"Get back, Flug. You've never been too sharp, but even you can see you shouldn't be messing with the device." Gezzo growls and points his greatsword at Flug's neck. "Try it one more time and I'll run this through you!" Intimidate: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19
Male Svarog Inquisitor 3/Cavalier 2/AC 18/ HP 24 (37); Lryhla's AC 21/ HP 19 (19)
Move away, Flug! Just step back and watch for anyone approaching! Gezzo yells as he directs Lryhla in between the machine and Flug. He pushes Flug away as they attempt to maneuver. Attempting to push Flug back and take his space next to the machine. Using Bull Rush to push him away, since I'm not sure what else would apply. Bull Rush: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8 pfft...fail, lol.
Male Svarog Inquisitor 3/Cavalier 2/AC 18/ HP 24 (37); Lryhla's AC 21/ HP 19 (19)
Gezzo's will save was for the Sanctuary. I'm still a little confused with the spell. It says "Asking the creature to do some obviously harmful act automatically negates the effect of the spell.". So, should this be a grapple attempt instead? Would Gezzo automatically know not to harm someone in the process of defending the object because it'd negate the spell?
Male Svarog Inquisitor 3/Cavalier 2/AC 18/ HP 24 (37); Lryhla's AC 21/ HP 19 (19)
"Hey! They didn't seem like they were so bad! I know, probably undead or something...but, they're protecting the device. That's all that's important." Gezzo pleads with the group. Diplomacy: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18 Maintains his readied action.
Male Svarog Inquisitor 3/Cavalier 2/AC 18/ HP 24 (37); Lryhla's AC 21/ HP 19 (19)
"Protect the device at all costs!" Gezzo screams. Readies an attack at the first thing that touches the device or him and Lryhla. Attack (if triggered): 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 7 + 1 = 19
Lryhla's Attack: 1d20 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 3 + 1 = 21
Male Svarog Inquisitor 3/Cavalier 2/AC 18/ HP 24 (37); Lryhla's AC 21/ HP 19 (19)
Since I only made a move action, I'm assuming I still have a standard action available. "Hey! Guys! We really need to protect this thing! You guys watch the door and I'll make sure no one gets closer." Diplomacy to Make A Request: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
Male Svarog Inquisitor 3/Cavalier 2/AC 18/ HP 24 (37); Lryhla's AC 21/ HP 19 (19)
That does seem like a hard one. If the suggestion is "This object needs protecting." I'd see him doing it. But, if someone attacked it or tried to remove it, then the part of the spell that reads "Asking the creature to do some obviously harmful act automatically negates the effect of the spell." would mean he wouldn't try to harm someone? I don't know. I'll play it as it is now and you can let me know where to go after that.

Gezzo swoons after receiving another solid blow. Shaking off more dirt and dust, he swings his morningstar again. Attack: 1d20 + 7 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 7 + 1 + 2 = 18
Lryla's Attack: 1d20 + 3 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 3 + 1 + 2 = 21
After his attack, he pulls back on Lryhla and they step step next to Celif. Attack E3 and five foot step to spot to the right of Celif.
Male Svarog Inquisitor 3/Cavalier 2/AC 18/ HP 24 (37); Lryhla's AC 21/ HP 19 (19)
Where getting pummeled! Gezzo yelled, sputtering dust and dirt. We could use some help in here! Attack: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 7 + 1 = 22
Lryla's Attack: 1d20 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 3 + 1 = 6
Male Svarog Inquisitor 3/Cavalier 2/AC 18/ HP 24 (37); Lryhla's AC 21/ HP 19 (19)
Ooommph! Gezzo exhales as a large stony fist lands on his mid-section. He sputters and spits earthy dust as he swings his morningstar. Attack 3 and then a five foot step in front of 4. Attack: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 7 + 1 = 22
Lryhla's Attack: 1d20 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 3 + 1 = 8
Male Svarog Inquisitor 3/Cavalier 2/AC 18/ HP 24 (37); Lryhla's AC 21/ HP 19 (19)
I'd like to move the right of Imowen. I think I'll still be in range to attack. I'm not sure, it looks to me like Rufina and Imowen are in the same square. Gezzo moves into the room and follows the rest of the party pulling out his morningstar. He attacks the same creature as Imowen. Attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20
Lryhla's Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17
Male Svarog Inquisitor 3/Cavalier 2/AC 18/ HP 24 (37); Lryhla's AC 21/ HP 19 (19)
Send the bugger into soften up those earth elementals! Gezzo chuckled. But seriously, if Septimus would provide us with some sort of protection from earth or the elements in general...that would be very helpful. Gezzo grooms Lryhla while she eats. A way to control the elements would be even better, I suppose.
