![]() Your Knowledge: Religion check revealed only what Khasel revealed in his brief description. Quomnal takes a small silver disc half the size of his palm out of the satchel hanging from his belt, "An astute point Mr.Gos. I propose that we all split up and go attend to whatever we feel needs attending to, such as supplies, prayer, a meal, or what have you.". He then presses a few buttons on the metal disc in his palm rapidly. The device brings up an orange holographic map roughly a foot tall over the device. Quomnal points to a glowing dot in the southwestern corner of the map, "We are here, at Qabara's Skygate. Since it is an hour or so before mid-day, I'll say we do what we need to do and meet back up night fall at the Elysian Luxury Hotel, which is located here." Quomnal says, pointing to another glowing dot just off center to the right on the map. "My expedition's patron has generously granted us the entire penthouse floor, which has 24 rooms, for us to stay in before we begin our journey. You are all welcome to join us there, of course, since we are partners in this. Understood? Excellent, let's get on it then.". Khasel turns and looks at Valam Gos with his frosty eyes, "The Temple of a Thousand Gods that we will be traveling to is near the center of the city, only a few blocks away from our meeting point. If you are curious about a particular god or goddess, you need only ask and I will help do my best to enlighten you, khanedan. Come, let us go.".
Ishari turns to Quaj and runs her right index fingernail gently down his face, "With friends like these, sugar, you'll go far in life. Or at the very least, you'll have a good time!". She turns to the two groups, "Anyone else coming to make some new friends, have an orgy with space women, or buy something on credit? If so follow me. And try not to get too distracted, boys!". Arxos snarls at Ishari, "You had best keep these moondusters on a tight leash, Ishari, because allies or no, I am a prince and will not suffer any insolence from the likes of them!"[/b]. Ishari shoots him a piercing glare, "Need I remind you that you are an exiled prince and that you are not the only member on this expedition? As I recall, Quom was put on as expedition leader, not you. So I suggest you take your idiotic pride and shove it, before I show you where to shove that gravity hammer of yours. I can guarantee that your pride is far less painful.". She then turns to the two groups and smiles, recovering from her outburst fairly quickly, "Now, if there is nothing else, let's go to the Bubbly Brethedan, the Blackstar Syndicate's outpost here. It is slightly northeast of the center of the city in the Foreign District. Acquiring the equipment should not take long, but I plan on staying a while and having some drinks and perhaps an orgy or two. Dear Rosie owes me a few parties, so feel free to join the fun! I should warn you though, stay away from Xevira, she's too kinky even for my tastes! If you've got a thing for Brethedan tentacles, though, and like things a little slippery, she'll probably give you exactly what you want! Hurry up, let's go so we can PARTY baby! We can make small talk along the way.".
Trifectus Zero turns his saucer shaped head around, gazing with his glowing visor eyes, "So this is the rest of us then? Quomnal and I are going to the Emporium to retrieve the space boards, then we will be stopping by a few places before we head to the hotel. You are welcome to come with us and chat for a while. Unless you has something else in mind?".
![]()
![]() Ishari lets out a throaty chuckle, "For basic goods, like camping gear and rations, I would say the Qabarat Emporium. Their prices are good for their quality, especially sense most stores with similar goods are simply ghastly in their quality and would shame a sewer slitch. As far as weapons, I doubt you could afford any sold at the Emporium or that foppish Brethedan Jorsik Qun and only place you can get anything on credit in this city is the Blackstar Syndicate. The goods may be smuggled, but at least they are fair with their deals. I can introduce you to them, if you like!". At Valam Gos' inquiry, the strange Kalo in the black breathing suit speaks, the first time you have heard his raspy voice since meeting the group, "The Lashunta have no gods of their own, but worship a pantheon of thousands of gods from across starspace. Their Temple of a Thousand Gods lies near the Domus Qabarat Politicas. Follow me, khanedan, and I will show you where. Is there any deity you prefer? I go to the shrine of Sharesha, Mistress of the Calm Waters, my people's goddess of the water, fate, and death, to pray for our expedition to succeed.". I will allow each member to buy a weapon of less than 10,000 GP on credit from the Blackstar Syndicate, since there is a call for it. Post in discussion what you would like to purchase and if I find it reasonable, I will include it in the store or syndicate's inventory. ![]()
