Well, that was a grand finale!
Ha ha, what a crit!

Since the adventure is over, and there is just a little mop up and an epilogue, let us get the following going.

FYI, the Dragon's specially invented skill:

Quote:

Dragon Operative (Ex)

Norys has learned to use her innate draconic attacks with precision and dexterity. She can use her trick attack with her natural weapons. She does not add her trick attack damage to her attacks, but her target is still flat-footed and she can use her debilitating tricks.

So... I thought this would either end this round with Mind Thrust and a failed Save, and hits, or maybe go on for a couple more rounds if she could heal.

But no!
A memorable ending.

So--
REPORTING NOTES
If the orbital bombardment destroyed White Sands Lodge, check box A. If the Starfinders impressed Tefarian Mel, check box B. If the PCs impressed Aralyx, check box C. If the PCs impressed Jaxter, check box D.
So you get boxes B, C, and D

PRIMARY SUCCESS CONDITIONS
If the PCs defeated Norys and recover Zafeldrin’s data, they succeed at their mission and each earn 1 Fame and 1 Reputation for any factions associated with their currently slotted Faction boon.
Check that (though there is dragon brain matter to clean from that datapad)

SECONDARY SUCCESS CONDITIONS
If the PCs accomplish at least four of the following tasks, they each earn 1 additional Fame and 1 Reputation for any factions associated with their current faction boon: discover at least one beacon in area A, discover all beacons in area A (cumulative with the first goal), identify the Dragon Legion monolith, impress one or more guests you got impressed ALL guests! So you got four you needed...

BAD THINGIE YOU AVOIDED:
If the PCs fail to defeat the Diamond Glow during the starship combat, the PCs do not receive the additional Reputation from the secondary success condition, though they can still earn the additional Fame.
But you won the space battle!

BOOM!

Before I calculate, it is goes BOOM! and you calculated.
Yes, that's it: 5 Resist and x 1.5 for Vuln
CR 8 and 138 HP, so it pops to = -37 and is dead
(I was seeing with Drakzul what his crit was, I think we counted a little bit too much damage ; and the Burn would not hurt because of the 5 Resist.. but with that crit' it is dead. What a shot. Don't piss off a stressed Goose!)

___________________________

Goose jumps up, unseen by the dragon who does not even see it coming, shoots a laser beam right through the wyrm's forehead, blasting its brain matter all over the broken bridge.

It will definitely leave Goose's friends alone.

Drakul has stabilized himself, the blood flowing from his wound staunched by the snow.

Huckle Jim comes on back out.

And Id-Sinitis heals you up, as you check out the dead dragon.

There she lies, Norys.

She is dressed in a white suite of advanced lashunta tempweave, with a haste circuit blinking away that soon dies, and mk 1 thermal capacitor.
She also had three mk 2 serums of healing that she never had time to use--
(the strategy being to fly away and heal up if @45 hp - Goose-crits do not give you such a luxury)

And you find a... data pad!

As you heal up, patch your armor, reload the weapons, and make sure the bridge is empty-- sadly it is totally empty, of items and loot and such too.
As you do all this, you check the datapad and see that her name was Norys, indeed, but there is no link to Frozen Trove here, just like the uniforms, all is rather bland with no names or trails.
You do see that Norys’s data pad holds account information worth 6,000 credits, and... her access codes for the stolen data!
You have succeeded in retrieving the stolen Starfinder data.

You look at one another: what to do next? Anything left to check or look for in this wrecked spaceship?

Not Wisdom, really, it's just reading and re-reading the things to try and figure out how it works.
I had never read X-Ray serum.
And it is funny, because the Dragon does have this "Sense Through (Snow)" ability, that I had never seen before!

Just keep your serum and don't cross it off your chronicle.
I'm sure Goose knows better than us how it works.
(I think it is quite powerful to see through a door or a safe or whatever, have to check the thickness of things).

Drazkul:
You rolled 2d4+2d6+6 for your crit'.
You weapon is the standard Azimuth Pistol the 350 Cr. one?
So your normal damage is what?
1d4+2d6+6
or
1d4+2d6+3 ?
(to see what you crit' is?)

Drakzul hits his comm' unit and says: "The wyrm is vulnerable to fire, immune to cold, paralysis, and sleep, and resistant to cold and fire--"

The wyrm calls out: "Resistance is futile! YOU sleep..."

