What deity is Gwendolyn following? I had trouble picking a diety for Gwen cause of her concept - sort of a "Puritan". I mean, LG but disciplines herself with pain!!? I was thinking she could just follow "the light" or whatever. But if others disagree I'm happy to pick some diety or philosophy, though I might need suggestions!

Gwen tosses and turns in her sleep, lost in the throws of her nightmare! The whole thing replays again in her mind...herself tied up half naked to that stone pillars in Wolfsbane's castle. Her father and brother bursting in the door to save her. The satisfying slicing sound as they slew the werewolves guarding the door! But like always, the Baron's evil Necromancer was more than a match for them. As Wolfsbane put out each of her brother's eyes with the hot poker in her dream again Gwen screams! Aaaaahhhhhh! Everyone in the kitchen hears a thump above them as Gwen hits the floor, fallen out of bed.
Gwen yawns and stretches. Well, then it's settled. Taking the offer of our gracious host I think I'm gonna find a room upstairs. Thank you Ms. Kendra. If you need anything at all in the middle of the night just call. Glass of warm milk, someone to check all the doors are still locked, whatever. She walks slowly and mindfully upstairs, trying to put aside the days worries. The boards of the steps creek under her feet. Finding a quiet room she unfastens the large brass buttons of her leather outer blouse and slides it off. Unbuckling the leather straps she removes her under armor. And finally, reaching behind herself, she pulls the chord that unties her girdle. Aouch, those damn things hurt she says and breaths a sigh of relief. What I wouldn't give for a bath right now she muses. But tomorrow is a big day and she's gotta get some sleep. Sitting down on the bed she lifts her cotton legging over her left upper thigh and winces as she unstrapes the metal cilice which tightly squeezes her soft white flesh there. It's been hurting more than normal the last few hours, but the device never fails to remind her through it's light application of pain that she must keep her mind on the strait paths. But even as she meditates on this, unwanted sensual images begin to flash across her consciousness. Flashes of old lovers, cold flames, and even some rather surprising images of the new people she met today. As always she gently pushes these unwanted (or wanted?) sensual images aside. Forgive my lust she prays. But tonight the images are especially persistent. So finally, too tired to fight her womanhood any more, Gwen lays down and allows her fantasies free reign, until she falls fast asleep, dreaming of the ominous days to come...
Gwen scrunches her nose. Or we go at night, she thinks. But she doesn't say it. She respects the law and tries to do what's right at all times, but doesn't mean she isn't tempted!
I would like to talk to the sheriff and let Sim interrogate him (her?). But first, I'm wondering what's hidden in the restlands. The professor said the church of pharasma buried items there. He wouldn't have mentioned it if he didn't think those items would be useful to us in watching over Ravengro this next month. What do you all think?

As the others rattle their brains Gwen notices Kendra's sobs and places a hand on her shoulder. There there, dear, we shall get to the bottom of things. I'll see my blade in the belly of those responsible before the month is out, Light willing!
Gwen picks up On Verified Madness. Increadible. A Monster Manual, so to speak. It's no wonder the townsfolk thought the professor was in to necromancy. One thing is troublesome to me: it's as if the professor knew he was going to die. I mean, how else did he know that it was high time to put all these books in a box and call his old friends' favors in?
Tamara, honey, will you open that thing for me? But do be careful. If the professor had necrotic tomes even the air in that chest could be evil.
Well, I for one am not motivated by gold. But if these tomes are seriously dangerous... Gwen picks up one of the books and begins to leaf through it.

Welp, there's only two reasons we would be in his will. Either the kind professor has left us money, or he's about ask us to do something. You know, "my dearest friends" and "if you are reading this it means I'm dead" and "I hate to ask this of you, but I can think of no other way", and what-not.

Neverthless, I once let the 12 year old daughter of a witch we caught go free, thinking she was innocent, but we found her sacrificing her little brother in the woods a few months later in a dark ritual. *shrug* My mistake.

I will be upgrading my computer's memory when the tax return comes in. I have 2 x 4 GB DDR3 memory sticks in there already and there are two more slots available. I can go up to 32 GB. I wanted to keep the 8 GB that is already in there for right now and add another 16 GB. How do I find out the speed of the current internal memory modules and would it impact performance if the memory speeds differ? Thanks in advance.

I was either playing on a sub-par gaming computer or on a console. But with Fallout 4 and XCOM 2 coming out, I decided to get a gaming computer. That led to to realize that some of my overplayed games could be redone in part or totally and give me a new experience with something I enjoyed playing. Please feel free to jump in and post away, especially since there are so many games out there that I have either never played or never heard of.

I was planning on play Europa Universalis before I got distracted with this game. Unfortunately I am having issues with my economy and it SUCKS. How in the Hell do I get a viable economy without trade routes? I am in a huge galaxy with tight clusters. Any suggestions? I am still new to this game.
I was going through my PC game collection looking for something to play when I realized that I had this. Since I have not tried it yet (damn you FO New Vegas! I managed to pick up the X3 Gold Edition which had X3 - Terran Conflict and X3 - Reunion on it. You can also pick up the whole lot at Steam. My question is... Has anyone played this and what are your thoughts on it? So far I am having fun. It is an enjoyable space sim that also has a lot more to it. Of course, the learning curve is rather high, but that seem to be the norm for these types of games.
Does anyone know where I can get the earpieces for bluetooth headsets without having to buy a new headset? My Motorola headset earpiece just broke and I have three headsets sitting here without earpieces.

I hate thinking this again, but with my work downsizing so much, I am concerned that I will not be here in the next 2 to 5 years. So, with that thought in mind, I am trying to think of job alternatives. One of those thoughts are to get back into the computer field again. That would mean getting back on the certification treadmill. What certifications would you all suggest? Here are the ones that I was looking at getting in the next 2 to 3 years. A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSE (maybe), and CCNP.