![]() "Excellent. Looks like we are entering the atmosphere now." Quomnal speaks. You look out the window and the beautiful world of Castrovel. The whole planet seems shrouded in lush green jungles and light mists, with few places bare of either. As the Aethership nears the planet, you see your drop-off point, the Lashunta city-state of Qabara. The city is ancient beyond imagining, it's gleaming spires of white stone and domed rotundas of marble comprising a symmetrical, circular cityscape forming a stark contrast to the wild, untamed green jungles surrounding it. As the ship docks in a massive white obelisk in the Skygate District, you see that the buildings grow with alien plantlife every color of the rainbow, delicate and beautiful. You look upon the streets and see the native Lashunta, the men short and squat like fur covered dwarves and the women tall and beautiful with graceful antennae, mingling with such a vast array of races as can only be found in a planetary capital. A pleasant female voice sounds over the intercom in Space Common, "We have arrived in Qabara, Planetary Capital of Castrovel. We at Aetherlux Starspanners wish you a pleasant stay.". The campaign has now begun in earnest! ![]()
![]() Quomnal seems pleased at this, "Space boards it is then! Now, just to be clear, the price of these will be coming out of your haul. You will be able to keep the boards, of course, after we have finished. I want to be absolutely sure that there is no misunderstanding involving this.. He looks out of the large space-view window to the right of him, "We are about to enter the atmosphere and dock in Qabarat, so if there are any misgivings about this, then say so now.". ![]()
![]() Nebari's Knowledge:Local check results:
Flora: Castrovel is home to many species of carnivorous and dangerous plants, such as the moonflower, feared for it's ability to rapidly reproduce by dissolving creatures in strange organic seedpods, and the Vegepygmies, a strange humanoid race of plants who are fiercely territorial and always hungry for flesh. You recall that there are over 100 species of lethal plants on Castrovel. Fauna: Apart from it's copious amounts of native plantlife, Castrovel is known for it's diverse array of animals. There are lizard-like saurians which the Lashunta use as mounts, mobats, centipede ticks, dangerous mountain eels, poison beaked six-winged birds called skyfishers, and many other creatures, though these are the most common ones. Local Crime: While Qabara is a one of the safer cities in space to visit, it has it's share of crime as well. The Blackstar Syndicate, known to the common folk as the Space Mafia, has a presence here. It's interests are enforced by the darkly seductive Xikavria the Black Rose, who is one of a sentient humanoid plant race known as the Ghoran, who were created on Golarion at the Archmage Nex's request. Xikavria appears as a shapely female humanoid with shiny purple-black-skin tatooed with glowing golden patterns, long black vines hanging from her head like luxurious hair, and a delicate feminine face formed from deep red rose-like petals, hence her moniker. She is unexpectedly pleasant, but can turn on enemies of the Syndicate in a heartbeat, employing powerful plant based toxins to bring an agonizing death to interfering individuals. Her operations in Qabara focus mainly on 'hospitality' based crimes, such as prostitution, the selling of illicit and often dangerous substances, and other such things. She has been known to buy experimental weapon tech and information for a premium. Quomnal reclines back in his egg-shaped bar chair and takes a moment to mentally review things. "Astute questions, friends. Space boards are a popular sport item, despite their massive expense and therefore, will not raise much suspicion. If you are concerned about this, however, I can employ an... associate of mine's services in smuggling them out of the city. She will likely demand a favor from us in the future, but it would likely be inconsequential. As for the debt these boards would incur, surely that is a small thing compared to what we could all uncover in those ruins, Nebari, and do all things worthwhile in life not have a price? As for how to get to the ruins, Trifectus Zero has a route already mapped out and ready for us, so barring problems along the way, we should get there with no problems. Does that answer your questions well enough, gentleman?". ![]()
![]() While I am waiting on everyone else to post, I will answer your IC questions with OOC comments, until I can post the 'official version' of the answer. The Space Boards allow the user to travel with a Fly Speed of 150 ft.(Perfect Maneuverability) and, due to the gravitational field they maintain, keep the user and all of his/her equipment onboard, even when upside down. The user may attempt Mounted Combat Maneuvers on Space Boards as well. The GP price is 50,000 GP. It is relatively cheap for flying equipment because it is technological, but keep in mind that 10 points of damage from any electrical source will short circuit the board until it can be repaired. Needless to say, you will not be able to fly ALL the way to the ruins, but you will be able to get within 5 miles extremely fast and with relatively little encounters with the dangerous flora/fauna. As for your questions about whether or not the final pay will be enough to cover the boards, I will not say. Keep in mind the nature of the ruins you are exploring and think about what you may find there. You may rent the boards for 500GP a day, but are expected to bring them back in tip-top shape and must pay for any damages incurred. If you do not choose to use the boards, there are other options. The Lashunta frequently ride on the native wildlife, which range from giant reptiles to massive flying birds. There are certainly Lashunta and Elf Psions and Wizards who could transport you for a fee, but you's have to arrange your own way back unless you work out a return deal. If you prefer options other than the board, please post in discussion and we'll see what we can do. ![]()