And Drakzul, frozen, topples over.

(those are the stats in the scenario: Immune to Cold with 5 Cold resistance)

Grand Lodge

PbP Info 1 | PbP Info 2 | PbP Cons | PbP GM Kit | To Conquer the Dragon |

Id manages to avoid most of the cone, and his armor soaks a lot of the rest.
15 - 10 = 5 damage I think

Then, the dragon swoops in from the west and zips right past Goose, who is able to spot it just as it passes right in front of him--
Perception check succeeds w/o distance modifiers
--so he shoots with his laser, thus appearing from his cloaking field... but does not provoke since the dragon did not see him as he shot.
He hits!
Strangely, Goose sees a couple things happen at the same time as his laser cuts into the flank of the passing dragon.
The dragon's scales have some kind of resistance reducing the blow of the fire based attack-- but, the burn that passes this resistance, seems to burn a larger hole than expected.
6 damage

The dragon bellows!

Then all the others, who just saw a shot stop in middair see the beast appear as it attacks Id-Sinitis, having flown up to him.
Id is totally tricked by how this huge beast crept up on him without a noise, but, despite the fact that he is flat-footed, the dragon's maw misses him!

Thus, Drakzul shoots-- and the dragon's eye glints dark, as the wyrm strikes out with a claw at Drakzul, tearing into Drakzul's chest.
"Quiet, foolish one! Just die!"
AoO ; 14 damage (say if you have DR)

But Drakzul's shot hits the dragon right in the soft spot under the raised claw-paw.
Again, the dragon resists some of the damage, but is obviously vulnerable to fire and it screeches!
(I rolled 2d4+2d6+6 extra for your crit', correct? And tell me what your crit' effect is?)
42 damage

@Drakzul: remember to reduce damage w. your energy shield[

From the depth of the smuggler's cargo bay, Huckle Jim has a line of sight and his sonic boom hits the dragon in its mouth, cutting short any bellowing!
13 damage

Then Id finally manages to get his spell off-- realizing he is very lucky to not have provoked, thanks to Drakzul being subject to the opportunistic attack just before he used his magic!
He sends a mental overload to the dragon's brain, that fights back and rejects a lot, but is stll wracked by horrible visions of sunbathing on a desert island and other such fiery images.
23 damage

Round 4 over, inits' change, and onto round 5

"You will all die here, and I will play with your frozen carcasses!"

The dragon then launches off to the south-east flying away and disappearing as its stealth field kicks in--
--before reappearing nearly right away, just beside Id-Sinitis.
I left the arrows and mini to show the path, the current place is circled in orange
It lets out another cone of cold and ice and freezing air!
Huckle Jim sees the wave stop at the cargo door, and Goose is a little protected, but Drakzul and Id are right in front of the blast.
DC 18 Reflex save (+2 for Goose) - and Huckle Jim is not hit - for either 38 or 19 damage

GM - If that is how you rule on the X-ray, then that is that.

Well that is what is written in the description of the serum: that it passes barriers and such, and cannot go past 60 feet.

It is not a see invisible or such.

This dragon, for example, has Sense Through also, but limited to "Snow".
Meaning that it could see through the snow storm and not have miss chance etc., whereas you would have it.
But no snow storm w. the 4 player adjustment (which removes that problem for you, as well as the high wind problem).

Drakzul once again is hit by the cone of cold, seemingly not the most nimble of once-dead Vesks.
Huckle Jim is happily able to duck and avoid part of it, while Goose, once again, goes the opposite route from Drakzul, and totally evades the freezing damage.

Goose's white eyes do not spot the dragon, so he decides what to do...
Ready an action?

While Huckle Jim, not spotting the dragon either, goes for some cover, and prepares to blast the wyrm when it appears again.

Drakzul also prepares his laser gun for when the dragon appears.
You target EAC? And do Fire damage, correct?
Thinking back, Drakzul knows that this is a white dragon, a huge beast, being chromatic it is normally evil, but maybe this one is a follower of Iomedae... or not. It is linked to cold, of course...
And you may ask 1 question

Id Sinitis--

@Huckle Jim: Negative levels "only" give you a negative (-1) in a bunch of things.

@Drakzul: You are right, Full Action vs. Full Attack. So Haste "only" adds speed.
No problem about asking, please.

