Just finished up The First Mandate and now looking to play In Pursuit of the Scoured Past if there's a GM out there interested in running it.

My wife is in labor right now. I probably won't post for the next week. Please bot me as necessary.

Hadir would not have closed his door behind him, so if they are not automatic I imagine it would still be open

A curly-haired woman just tried to enchantment me into leaving the A/V room back here. I am engaging her. Hadir says to the party telepathically.

I see Hadir is now at the end of the hallway. I just realized he could have run last round without drawing attention to himself because the hallway is enclosed from the party. In that case I am okay with retconning that he ran last round, which would explain why he is at the end of the hallway. Just want to check with the GM on that.

I'm going to check out the control room in the back. Hadir says telepathically aa he makes his way down the hallway.

Hadir tries his best to help, having Raf chip in where possible.

Hadir draws his pike while repositioning to set Oda up for a flank, then strikes at the creature with it.

GM I don't think you noticed that Oda got a crit and did 40 damage. EDIT: no I'm the one who understood. I gave gotten used to PF2 where you double the result. I could have sworn SF was the same way

Hadir tosses the flash grenade II in between the two creatures and then rushes in to the room.

both creatures need to make a DC14 reflex save or be blinded for 1d4 rounds.

I will cover the side door. Hadir offers telepathically, drawing his taclash and long-arm as he does so. Signal me in your mind when you are opening your door. He makes a layman's attempt at checking for traps, without really expecting to be able to find them. If one of you trap types can check this door also, I would be deeply grateful.

Hadir tries to interject with some thoughts on how the priesthood can best serve the laity, and how dangerous the respect of the laity towards the priesthood can be for both parties if taken too far.

I'd like to get a picture of where we are with the different NPCs before posting for round 4. I'm willing to give Royo another go, but if he's "done" I should pick a different NPC.

Hadir excuses himself from Iteration-177 with the usual pleasantries and makes his way over to Royo's circle. He joins in the conversation when it get around to a religious topic and even shares his experiences as a priest of Talavet and student at Qabaret University.

Raff shares what he learned about Zo see the spoiler and Hadir thanks him for his expertise.

A lean Kasatha joins the briefing late. He wears the hidden soldier armor traditional to his kind which reveals only his eyes through slits in the front, so you can't see his expression, but his body language exudes deep embarrassment. The symbol of the god Weydan is stamped distinctly on the chest. On his back he carries a hunting rifle and a tactical pike. Coiled on his hip is a taclash. Behind him, clearly less embarrassed, is a friendly-looking but quiet human in a fieldsuit that briefly introduces himself as Raff.
Raff is a professional hireling that can make computers, engineering, and physical science checks at +8

He doesn't speak except to ask for a recap, just nodding along through the briefing, hands clasped in front of him. That, combined with his appearance, gives him a very stoic vibe.

Self-Discovery; I have never been comfortable in these sorts of environments. He nods slowly to himself.

Finally he says through his helmet, "This mission will be an opportunity for me to grow and learn much about myself and others. I thank Weydan for the opportunity." He raises a hand and spreads a few fingers as he lists his questions
"Do you have any *specific* expectation of trouble at this event? How shall we contact you and your team if something goes wrong?"

Meanwhile, Raff looks Zo! up on the Infosphere.

So I was just informed that I won a replay boon. Will it mess everything up if I join y'all after all? Obviously it would change the tier.

No big deal if not; I can request someone else to run it.

I appreciate the sentiment, CaptainBacon! I did have a similar idea. Unfortunately I don't think I will have time for a VTT game until a weeknight this week. I don't think y'all will want to wait that long.

On rereading the Seeker of Knowledge boon, I'm not actually sure it lets *this* character replay *this* scenario. I'm verifying with the venture captains in Flaxseed station (and elsewhere)

EDIT: everyone on discord is confirming that I cannot use the replay for this character. I will have to bow out. Sorry for not finding this out sooner; I hadn't read the text for the boon in a long time and noticed this when I went to post the boon text in the thread.

So I've been building up rep with Jadnura with my 701 character to use the Seeker of Knowledge boon so I could replay 1-05 with this character (my 702 character).

But then I found this thread . My question is basically OP's question #3. I just want to check that the answers they got are correct. If so I've been wasting my time. :(

702 can't earn enough rep with Jadnura to do it himself because he would out-level the scenario.

If the answers they got are correct, is there any other way I can get a replay?

Hello! My player has played this scenario already, but then realized he wanted it for this character to do the story arc instead. My player should be receiving a chronicle sheet any day now that may give him enough rep with Jadnura to use a replay.