![]() Rax, thanks so much for supplying the link to firearms for Gideon's Crumpet! You get a +10 Coolness for that. Shem O'Gee, if you want to join, I can have you come in a little bit into the campaign. If you're ok with this, just make a character alias and PM me as the alias, telling me some specifics about what your goals are, your personality, what you would like to see out of the game, ect. ![]()
![]() Sorry about the late posting. Busy with college work this weekend. I will be posting sporadically for the next 2 or 3 weeks, but after the 16th, posting should be normal. I will still attempt to make 1 post per day. "And you two must be fellows of Rax and Nebari, yes? Nice to see our groups are getting along swimmingly already, right Ishari?" Quomnal speaks with a bemused smile. Ishari's long, thin antennae twitch playfully, "Why yes Quom, it's always great for fellow explorers to get to know each other, especially since space can be so... lonely. And why the harsh words, dear Valam? In the cold of space, a little warmth goes a long way...", she says in a lilting tone, her body language carrying no small amount of a seductive undertone. "I agree whole-heartedly, my dear. Let us take up Ip-Thek Quaj's offer and have a round to celebrate!" Quomnal states cheerfully. After a round of drinks, Ip-Thek Quaj asks if anyone knows anything more of the strange ruins the two groups are venturing to Castrovel to explore. Quomnal points towards his Aballonian companion, "Trifectus Zero has spent some time analyzing the ruins from space and has determined a few things. He would be better suited to explaining them than I.". The Aballonian turns towards Ip-Thek and his companions and begins speaking in his strange-sounding, metallic voice, "I have spent some time surveying the external portion of the ruins and the surrounding environs and have determined several things. First of all, the ruins, as I'm sure you are aware, is in the Ocean of Mists. What you may not know, however, is that it is in the exact center of it. Second, I have zoomed in on the ruins themselves and they appear to be a pyramid made of a strange glossy black metal with a latticework of grooves that shine with a incandescent blue light. Third and most intriguingly, since the ruin was spotted from space three months ago, the entire region has been surrounded by strange electrical storms which have not ceased. Before this, the ruins were apparently covered by the mists, as there was no record of then before this time. It is my theory that the ruins are the cause of the electrical storms, as even with Castrovel's often violent weather, no storm has lasted longer than a few days at most. Other than these things, we have no other data available."[/b]. Quomnal leans down and locks his hands together in a thought pose,"Now I'm sure you all are wondering, how do we reach the ruins in the Ocean of Mists? I have spoke with local merchants via holo-messages and have been able to purchase a small number of Space Boards, which if you do not know are elliptical boards of silvery metal that utilize antigravity technologies to fly at high speeds. Before you ask, yes, the same Space Boards used in Quarkball, the sport popular on Verces. If you would like I can arrange for you all to obtain some. They are expensive, however, and the price for them will come out of your share of whatever we end up finding in the ruins. How would you like to proceed?". ![]()
![]() The only starting guns available are the firearms listed in Ultimate Combat and the laser or plasma pistols I listed in the recruitment thread. The others will become available later. Withholding them for balance purposes. Also, replied to the PM. Also, Valam Gos, you are correct! Don't feel bad guys, even GM's have some ??? moments lol. ![]()
![]() To my new recruits, glad you joined up! You are part of the expedition Rax and Nebari belongs to and are already acquainted, how much so is up to you. Post something about your characters walking in the lobby with your comrades and interact a bit. Then, the Aethership will land and the campaign will begin in earnest! Also to all players, due to me reviewing my research hypothesis before I submit an IRB for it, I will not post until after noon tomorrow. ![]()
![]() No scale on point buys means that you put points in stats on a 1-for-1 basis. For example, taking a stat of 8 and raising it to 18 would cost 10 stat points. Many people use a scale system, but I make my campaigns more difficult on PCs, so it helps to counterbalance things. Plus, I just don't like scaling buys anyway, as they are mildly confusing and encourage extreme min/maxing or all around mediocrity. Just my ever so humble opinion. ![]()
