horus drifted with the crowd to see what all the commotion was. A rundown poor-house was on fire and number of people had become trapped by the flames. The screams of the children awoke something inside Horus, and before his tankard had shattered on the cobbles after tumbling from nerveless fingers, he was punching our a window and pulling people out. Even as the flames began to lick at him, he kept on working to save those that could be until at last, only the dead remained. By the end, Horus was singed all over, but his hands and arms had taken the worst of it and had become little more than blackened sticks. Nothing the healers could do had any effect of the damage, but as it didn't particularly hurt, Horus didn't mind much.
That day was one of great tragedy for the city. No one could say how many people perished in the flames, but it was more than a few and for some reason their spirits latched onto Horus. Odd things would happen around, door closing on their own, small items being moved when he wasn't looking and then the dreams began. Vague dreams, prodding, goading and nagging him to be more than he was. Horus tried to discount them, but soon after his oracle abilities began to manifest themselves and he could ignore them no more. And so began his wanderings. These days, Horus travels from village to village, helping those in need. Anytime he tries to settle in or take up his old habits, the dreams come back and the spirits get restless.
As for fluff, I'm going to just sketch out the concept and worry about fleshing it out if Horus gets picked.
Personality: Young and idealistic. Eager to go out and smite evil.
Campaign trait: Friend of the family. Initially, the escort mission will seem like a chore, the result of a promise made in haste, but as the danger grows, Horus will see this duty as a divine mission.
Background: Born and raised in Sandpoint, Horus felt himself called to the local temple of Desna, though it soon became evident that he was not destained for the priesthood. With the local facilities insufficient for his further training, he was sent for more militaristic training in Magnimar. More recently, he received word of Niska's deteriorating health and returned home in time to see her before her passing. His training effectively complete, he's been idly passing his time visiting with family and friends.

Blowing all my coin on a headband of intellect
Horus spends most of his trip and vacation catching up some reading he's been putting off and enjoying the novelty of having a hat that makes him smarter. He thoroughly enjoys the added comforts that travelling civilian style brings.
The morning of the Tuscarora explosion finds him enjoying a heavy breakfast with his fellow FEF officers and he nearly chokes when the great ship tears appart raining ruin from the sky.

"Actually Sir, I'm not sure it was Bigfix. It appeared that it was a robotic facsimile of him. I'm not actually sure what happened to the Ensign. As for the robot, I'm not sure what happened to it. I would imagine that it is in the possession of the guild."

Horus spends the evening reviewing the damage reports and thinking about the misson.
Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy. First we nearly destroy the excelsior in a poorly executed attack and then the only reason we have any success is because the Bloodclaw captain suffered from a terminal case of overconfidence. We got lucky and even so we still lost 3 crew, Grunk had it coming, but that was bad business with Walter and Syarha. Still beats living on the streets though, I guess.
Horus finally gives up and goes to bed. He sleeps the sleep of the exhausted.

"Near enough. We've eliminated their captain, actually, his corpse is still upstairs, and we've crippled their vessel. It will take them time to regain enough strength to be a threat again, if at all. Either way, without a contact feeding them information, they will never be as effective as they were in the past."

Horus calls up to the ship, "Captain, Botarr was the mole. He's probably going to try to make a run for it, so keep an eye out for any shuttle craft leaving the area."

Horus casts grease on Grimmald's sawblade.
DC15 save each time he tries to use it, or he drops it.
It's surgically attached to his arm like the others. I'll let you redo that action if you wish.
Ahhh, just put it on the ground then, j-k 5+6. Same DC15 ref save

A grease spell covers a solid surface with a layer of slippery grease. Any creature in the area when the spell is cast must make a successful Reflex save or fall. A creature can walk within or through the area of grease at half normal speed with a DC 10 Acrobatics check. Failure means it can't move that round (and must then make a Reflex save or fall), while failure by 5 or more means it falls (see the Acrobatics skill for details). Creatures that do not move on their turn do not need to make this check and are not considered flat-footed.

"I can kiss ass with the best of them sir, but I generally don't come off as being that sincere. "
"I was thinking that this might be an opportunity to try to sniff out the mole. Nobody should know the outcome of our little battle yet, except for someone who is in contact with the pirates. I might not hurt to feed the headman a little false information and see if anything comes of it."

Horus is somber during the ceremony, but has little time to dwell on it afterwards as he is stretched to the limit of his abilities trying to keep the Excelsior together during their limping return to safety.

I've been lurking in the shadows...
"Long story short captain, the guild representative believes that there is a mole feeding the Bloodclaws information possibly the Headman himself. The chief constable is also a prime suspect, but from our interactions with him, he strikes me as too obvious to be the real culprit.. Obviously, this is all on the word of Auriel, the guild liaison. Whether or not that information is trustworthy is open for debate."
"When we went to an establishment known to be frequented by members of the Bloodclaws, we were attacked by a bloodclaw assassin who seemed to be waiting for us. It would seem that our likenesses have been provided to the enemy by our mole. At present, we have obtained the co-ordinates of where this assassin was supposed to rendezvous with other members of the gang. It's in the local asteroid belt, but whether or not that represents the location of the carrier ship, is unknown."
"I think that sums it up. Anyone have anything else to add?"

Round 3: init 15
Horus steps back(5ft step) and casts Grease on the bugbear's nasty sword. (DC15 Ref save to avoid dropping it, must make save again every time he wants to use it.)

Whoops sorry. Somehow didn't realize it was my turn.
Horus casts colour spray on the bugbear.
Colour Spray(Will negates, DC15):
A vivid cone of clashing colors springs forth from your hand, causing creatures to become stunned, perhaps also blinded, and possibly knocking them unconscious. Each creature within the cone is affected according to its HD.
2 HD or less: The creature is unconscious, blinded, and stunned for 2d4 rounds, then blinded and stunned for 1d4 rounds, and then stunned for 1 round. (Only living creatures are knocked unconscious.)
3 or 4 HD: The creature is blinded and stunned for 1d4 rounds, then stunned for 1 round.
5 or more HD: The creature is stunned for 1 round.
