Even if it is years before Paizo makes its move, there is no point to waste financial resources on yet another solution beyond our currently established methodology for gaming.

Clearly this is aimed at new players and GMs.

Hi, I have received this today - thank you to the goblins who work hard to pack and ship our orders.

I have a one problem with the Potions & Talismans Deck I received as it has 109 cards but the cover says there should 110 cards.

If there should be 110 cards, please send a replacement product.

I have received this almost-fantastic product and I love the artwork.

Why "almost-fantastic"? Two reasons;

- the artists are not recognised on the back of the product's cover (unlike the recent Starfinder Alien Archive 4). I do understand that there is little space to do so, but I would hope that the artists are recognised on an internal panel and if so, this should have been mentioned on the back. The cover artist does get mentioned.

- the second reason is the fact that Paizo is cutting "corners" by not providing such a large product without an inbuilt storage solution - that is, there is no box holding the contents, but a flimsy cardstock wrap. Compare that to the fantastic, solidly-boxed, 1st edition bestiary products that I can stack on top of each other.

This is a dark time for Paizo, when product quality is dropping even though roleplaying games have taken a leap forward in the pandemic times. I feel sad.

I look forward to improved product quality.

Aaaah. We all want this. Damn random encounters. :P

You do realise (and I am sure you do) that an encounter is simply an event that stands out beyond normal day-to-day life experiences. You/your PCs make of it what you/they will.

Some examples: the sight of a beautiful song bird, singing to win a mate; goblin footprints crossing the path you are on; the sweet, refreshing scent of roses in a darkened and depressed length of the path; a dead animal with unfamiliar claw markings; the list goes ever on.

It is up to a GM to interpret whether an encounter is a creature looking for a fight.

If you want some peaceful journeying, ask your GM for something different.

Huston, you have a problem!

Hi, again!

I think you need to talk to your goblins in parcel packing. Just 20 mins ago, more or less, I received the package with the replacement 2 x Pathfinder Second Edition Dice Trays. The problem is, the Goblins have sent me 2x Starfinder Trays, again! Now I have 6 Starfinder trays, of which I only ordered the original 2. I will be handing these extras out to my SF players, I am sure they will praise the Paizo gods for their lucky bounty!

I can understand the error - underneath the listing for Pathfinder Second Edition Dice Tray was a listing for the Starfinder Flip-Mat: Desert World.

Please give your goblins some glasses (or +20 to their roll Perception: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (12) + 20 = 32) - hopefully that will get them over the DC 20 check, and might I suggest that you request the 2 x Pathfinder Second Edition Dice Trays that you will send me again, to be shipped separately as a single item. Hopefully they won't misinterpret the word "Pathfinder" this time.

You might also like to ask them why this has happened twice now? Is Paizo out of stock of Pathfinder Second Edition Dice Trays? Your shop listing does not suggest this.

I have discovered another issue with one of the received items from this order: Adventure Path Bundle: Hell's Rebels - Pawn Collection, has one page misaligned - heads, body parts and names are cut off (see attached image - I was going to attach an image, but there is no facility to do so).

One question regarding the product Pathfinder Chase Cards Deck (PF2 subscription item). The product box indicates 55 Chase Cards, but the product page indicates a 55-card deck. My question here is: are there 55 Chase Cards or 55 cards in the box?

The product I received contains the following:
- 51 actual chase cards (including: 25 General, 8 Underground, 9 Urban and 9 Wilderness) - it looks to me like I have 1 Underground card missing(?)
- 3 reference cards (including 2 rules cards and 1 credits/licence card)
- 1 product advertisement card - not a chase card at all

Is this the compete product card list? Do I have 1 Underground card missing? If so, please supply a complete product with my next subscriptions delivery.

I do, however, have one issue. I did not received 2 x Pathfinder Second Edition Dice Trays. Instead I was provided 2 x Starfinder Dice Trays which I did not order - I had actually already ordered two of the Starfinder version back in Order 4934312 (2018).

Please organise the delivery of 2 x Pathfinder Second Edition Dice Trays, as ordered, thank you.

(I actually received 2 copies of the previous page with #31 "Girrigz" in the top left.)

Hi, I have been trying to place orders for PF2e products, Order 7938718 and Order 7874435.

Even though I had the correct PF2e products selected, on placing the order the products were changed.

Please remove the following two items from my Sidecart:

Order 7874435: Pathfinder Adventure Path #144: Midwives to Death (Tyrant's Grasp 6 of 6)

Both subscriptions, Pathfinder Adventure Path and Pathfinder Campaign Setting should only start with Pathfinder Second Edition products.

I have not received any packages from Paizo since April 2018 - that's going on 4 months! On my current order there are details stating:

Originally expected to ship in an unknown time frame
Waiting for backordered product(s)

My question is:

Why is the order being held and not sent, and the items on back order not simply being moved onto the following month's subscription order delivery? Surely someone is monitoring the orders situation to prevent this sort of thing from happening???

Just a thought:
How am I expected to play Starfinder, when the products I have ordered are not coming to me in due time?

Some information would be nice.

Since the "fix" in early April, I have just noticed that I have been charged for the Starfinder Society Roleplaying Guild Scenarios, while also receiving the free PDFs.

My subscription page is indicating the Guild Scenarios are Complimentary.

Order: 5020788 (April 25, 2018), for Guild scenarios #1-12 and #1-13 was not charged, but then Order: 5164212 (May 30, 2018), was charged for #1-14 and #1-15. Then I also got an email for Order: 5168233, (the free PDFs of #1-14 and #1-15). Weird to say the least!

Can you please ensure the paid subscription for these Guild Scenarios is removed, thanks. Also, please refund the charges associated with the unwarranted charge for Order: 5164212 (May 30, 2018).

I am a 4 physical product subscriber of Starfinder, and I have purchased a number of physical Starfinder products through the online Paizo store that were published before I became a subscriber.

My question here is: Am I entitled to the free PDFs (where applicable) that come with those subscriptions, if I make purchases of physical items that I missed before becoming a subscriber?

My reasoning for being awarded the bonus free PDFs is that I am still making my physical purchases through Paizo, hence my purchase history would be identical to a subscriber who ordered their subscription from the start. Also, as a late subscriber, I then am not penalised for lack of awareness of Starfinder's existence.

I eagerly await your reply.

In order to be a Starfinder Supersubscriber: (straight from the http://paizo.com/store/subscriptions page)

"As a bonus, when you sign up for to Pathfinder Adventure Path or four physical Starfinder subscriptions you'll qualify to gain access to the Paizo Advantage."

And:

"To become a Starfinder Superscriber and gain the Paizo Advantage benefit you must be subscribed to four physical Starfinder subscriptions."

My problem: There are only three (3) physical subscription options + one (1) PDF SF Guild sub, hence I cannot (no one can) gain the Paizo Advantage benefit!

Some explanation would be great.