![]() Dylos, since you are ready, go ahead and add your character to the roster. You will either be one of the unnamed comrades that were debriefing or the lucky sod having fun with the Lashunta. I doubt it's the latter given that you're a paladin, but at least you would have divine protection so to speak lol. Gideon's Crumpet, your character looks sound and we finally have a pilot for when the group gets a ship! Go ahead and add your character to the roster. Also, see my comment to Dylos to see which option you would prefer regarding your character's whereabouts during the first portion of the game. Oh, and as for your character, if you want the bonus from Aethership Ace to go to a one handed weapon or a bow/crossbow instead of firearm, you can. It all depends on your personal preference. Dylos and Gideon's Crumpet, if you want another way to be introduced, just tell me before tomorrow afternoon, because that is when we proceed with the game. ![]()
![]() Just letting you guys know, I will not be posting today for two reasons. The first is that a Castrovelian Rainstorm has knocked out my Transplanetary Communications Device and I am relying on a Personal Messagebot to transmit my messages, or in plainspeak, the weather has knocked my Internet out and I'm posting from my post-eating phone. The second reason is that I'm trying to wait on the people in the new recruitment thread to submit their characters so that we can begin with a full party on Castrovel, no NPC substitutions. Don't worry though, you are still working with the other group, so I'm not GM trumping lol! Sorry for the inconvenience guys. ![]()
![]() Cymric, that's fine, I was just wondering. Xane, we can always use more players. Any ideas in mind for a character? Valam Gos, the race is fine, since it does not go over 20 points. Everyone who plans on playing, when can you have your characters done by? I am posting from my phone and will not be posting in gameplay today because of that fact, and am also going to hold off on posting in the space campaign until either when you have your characters ready to add to the party or Sunday, whichever comes first. You don't have to worry about having all your fluff together to start, you can always detail that later. ![]()
![]() Dylos, common is just common. For the sake of what it is, it is spacespeak so similar in structure and wording to Taldane that it is identical. Just trying to keep the linguistics simplified since there are going to be around 25 different alien species, each with their own languages. Dylos, also, if you are interested in a Wyvaran, we can have you be a 'sub-race' with different bonuses. And if you want stats for the Maraquoi, I have made stats for all 7 genders! Each of the 7 genders has minute differences in ability scores and skill bonuses. Just to give you an idea, Maraquoi have a bonus to CON, a climb speed, a racial bonus to initiative and have an extra ability score bonus/penalty and skill bonus based on which of the 7 genders it belongs to. If you want those stats, just ask. If you want to modify the Wyvaran, just tweak the stuff you don't like and come up with a descriptive word beforehand, such as a Triaxan Wyvaran or a High Wyvaran and show me the racial stats. Cymric, Aasimars are fine but if you want an aberrant race, just tell me what you would like and I'll create you a race. And I thought I had included Knowledge:Local in Space Diplomat but if I have not, then consider it added. ![]()
![]() Quomnal's crystalline face arranges into a knowing smile at your words, "Well spoken, Rax. Truer words would be harder to come by. Nebari, perhaps I heard of your expedition's goals elsewhere, from a tiny space bird... As for an invitation, then we can perhaps pool our resources, if you all are amenable to that. Many hands make for light work, after all. It may take some convincing with Arxos, but the rest of us have no reservations about this, right?". Quomnal turns towards his compatriots as he asks this question. They nod in agreement, with varying degrees of enthusiasm. "What say you then? Partners? If so, I will have you know that we are splitting any rewards between us all evenly. Fair work for a fair share after all.". You are now at a critical moment. Do you team up with Quomnal and his team to have an easier time or do you go it alone, possibly making an enemy, but gaining a greater reward? Now is the time to make a decision.. ![]()
![]() "It is always a pleasure to meet fellow spacers." Quomnal says as he makes an intricate bow. Arxos suddenly rises from his seat in a huff "Speak for yourself, Quom. I have no interest in associating with this rabble. I'll be in my quarters if you need me.", he says before storming off. "Well, at least we are free from that ignorant brute for the moment." Quomnal says calmly. "Now, just out of curiousity, what exactly are you here to explore? It wouldn't happen to be the same ruin that my expedition was hired to explore in the ocean of mists, would it?". ![]()