@Goose: So far, your serum has not been in play since while using X-ray vision, you can’t attempt sight-based Perception checks beyond 60 feet but, after that, I do not believe this will do anything at all vs. the cloaking field.
Sense Through lets you see through obstacles, objects, barriers etc., right?
And the field is a way of distorting light and sound to stealth.
So it does not seem that X-ray works vs. this.

You were unlucky with the cones so far, but it shouldn't be this regular.

I gave a bonus on the first attack, but the other two cones were coming down from above, so I didn't for those (and the whole bridge is on an angle too - makes it all easier!).

Quote:
the dragon seems to have a lot of actions in one round ?

So far, no. The past couple of rounds:

• it attacks (Standard) - which makes it break Stealth (and you can target w. Ready)
• then it Moves, and stealths while moving because it has a thing for that, and moves to wherever it wants to be, and, stealthed, it then-- next round, attacks (so far this was the cycle)
• So far you I imagine you see it is Hasted because its movements are accelerated. But it has not used Haste for an extra move (it does at least or over 200 feet base speed, which helps - so 1/2 speed to get full Stealth is way over 100 feet)

Quote:
she seems to have some kind of operative trick.

So far you have only seen the Cloaking Field

But she might have more tricks up her scaled sleeves.

Quote:
I know monster kinda break the rules sometimes.

That will probably come this round. One special thingie she has.

Quote:
I can't even use haste after a trick attack. From what I have read (RAW), haste only works after a full attack.

No. You have to re-read:

When making a full attack, a hasted creature can also take a separate move action in order to move. The movement can occur before, after, or between the attacks from the full attack. All movement must occur at the same time.
So, for a Trick Attack w. Haste you can move Attack and then use Haste to move again.

Quote:
From what I surmise, we have been royally and totally butt-f****ed on how well the breath weapons are recharging.

I did roll a 1 twice in a row... that does validate what you are saying.

Quote:
Secondly, the dragon can do this all day.

No. I've been clear, that Cloaking Field has a timer, and said so since Goose has the same one so easy for him to know.

That should help knowing she can NOT do it all day. Which should raise your spirits. Otherwise she'd be quasi impossible to take down.

Quote:
Couple that with the ability to get all 4 of us in the cone EVERY round without leaving itself vulnerable. If it was more than 50' away from Id on that side of the map, how the hell could it still get the rest of the party unless that cone is 100' or more long?!?

You will now see she does (cannot?) send her cone out every round.

And, as I said above, the stealthing is only for some time.
Besides, maybe the Perception checks will go high and her stealth low?
And I said the dragon is UP in the air. She is right beside Id, on the side of the map. But some 65 feet above, up.
The cone is thus pointing down.
It is not 100 feet long, but it is bigger than most (over the 60 foot ones).

Yes, she opened a door in the wall.
To a cargo hold.

PbP Info 1 | PbP Info 2 | PbP Cons | PbP GM Kit | To Conquer the Dragon |

You all look around... but are unable to spot your enemy.
So, you prepare to try and hit the Dragon if it is to appear again.

Though you do not see him, for he hides like an Ysoki-Dragon, Goose slipped to the side, hiding again, while popping a serum out and then drinking it.

And, reappear the dragon does-- at the other end of bridge, close to the anti-grav transport you came down on.
It was flying around, cloaked, and pops into view just as it spews forth another blow of its breath weapon.
It is obviously a healthy wyrm, being able to thus give cone after cone!

Suddenly, after these moments where you were all waiting, looking up at the space above you-- all cold hell breaks loose.

The dragon lets forth its cone of icy cold, once again covering the entire bridge from its high vantage point, some 60 feet above you--
ALL make a DC18 Reflex save and take either 30 or 15 Cold damage

--and as the blast of icicles and freezing air washes over you, you all react, having prepared for this.

Id-Sinitis turns his head... but is unable to target the too distant wyrm, thus does not attack.
(Mind Thrust is Close Range, so 50 ft. at your level, correct?

Drakzul, who now has a shimmering energy shield around him - which might already be blasted by cold - gets his IA Exocortex to start tracking the dragon, and thus now has feedback to better attack, when attack he can.

Huckle Jim was ready to fire, and swings his rifle around, blasting away, finally he can aim at a target!
His shot is even pretty good, but the wyrm is just beyond his main range, and so the sonic blast is weakened when it reaches the dragon, and does not harm it.
(a miss w. the -2 for the range)
Huckle Jim now KNOWS you are all going to die here!

