Gargon bounces back to the group Acrobatics: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26
and heads back to see if there are any changes in the chamber. Do you want me scouting ahead?

I went there before and could not understand. I can go again, but I am not very smart. Maybe I can jump and put a rope to help someone smart get there. If possible I would like to have enough rope to reach the dial, but not enough to hit the floor. I am not sure of distances, but I think that may be possible. 3 jumps should do it I think, it is teh middle of 5 platforms if I remember right. Gargon ties his rope to himself hands one end to a his friend Shellin and makes a running leap out toward the dial. Acrobatics: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 27

As the group examines the pictures Gargon turns to them. This looks like a mechanism of some sort. Does anyone know anything about machinery? Mariah, you mentioned a dragon turtle and a phoenix before. Did they look like these?

GM: Gargon will approach the tortoise and look at the shell. Perception?
Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20 If he can't work it out he will call the others over and show them.

Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26 Do I get bonus info for a critical perception :P Interesting, Chinese deities on the walls. Bai Hu, Xuan Wu, Qing Long and Zhu Qyu?

Gargon will go 60 feet down each tunnel to see what he can see. Perception left tunnel: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23 Perception middle tunnel: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13 Perception right tunnel: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7

Dismissing the dial Gargon bounces across to the other side. Acrobatics: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14 Acrobatics: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19 Acrobatics: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13 Once on the other side can I pound a piton into the wall and tie the rope off. The other can tie their end and we can have a hand rail to assist them as they cross.

Gargon calls back a description of the diagrams to the rest of the party. Maybe they can understand them better than the small, melon-headed barbarian.

Being young and agile Gargon sizes up the path across the chasm. Reaching into his backpack he pulls out 100 feet of silk rope and ties one end around his waist. Will you please hold this. Incase I fall I don't want to die. Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12 He moves back a little from the ledge and runs forward launching his small body out toward the first landing, striking out toward the other side. GM Amsheagar, can I take 10 on my jump checks please? Would give me a jump result of 17

Not going to make the linguistics DC, but rolling anyway. Linguistics: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8 Gargon looks across at the far side, trying to estimate the distance across. Looking to see how likely jumping across would be, even using stalagmites. Geograghy check or survival? Just what popped into my head. I'll roll both. Geography: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 1 = 15 Survival: 1d20 ⇒ 7

Who are you a cleric of? Maybe we can fashion one out of bone or something? Upon awakening Gargon wanders over to the remains of the corpses and rifles around. He attempts to take the upper arm bones from the bat corpses. These will make nice boomerangs, yes. Rolling survival to see if I succeed in my foraging Forage: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 1 = 15

Yup, I took that linguistics level. I also took 6 background skills, since I have not taken any yet. Let me know if this is not ok and I will revert or tweak. I took 2 ranks each in Profession (Butcher), Knowledge (Geography) and Craft (Weapons). With my background I think those 3 make the most sense.
Male Barbarian (Feral Gnasher) - 3 || AC: 16, touch 12 || flat-footed 14 || HP: 42/48 || BaB: +23|| Init:+3 ||CMB: +5 ||CMD: 16 Goblin Barbarian (Feral Gnasher) (3)
I am assuming there will be more "dreams" and such tonight. In the morning I would like to go over the dire bat corpses for some bones or other body parts suitable for throwing. Thanks for drgging me over to the fire Shellin. It is toasty and warm.

Ok, I think this is getting a bit serious now. Going to get up and risk the AoO. Gargon stands up and swings his club at the bat. club to hit: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27
Male Barbarian (Feral Gnasher) - 3 || AC: 16, touch 12 || flat-footed 14 || HP: 42/48 || BaB: +23|| Init:+3 ||CMB: +5 ||CMD: 16 Goblin Barbarian (Feral Gnasher) (3)
If Unbeugsam was to make a 5 foot step to the right, do you think the bat may follow him? He could do it on the end of his previous attack action

Ok, going to roll some stuff here. Gargon attempts to stand up from his prone position in a fluid graceful movement avoiding the attack of the yellow dire bat Acrobatics to avoid Attack of Opportunity: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18 He enters a rage and lashes out at the bat with his teeth. Bite attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18

Rolling to stabilize. I know it isn't my turn but I wanna roll some dice and I am worried I may die. Con check to Stabilize: 1d20 + 3 - 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 - 3 = 6 nope, not stable