![]() The large Shaobhad turns to Rax and snarls, "Both, though I don't see how it concerns you, moonduster!". Suddenly, the crystalline Cynean breaks from his meditation and turns to the hulking blue giant, "There's no reason to be uncivil, Arxos. Surely we can manage basic discourse without resorting to barbarity?". Arxos utters a low growl, but says nothing further. The crystalline man suddenly stands up, and is easily six feet in height and about twice that in width. He looks at Rax, "I apologize for Arxos, he can be... unruly at times. Such is the demeanor of a deposed Shaobahd prince, however. Ah, but where are my manners? I am Quomnal, mercenary and master of the arcane. I'm part of a team put together by a, shall we say, anonymous backer to explore a newly discovered ruin the the Ocean of Mists. I am in charge of this expedition, so allow me to introduce you to my comrades. You've already met Arxos. This is Khasel, an intrepid Kalo explorer from the ice-encrusted ocean world of Kalo-Mahoi." he points towards the strange alien in the black breathing suit with the blue sword, who regards you for a moment with eyes like frozen pools of ocean water before returning to inspecting his blade. "This is Trifectus Zero, our 'utility man', though as an Aballonian, perhaps man is a poor word choice." he points towards the robotic Aballonian, whose back opens and extends a metallic tendril gripped with a pincer in greeting to Rax and Nebari "Greetings, unforged, a pleasure to make your acquaintance!". Quomnal scans the room for a moment, "Ishari isn't back yet. I figured as much. She headed towards your group's bedchambers with one of your friends around an hour ago. She's a powerful Psion, but sometimes her hedonistic tendencies get the best of her. A bit wild for a Lashunta, but this universe is home to all sorts of people, I suppose. Here I am talking about us, but asking nothing about you all. How very rude of me! You all are some sort of explorers, yes? I can recognize that look from anywhere. What are your names?" Nebari: As you regard the other expedition, you see that Arxos the Shaobhad is most definitely surly and unfriendly. Trifectus Zero the Aballonian appears to be friendly, but being a machine, that is difficult to tell. Khasel the Kalo appears about as icily indifferent as a chunk of frozen ice. Quomnal the Cynean is difficult to read, though his words are at the very least polite. As for Ishari, the Lashunta who went off for some 'pre-landing stress relief' with one of your fellow explorers, she appeared to be all too friendly, at least to your friend. She also appeared VERY intoxicated, though as Quomnal said, that's pretty much her lifestyle. ![]()
![]() My apologies guys, here is the link! http://paizo.com/campaigns/GMStarspannersPlanetHoppingCampaign/recruiting&a mp;page=last Current characters are a human gunslinger from Alkenstar and Nebari, who has posted here. Twilsemail, yes a Soulknife with Soulbolt will definitely be a fine player character. And good to see you! You get in WotW? ![]()
![]() As you wait on your two fellow explorers to come back from their debriefing their holo-transmission with the exploration's contact on Castrovel, you look around at your fellow passengers. There is a family unit of Vercesians, a mostly-human race with large black eyes who are famous for their invention of the Aetherships, who chat eagerly about their new home here. A strange jellyfish-like Brethedan floats near the ship's bar, holding a delicate spiraling glass in one tentacle which it tilts, spilling the glowing purple drink onto it's head, which absorbs the fluid immediately, dying it's head a like color. And across from you sits a group not to different from your own. A large Shaobhad, a four armed race of blue giants native to the red planet of Akiton, sits in black and gold power armor, white-glowing resonance crystals studding the suit. Next to him sits a strange creature appearing like a large eyed human mixed with a manta ray, wearing a strange skintight black breathing suit, it's solid blue eyes staring intensely at the glowing blue sword with a wicked curve it holds in its hands through the lenses in it's elliptical helmet filled with water. Next to him sits a strange spider-like robot with various tools jutting from mechanical arms growing out of it's back. This is one of the Aballonians, a sentient race of constructs from the sun-scorched world of Aballon. It regards the surroundings from a strange saucer shaped head, a glowing line of orange glass serving as it's eyes. However, the one that attracts your attention the most is a strange creature, seemingly the leader of the group, looking like a 7 foot tall hairless dwarf with a crystalline skin appearing very much like diamond. He is what is called a Cynean, a race of scholarly arcanists from another solar system. He sits cross-legged in meditation if front of the group, his crystalline body dancing with arcane energy. Take this time to interact with the NPCs while I finish building your support. ![]()