Then the dragon keeps on flying, and, as it does, its stealth measures kick in again, and it disappears from view.
ALL can make a Perception check

Too bad you cannot see Goose, for his eyes have gone all... white!
Is it the cold?
Is it death as Huckle Jim fears?

For Goose:
It states that "for 1 minute, you can activate or suppress your X-ray vision as a move action", so it is now in your system in this round, but you must activate in the next round with a move action (right?)

It is a bit of an original combat in that the dragon is hard to spot (for now at least, but, since I believe Goose would recognize a fellow Ghost Operative's Cloaking Field, at least you now there's a time to this) and that she can fly up and about (no ceiling, open sky) and is free to move (and her move is a lot faster than yours).

Hey, you're tackling a dragon!

For Goose:
Don't mind about swapping them, even if it is written in a way that might proclude any movement or actions, I am counting the +10 if you don't move around, or attack or do anything big.
So, I'd say, either get Stealth w. +10 & the potion in hand but not drunk.
Or else--
You move 5 ft (or more) and while doing so pull the potion as a weapon (BAB+1) while Stealthing (but no +10) and then drink the potion.

Grand Lodge

PbP Info 1 | PbP Info 2 | PbP Cons | PbP GM Kit | To Conquer the Dragon |

Not all did. Drakzul yes. But Huckle and Id did not, I believe. And they are tracking their damage in their avatar line (since Id's went down again w. the latest damage, the number I saw first did include the 1 dam from the first breath attack - I was not sure if it had been updated or not).

Grand Lodge

PbP Info 1 | PbP Info 2 | PbP Cons | PbP GM Kit | To Conquer the Dragon |

Goose does not see even a glint of scale...

But he pulls out his potion.

For Goose:
• your first Move Action is to Stealth while remaining immobile, correct? To gain the "If you remain perfectly still for at least 1 round, you gain a +10 bonus to Stealth checks" (let's say that the wording sucks, because digging in a bag is NOT being perfectly still, and I'll skip that part and allow it to mean not moving and not attacking etc.). But, it is a Move Action where you do not move
• you retrieve your potion as a Move Action, but one where you are not moving. So all the BAB +1 "you can combine drawing or sheathing a weapon or weapon-like object with moving up to your speed as a single move action" does not count here, since you are NOT moving, neither to Stealth nor to Retrieve.
Is that correct? Or am I missing something?

Grand Lodge

PbP Info 1 | PbP Info 2 | PbP Cons | PbP GM Kit | To Conquer the Dragon |

No, you did not lose the slot, since you could not see it thus not target it.

Id avoids most of the cold attack, and his armor soaks up most of the rest, but a little bit of freezing tinkles his antennae.

He looks around, and tries to pinpoint the enemy... in vain.

For ID and ALL:
You know the Dragon is most probably using a Cloaking Field like Goose's.
Which means it can stealth even in plain sight, thus it can re-stealth while moving if it was stealthed and then appeared when it attacked.
You can try to use Perception, but if it is like Goose and hits 30 to 40 stealth, plus is 15 to 25 squares away from people, it'll be hard to spot.
If it is a Cloaking Field, there is a timer, so you can just wait for it to drop.
Or else, if I were a player here, I'd start looking into readied actions.
The problem is that this is super specific in Starfinder.
(my Bold)
Ready an Action
You can prepare to take an action when a certain trigger occurs (edit: like "as soon as I see the Dragon") by using a standard action. Decide on a standard, move, or swift action and a trigger. (edit: so it probably cannot be a choice - unless you convince me with good wording! - but a specific action). You can take the action you chose when the trigger happens. This changes your initiative count to the current initiative count for the remainder of the combat. If you used a reaction on your previous turn and then chose to ready an action, you still regain your reaction at the beginning of your original turn, not when you take your readied action.
(edit: here comes a little thing to be aware of:)
If your readied action is purely defensive, such as choosing the total defense action if a foe you are facing shoots at you, it occurs just before the event that triggered it. If the readied action is not a purely defensive action, such as shooting a foe if he shoots at you, it takes place immediately after the triggering event (edit: so choose your wording wisely). If you come to your next turn and have not yet performed your readied action, you don’t get to take the readied action (though you can ready the same action again).

Huckle Jim takes a full blast of freezing cold, and does not fire, since he is not shown where the wyrm might be.

