Glorb tucks the healing wand into his belt here once the party is safely out of the lower level. Once the group is back at the stronghold in the forge level he speaks up quietly, "I don't know about you but I think we got away too easily. I can only think of one reason why: That priestess must be guarding something VERY important! Something too important to risk leaving unguarded!" Looking at the corpse of their healer he adds somberly, "We should return his body to the Pelor temple. Perhaps he can be raised...should he wish to return..." Glorb will claim the healing wand for his own, but will return the mace to the pile. I suggest we rest here for the evening then return to Greyhawk to recruit a replacement healer. If we cannot find one (and I have my doubts) we can have Glorb be the party healer here...though nowhere near as proficient as Verdan was!

Glorb is about to follow the others here but then caution rears its ugly head here. What if one of those demons pops in here and cuts off the others? Deciding to be extra cautious here he mutters a quick phrase and vanishes from sight! (Cast Invisibility). Once done casting he then stows the unneeded potion back into his haversack. (Move action).

Glorb slips behind the shaman and holds out his potion. "Here Sobok, you had better use this now while we have the chance." Turning his attention to the corpse of the dead priest, Sorry I hate to do this but we need any healing you may carry on your body... He then searched Verdan's pouch for a healing wand. Glorb is not a grave robber and he feels bad about it but we need healing badly. With Verdan dead then it falls to Glorb here. Fortunately CLW is on the Bard spell list.

Glorb watches the succubus 'princess' closely, eyes widening at her words. I wonder if that wizard still lives. He deserves another round of drinks! Humming softly under his breath he hums a bolstering tune to his allies bring forth images of a kindly wizard who sacrificed himself to imprison a great evil foe.
