Are you looking for character concepts just now, or full builds?

Beastkin seems interesting, but still balanced.

So I'm currently developing a homebrew campaign for some friends, and it starts with them in their home village where they go off to do some adventures and when they return, their village is under attack from demons led by a local cult leader.

Long story short, they will almost die before being saved by a roaming band of seafaring werebears who are fighting a variety of demonic incursions and such like, and in order to save these innocent youngsters, they turn them into werebears and take them with them (after all, their entire village is razed to the ground).

My question is, does anyone have a reasonably balanced template that can be used to apply the werebear part to them as they level to second level (which will be when they are rescued by the werebears).

I've been reading the gameplay thread for this, and I've always had a desire to learn the WoD system. I have the Vamp 20th books but I've never got round to playing; would you be okay with a newcomer to the system being on-board?

Oh, wow, thanks GM Nostrus! That is a lot to go on. Perfect.

Not a problem. As it happens, the BBC ran an article on this yesterday.

@Roycilo; look up some of the famous countertenors, and specifically sopranists. Wikipedia has a list: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sopranist#Notable_sopranists

@Hot DM: I totally get your reasons for including gestalt, I'm just not a fan personally. I feel it takes away the challenge of the game, and for me, success is only brought about through rising to adversity.

But then, my AP games are exclusively 15 point buy, as they are written. :)

I would have been up for a Bard-only game but not where gestalt is involved. It does give me ideas though!

After having some thought about it, I would amend my character submission to a Bard with the Chelish Diva archetype.

Couple of questions; are you okay to handwave the 1,000 person requirement for Chelish Diva so I can use Longacre (currently 1,508 souls)? If not, can we have it that she's famous in a section of Longacre?

Second, are you okay with her having a hireling to carry her gear?

Morvius, how are you swaying on the Vigilante question?

I love an evil game, and I'm very much interested in taking a crack at this one. Are there any GMs out there willing to run it?

Going for one of the Occult classes.

Well I can't deny that I fancy giving the Warlock a spin, even if Aesheera's game is full. I'll give him a profile and then wait for the go ahead.

I can quite easily run two characters, DaWay. I'll have a look at your game and see what's required.

Still got room for one? I'd like to play a Dragonborn.

How do you feel about Vigilante?

My initial thoughts on this character is a Changeling Vigilante who is a Stalker. For a rough idea, think Mystique crossed with an evil Batman.

Starter post.

This is the discussion thread for the closed game of Hell's Rebels.

Character Creation:
- 15 point buy (this is what the APs are tuned for, and it adds a little danger!)
- Any official Paizo source (basically if it's on PFSRD I'm down with it)
- Two traits (one must be campaign)
- Max HP at level 1 (for other levels it'll be roll and half+1 if lower)
- Max starting gold

I'd like a link to character sheets, and background info. I can rely on you guys to do good, but I approach background for level one characters as being someone who is semi-skilled. They know enough to be dangerous but are really still wet behind the ears. Tie it into your campaign feat.