None have any idea of where the Dragon went.

Goose totally avoids the wave of cold, and then moves up close to the illusion... that fades away now that all have disbelieved it.

Drakzul ducks below the icy attack, and his armor soaks part of the blow.
He then tosses a grenade that conjures Sylther up--
I'll let you tell me when he goes back to his Plane of chaos
--that slithers over into the snow... and reveals that the snow bank is only made to look like it is hiding some creature by a small drone programmed to move around in it.

Id also avoids most of the dragon's breath, and then his armor soaks nearly all up.
But he has no target-mind to try to blast...
You do not see anything (did not try a Perception check, but it does not matter anyhow I believe)

You all wonder where the heck--

--the White Dragon appears to the south west, at the corner of the bridge, but some 65 feet up in the air, as it was coming back around, and, once again, it blasts a cone of cold at you, spewing forth icy vapor from its open mouth.
ALL (including Slyther) must make a DC18 Reflex save for 33 or 16 Cold damage

Then the Dragon continues its move-- and shimmers for a split second, before disappearing again, like Goose did before.

You do not see where it was flying to.

Perception checks can be made

When, suddenly a cloud of frost and ice appears, at the same time as you see another Huge White Dragon standing there, in the open doorway, that appears as it opens its mouth wide, and-- before any of you can react, breathes out an enormous cloud of icy particles - the volume blown out is twice that of the room you are in! -, that freeze you all despite your armor and protective gear.
ALL go for a DC18 Reflex save (Id gets a +2 for Partial Cover). 22 Cold damage if failed, 11 if successful (tell me what adjustments to that, re. cold DR etc.)

This Dragon, that appeared to have been invisible or hiding well, is just like the one that you saw lying dying or dead on the floor, before most managed to disbelieve the illusion.

Id has some trouble aiming through his comrades, and the bridge console and furniture... but his laser touches the snow, burning a line through it.

So, Huckle Jim, Id Sinitis, and Goose get out of the vehicle, and Drakzul remains in it, 5 feet above the floor-- (is that it?)
Put your minis where you are, want to be

--and you look at the body, or corpse, of the White Dragon on the floor, and at the big lump under the snow, where movement is.

At the same time as Huckle Jim says that he knows the dragon on the floor is an illusion, Id realizes there are no vibrations at all coming from the body... and confirms it is just some illusory vision.

Drakzul scratches his head, but is unable not to see a HUGE scary dragon there.

Id speaks up: "But, as I said, there is movement under the snow, and that movement doesn’t match that of a dragon..."

Cool! )))) That sounds GREAT!

Or else you never left home, but made a great Bluff roll right now! xD

Rewards for writing is super ))) - sadly, we poor PbP folk were not able to play your multi-table (though I think I'm supposed to GM it for the Paris, France Con' in November).

From the hovering vehicle, some 10 feet above the dragon, Huckle Jim fires... but his shot it unable to pierce the immobile dragon's skin.
It does not react.

Drakzul thinks... he should be able to come up with some ideas to verify if the dragon is really where you see it.

So, I imagine you are still some 10 feet above the top of the huge prone dragon... and the big pile of snow.
Tell me if you want to keep on moving down.

Goose is a little bit too tense to take 10 right now...

You can try to talk, and bargain with... the weird huge thing slightly moving under the snow bank, or the huge white dragon lying dead or dying in the middle of the floor.

Do you keep on descending?
If so, to where?

Id piles in too, and you pass out of the protective bubble you just got going again, and move into the snowstorm--
--that suddenly abates, and calms down.
The piloting turns out to be easy, and Drakzul succeeds in getting you down with the antigrav transport.
(4 player adjustment)

You fly and float down those 50 feet.

And you see that the starship’s bridge hangs precariously off the cliff, tilted ninety degrees.
A cracked forward window sits in the middle of the floor.
Snow and wind pour through a tear in the west side of the hull, but are calming down right now, but have already piled up into a heavy snowdrift.

A huge captain’s station sits on the south wall, flanked by operating posts for smaller creatures.

You wonder where you can get the data you need to recover.

Oh, maybe there?

In the middle of the chamber, you see a prone and unmoving-- white dragon!
The figure is covered in snow.

But, as you get closer, maybe some 20 feet away now, Drakzul and Id spot something else!

There is movement in the snowbank, and they tell you their impression is of something large under the snow.