Male Svarog Inquisitor 3/Cavalier 2/AC 18/ HP 24 (37); Lryhla's AC 21/ HP 19 (19)
Hmmm...I'm guessing we're going to need to get that blue crystal from the fire room and get it in the water room. Anyone have any tricks to protect us from these walking elements? My skills are a bit limited in that department.
Male Svarog Inquisitor 3/Cavalier 2/AC 18/ HP 24 (37); Lryhla's AC 21/ HP 19 (19)
Thanks, Celif. Gezzo says as he wipes the sweat and water from his face. Lryhla shakes the water from her coat. I admire your determination, Imowen, but we may want take some caution before entering in these rooms. We barely made it out of that last one.
Male Svarog Inquisitor 3/Cavalier 2/AC 18/ HP 24 (37); Lryhla's AC 21/ HP 19 (19)
Go Imowen! We're right behind you! Gezzo pulls Lryhla's reigns fiercely and spins her around to head out the door in a calculated retreat, following Imowen closely. Withdraw from the room and move to the right, a few squares away from the doorway.
Male Svarog Inquisitor 3/Cavalier 2/AC 18/ HP 24 (37); Lryhla's AC 21/ HP 19 (19)
Water Elementals! Imowens in trouble! Gezzo yells to the group. He spurs Lryhla into the room. Get out of the water, Imowen. These elementals are more powerful if we're standing in the pool! Move two squares forward into the room and attack Elemental 1. Attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15
Lryla's Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20
Male Svarog Inquisitor 3/Cavalier 2/AC 18/ HP 24 (37); Lryhla's AC 21/ HP 19 (19)
Here's my knowledge rolls ahead of time, since I should be able to see the creatures. Knwldg:Arcana: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (19) + 9 = 28
...and another perception roll, just in case. Perception: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (1) + 15 = 16
Male Svarog Inquisitor 3/Cavalier 2/AC 18/ HP 24 (37); Lryhla's AC 21/ HP 19 (19)
I don't think I'll be able to get in there without injury, so lets leave it alone for now. Gezzo says as he walks across the room. He stands in front of the east door and concentrates on his incantations as he looks over the entrance. Cast Detect Magic, Detect Evil/Good and looks for traps. If nothing changes from the last door (strong conjuration, no traps, no evil) he'll open the door. Perception: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (17) + 15 = 32
Male Svarog Inquisitor 3/Cavalier 2/AC 18/ HP 24 (37); Lryhla's AC 21/ HP 19 (19)
Story Master:
Hah, that was pretty generous and more than I thought you'd give me with that roll...I was expecting something on the lines of "You know its hot because your eyebrows are burnt off!" :D Someone might be able to get in there and grab the crystal if they stay away from the pools, but they're going to need to be quick...real quick. Gezzo says as he looks into the room, shielding his face with his arm from the heat.
Male Svarog Inquisitor 3/Cavalier 2/AC 18/ HP 24 (37); Lryhla's AC 21/ HP 19 (19)
Not sure we want to go walking in there, its like the gates of Hades have been opened! Celif, can you ask the orb if there is a way to turn down the heat? Gezzo looks into the the room from the doorway and assess the danger. Knld: Nature to try and determine risks of the heat. Knld:(Nature): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8