![]() Greetings everyone! This is a recruitment thread for a space campaign where, unfortunately, there was a miscommunication between players and GM, which resulted in half the group dropping. The remaining players will be playing with NPC recruits until 2 or 3 positions are filled. Here are some specifics about the campaign. - Starting level 1. - Any official Pathfinder race allowed; 3rd party races subject to GM's approval. - Any official Pathfinder class; 3rd party classes subject to GM's approval. - Any official Pathfinder feats, spells, skills, ect.; 3rd party material subject to GM's approval. - 25 point, no scale ability score buy. - 1 trait, plus 1 campaign trait listed in the original recruitment thread. - Max HP per HD. - Starting gold will be the class' maximum starting amount. - Campaign will take place in Golarion's solar system, starting on the planet of Castrovel. - The story starts in media reis with the adventurers arriving on Castrovel to explore an alien ruin in the Ocean of Mist, competing against a rival group to reach them first. Any players that are interested in participating, simply post a character here, give a bit of RP background, tell me a bit of your playing style, and let me know what you would like incorporated into the game. There will already be alien technology, Aethership customization, the option for cybernetic implants, and various other space opera style bits of homebrew material, which I will have compiled into a PDF for players within a week or so. If you have any questions about the characters or the campaign, simply post them on this thread and I will reply as expediently as possible. ![]()
![]() Works for me. I assume in that case that you will need 2 NPC allies, so I will get to work on those. Hopefully, we can begin in earnest tomorrow with the campaign. Either later this afternoon or tomorrow, I will open a new recruitment thread, depending on how things work out at the retirement home (My Psychology of Aging course has a required number of hours working with the residents at Vernon Woods,). Also, once the ruins are explored, what would you guys like to do next? I'm aware that's a while off from now, but I have several scenarios I came up with for afterwards, one for each planet. If neither of you have a preference, I have a very cool scenario in mind for the next adventure. ![]()
![]() Thanks for sticking with me despite the bumpy beginnings guys. We have a few options with how to proceed. We can attempt a game with you two having aid with an NPC or two until we can recruit some extra players, we can do a game where you two are gestalt characters, or something of that nature. Let me know what you want to do and I'll do my best to make it work. ![]()
![]() An alien ruin has been discovered in the Ocean of Mists east of the Lashunta city of Qabarat, the largest and most opulent city-state on Castrovel. You guys all met on Verces, aboard one of the great Aetherships and, recognizing you all had a common goal, decided to pool your resources. Another group, composed entirely of alien races, did the same and it is now a race to reach the ruins first once the ship docks. Oh yes, there will be competition! Scripted, but competition nonetheless. What do you think? ![]()
![]() Space, that star-filled void in the sky. It is the true frontier, the great unknown which all civilizations try to understand. Countless planets exist within the vast reaches of space, holding secrets of alien civilizations long extinct, entire ecologies of creatures beyond imagination, countless treasures, and landscapes that defy belief. The galaxy of Golarion contains many worlds. Aballon, a sun-blasted land of towering metal spires and endless desert, inhabited by intelligent constructs of unthinkable complexity. Golarion, a cradle of life holding a vast array of environments and creatures. Akiton, a barren red planet home to the warlike Shaobahd, four-armed giants who eschew civilization to embrace a tribal lifestyle. The Diaspora, formerly the world of Sarcesians, shattered into a deadly asteroid field. Eox, a dead planet home to not quite dead arcanists of unimaginable age and power. Verces, a land tidally locked where civilization can only thrive on the thin equator in perpetual twilight. Triaxus, a wandering planet whose journey across the solar system makes it’s seasons intense and almost a century long. Bretheda, a giant world orbited by planet-like moons that sport an alien array of life note found anywhere else in the galaxy. Apostae, a small moonlike planet shrouded in mystery. And Aucturn, a mystery among mysteries, a symbol of unknown terror to the arcanists who dare to explore it’s mysteries. Yet, it is to Castrovel that a group of explorers have come to. Situation between fiery Aballon and welcoming Golarion, Castrovel is a vast jungle planet filled with swirling multicolored mists and home to both the Elves and the Lashunta, a race of almost-human aliens possessing vast psionic power and a culture embracing knowledge and enlightenment. As the Vercesian Aethership the explorers hitched a ride on begins to land, they have a few words between each other before docking. This is to give you guys a little bit of time to get to know each other, since you have not spent very much time in IC discussions within the group. And apologies for the cheesy beginning, but intros are my weak point. My VERY weak point.