Except that a little while after, now you are some 10 feet away, Id speaks up: "Wait, the movement under the snow doesn’t match that of a dragon!"

Do Huckle Jim and Id Sinitis get on board the hoverloader, that Drakzul is piloting?

Do you start to move down a mountainside, towards a precariously balanced wreck, where a White Dragon might be alive and waiting for you... or is she wounded and wanting help, or even-- dead?

Grand Lodge

PbP Info 1 | PbP Info 2 | PbP Cons | PbP GM Kit | To Conquer the Dragon |

The hoverloader is upturned, so you have to set it right side up, but it is otherwise in good condition and works just fine.
Drakzul checks it out and powers it up, ready to go hunt a dragon-- although, he suddenly has a flash, as if feeling that Death is awaiting him, he, the Borai, who cheated death once already.

The others are ready to hop in-- or not.

Just to keep things moving along, since there is actually nothing here - we can change this if you feel you would NOT have done it.
Reflex: 1d20 ⇒ 1 (nice fumble, thanks GM!)
Fire: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 2, 1, 3) = 8
______________

You all stand back, as Huckle Jim goes right up to the door and opens it, standing smack in the middle.
A wave of fire bursts out, the back draft blasts over Huckle Jim and reaching 10 feet behind him!
(8-5 resist = 3 damage)
He shrugs off most of the fire, and only gets a few blisters.

Now the flames go down inside, and you can look around.
All is burnt up, nothing left to find, and the charred corpses of the Diamond Glow’s gunners still sit at the firing controls.

All that is left is the room to the west, the left, of the power core, the half destroyed room that opens over the chasm.
(I marked it in Green ; and if you look at the bottom right of the map you see the little drawing of how the spaceship is broken up)

You are before the doors of what must have been one of the ship's access corridors.

(again, pushing you along a bit, but nothing special, so, to save a couple days of Perception checks, hope it is okay with you)

You check the door for any fires inside, and make sure it is safe--

When opened, you see that the access corridor to the bridge abruptly cuts off over the precipice and a drop to the ground 300 feet below.

A few strips of the hull still cling to the bridge, which hangs 50 feet down.

An overturned, but functioning hoverloader sits tucked near the door.
(Speed 15 ft., EAC 13, KAC 16, HP 90, Hardness 8)
The hoverloader can carry a pilot and 5 passengers.

There is not much else other than debris from the corridor.

The map of the bridge, hanging below, is the oval shaped one to the bottom left

You know Drakzul was right.
There is a contained fire raging inside, and if you open the door, it will create a backdraft that could burn you pretty badly.

(it is just some loot)

Now that you have some time, no apparent threats, and with an environmental seal keeping out the snow and cold, you look all around.

Leaving the Power Core room and the two bodies behind, you first go through all the crates in the cargo bay area where the gems were, and come up with a package containing an experimental AbadarCorp computer chip--
(worth 1.800 Cr.)

Perception: 1d20 ⇒ 20
--then in the two rooms to the east - right side of the map - you find nothing in the lavatory, but in the storage room you find 2 medpatches and a canister of sprayflesh.

Perception: 1d20 ⇒ 10
In the room to the right of the power core, the one that is partially collapsed, you search the room and succeed in finding something Huckle Jim missed before: the feet of a dead human sticking out of the rubble.
Spending a couple minutes clearing the remains reveals the crushed body and an intact aphelion laser pistol with 1 high- capacity battery (40 charges).

You come to the Gunnery Station to the south, the room where Drakzul is afraid of a backdraft.
May I have a Physical Science check?

As Drakzul rests, under the pink spray--

--you see the two people you fought have now stopped breathing and are dead.

It is no longer snowing outside, now that the Power Core is prevented from blowing up and the shield is up around the crashed spaceship.

What do you?

A blast of plasma bursts out of the core, spraying molten searing liquid... fortunately in a part of the chamber where no one is.

At the same time, Goose lands on the bottom, and manages to tinker successfully and manually activate the manual cooling system at the bottom of the chamber.
Nozzles start spraying foam all over.
You are immediately covered in pale pink, but can wipe it up.
Though you can also keep it if you feel it suits you.

Goose is happy he stopped the plasma discharges.

You hear the power core start to hum - in an agreeable way - and you realize that the navigational shielding has been reactivate, sheltering the starship from the storm outside.
