The Hell Knight stops for a moment to survey the scene and catch his breath. He had taken a beating by the three demons, and it looked like his companions had Desimire well in hand. Grim decided to stand by and be a reserve force should the situation require...

Delaying, since he's hurt almost as badly as Desimire! But he'll join in again if needed.

Not sure Grim and Brutus need bodyguarding ;-) But I do like the banner help. My thought is draw the wolves to the tight area so all of us can attack fewer of them and concentrate our fire. Once we take down one or two, then we can work flanks on the last two. Of course, with some already through the gap, we may have to just go with Plan B - kill everything.. =D I concur with moving Brutus next to me and using his wand, and Terramor up in a line. "Lovely. Eye-hail. This is what happens when chaos is allowed to run its course. Let's get this show on the road, ladies!" A life spent in the military shows through in Grim's speech and mannerisms...

Grim nods to the other Pathfinders, and says to Sir Miguel, "I met some of your kind only once before - the Krihirik tribe in the Kaava Lands. They were very grateful for my assistance in ridding them of some trouble!"

To Rocky, he says, "And I also earned the recognition of a large group of oread geniekin. Again - I am honored to meet you."

Grim has no questions and is ready to set off as soon as possible.

Grim is good with Perception bonus. I have a potion of Bull's Strength so don't need that. Haste is always a winner. Anything that might ward mental attacks would be good %-D

A 7-foot tall human in a suit of Hellknight Plate armor with a diaphanous cloak covered in elven runes steps into the room. He carries a 5 foot long adamantine greatsword over his shoulder, a heavy flail on his belt, and a masterwork darkwood composite shortbow. The greatsword has a bluish-white glow and occasionally sparks with magical energy. Although young, he has the serious look of an experienced and battle-hardened warrior.

"Greetings, fellow Pathfinders. I am Grimaldus, a Knight of the Order of the Gate. Sounds like we have ourselves a little locate and secure mission. Looking forward to working with you."

Thanks again, Bret, for running a really fun game that had a nice story to it!

I'm glad we get to replant the mighty forest and was happy to see the monastery had a botanist who will help tend the plants! Even hellknights appreciate a good copse of old-growth trees!

Grim would have cautiously approached Chaul and begged for his forgiveness, explaining that the spirit tainted his mind and he was not under his own control...then politely asked for his greatsword back. =)

When Chaul winks out of sight, Grim looks all around, but not being able to find him, the giant of a man assumes he has completed his quest and gratefully accepts the tea from the gnome. Thinking it is a healing draught, he sucks it down all at once. "Hmmm - this doesn't taste nearly as nasty as your usual concoctions, alchemist!"

As the effects wash over him, his face falls and he looks at his hands in dismay. "Oh no...not again! Did I kill Chaul? I felt this overwhelming need to destroy him. I couldn't fight it!! And where is my sword?!?"
