This is completely untrue. An archer that runs out of ammo will just run away from combat if he hasn't killed the melee character yet. This is not balance its just range murdering everything. If melee can't charge and hit moving targets by the time they put ammo in and free the range people there will be no point to playing melee.

I liked this response, the first night of our interdiction campaign we in point of fact did not attack anyone up on the mountain we only operated in the area around Phaeros. The next day the entire brighthaven alliance mobilized to take all of our towers. The next day I opened up the area of engagement to include the mountain that PK and Brighthaven reside on. I am willing to provide prof of the original set or orders to my members if anyone would like to see it. There is some profanity in it how ever.
There was no such agreement and you know that. Try to act in good faith. Ah, I'm sorry, the “unilateral cooling off”. While we are being candid, will you admit that the EOX did not, in fact, break any deals that we had with you? I'm not talking about respecting your “territorial rights”, as we never ratified those territorial claims. To the EOX, that Mordent Spire hex was fair game. Our towers were also fair game to you, apparently, and in attacking us you dragged your allies, who were very much in an agreement with the Empire, into an unnecessary war. A war that, in turn, made all of the EBA's towers and players fair game to us. Would that be us acting in good faith?
There is no difference between and AGC tower and a Golgothan tower. Auroral, Golgotha, Kreuz Bernstein, and Callambea are all part of the Empire. The leaders of all these cities answer to me. To attack one cities tower is to attack them all.
Every other group in this game that has had any sort fo deal with Golgotha has seen it honored.You can continue to say it, and I will continue to deny it. You exited your agreement with Stoneroot without informing us that you considered Callambea active and considered the agreement ended. Part of the agreement was that when call became active the agreement was over. They became active the agreement ended. No reason to inform you. I figured you knew they where active when they tried to take their towers back and you guys killed them. (as you should have)
Bludd has literally nothing to do with anything relevant happening in this game. Why do you keep bringing him up? There is maybe one golgothan still playing who played alpha, hit, it wans't me. Everyone involved with the choices to ally with bludd the first and second time is no longer with us.

Every other group in this game that has had any sort fo deal with Golgotha has seen it honored. TSV is the only group where these agreements seem to fall apart. We don't twist what you say we just remind you of things you have said in the past that are blatantly wrong or contradictions. You havn;t beaten me you took my towers, towers we did not defend since you just run in circles to cap them instead of fighting. Why would we subject ourselves to that? You will not cause me to quit the game, this game letting you do dumb stuff like that will cause me to quit the game, that or the game just being bad.

Bringslite, they have been putting base camps all over the map and farming any escalation they wanted to. They have been farming our raw materials. That was all fine there was no agreement to not do these things. Don't help them turn around us doing the same thing into us "deserving" what we got. Lets engage in some hypothetical thinking. Golgotha has enough people in it to stomp the entire server. We tell you don't come south of this point or we will kill you. We then proceed to come north across that line constantly. I really doubt your group of Paladins would sit back and let it happen to them.
I doubt it, TSV decided during the land rush that Golgotha needed to be crushed at every opportunity. You knew that if you attacked us and took a tower we would respond and then you could drag your big brother into it and roll over us. You seem to have expected us to just stick to fighting you as you run in circles in towers. Instead we came south and started killing everyone we could catch. I'm sorry I refuse to play this game the way you want me to. I wonder how long it would take you to move on to a different offender if we leave for a different game? I'm guessing Stone root or hopes end are next on the chopping block. Poor TEO will just be dragged along with you as you push everyone else out of the game.
The original agreement, which TSV alternates between changing the terms of and denying it applied to them, was that EoX would stop engaging in PvP in EBA land for a reciprocation of action from the EBA, or apparently just teo in nihimons mind. Base camps and escalations where never banned, in fact cheatle and I agreed that any of our members found in the others land was fair game. If TSV had killed the trespassers there would have been no issues. Durring the truce we continued to kill any EBA members we found up in our mountain. Of which there where quite a few. TSV took a tower form AGC, we responded by taking towers from them and engaging characters around phaeros. TEO took all of our towers, we responded by removing the restriction on banditry in the area around teo. In fact I even sent PMs to teh leaders of keepers pass and Brigthhaven warning them that we would be killing people around phaeros and to warn their members. This entire incident has proven that negotiation with the EBA is impossible. Any one city that is a member can just scrap any agreement the over all oganization makes. Unless we where expected to not take the fight TSV after they attacked us.
