I will of course find anything you wish you purchase and have it brought here forthwith as well."

This is a person that was with the group at the very beginning of the adventure. A rather rude human noble/merchant who was useless in battle and who just yelled at the party all the time but was ultimately gratefull when they got him home safely and paid you 2000 gold for saving him

Horgus hesitates then finally says "My property is warded against lesser demons, so long as the big ones are gone I should be safe here and I have the means to send a message to have men come here and get me. However if you agree to carry a few extra thousand gold I will accompany you if you are leaving the city"

"Well regardless of what you decide, I will be staying here."

"I always keep my word. Here is the gold I promised you." says Horgus passing you several bags of coins (10 bags of 200 gold)

You can see that what he is giving is only s small share of the wealth in his vault and he quickly locks it again after tacking a quick count of the inventory to make sure none is missing.

Horgus is delighted "So it's decided! We shall go to my home first and then you can go investigate the situation at the other locations."

"Were are near the town center...My manor is not far to the north of here. If we go I can give you the gold I promised for my safe return. Two-thousand gold pieces! Get me there and it's yours!...Also Nyserian Manor is not very far from mine I can show you were it is from there."

Horgus glares at Aravashial. "I wasn't going to say anything until I had investigated Kando myself, using my own resources. If he was working with the cultist I would have turned him in of course but we don't need to go trowing about more false accusations now do we? She was most likely lying about her identity when I met her."

Horgus is surprised and raises his hands in a defensive posture "I don't know her...But I might have encountered a woman at a ball that shared a likeness to this woman once before...I believe she said she was a cousin of Kando Nyserian, a local noble."

Horgus looks down at the woman and is disgusted by the blood and gore. "Ack! I've had more than enough of this place...Are we near the surface yet?

"Isn't too late for that?! The damage is done! We cant afford to be slowed down anymore than we already are by dragging two bodies along with us...Just leave them to rot, it's more than they deserve."

"Just be careful, we can't trust these creatures."

Horgus is stunned for a moment.

You...it was YOU! YOU BROKE INTO MY HOME!" he shouts in anger.

Horgus is taken aback by her outburst but quickly responds "I will not be chided by a child who consorts with thieves!"

"Bah! This temple is obviously long abandoned and we have no time to waste here, if the girl cant keep up then perhaps we should split the party. We can leave the elf to keep an eye on her and the rest of us can move on" he says with a small grin
