lloyd, you should be able to see the map now. if you cant try refreshing. I checked all settings a few times, further when I do the control L feature that lets me see what a character sees, I can look through Lloyds 'eyes' Lloyd set the crossbow down and pulled out a coil of rope, casting a spell upon it he tossed it into the room, unfortunately with everyone around Gibs, there was no place to throw it that wouldnt hit members of the group. The rope wrapped around Balurks legs as he lay on the ground. Jack felt the rope wrapping around his and he went to the ground hard, but held onto his Kukri's as he saw the rope wrapping around Gibs' ankles too and the farmer came down eye to Jack. Jack, prone as he was from the tripvine, swung his kukri's and one would have struck true, but laying down caused it to just not do it. The deathwalkers had the look of fear on their faces that tightened with every growl of the bear. They wanted badly to shut those doors that Arronus and his skeletal friend were stopping. Once more they focused their attacks on the elf as two javelins flew towards him and two spear thrusts stabbed out. The little straw rat was performing antics on his shoulder that successfully distracted his onlookers a few times as the javelins flew past chipping away at the plaster behind the elf and the good doctor. Both spear strikes went awry. rolls on roll20 Dr. Ocellus looked at those in the back throwing javelins and guaged their wounds, pulling an alchemist fire out and throwing it at the most injured and watched him burst into flames and fall to the ground. Hot jellied flaming syrupy like substance splashed out on the three other natives. Arronus then told Doc Ocellus to help Gideon and leave the deathwalkers to him as he watched the skeleton once more claw a gash into the man., though he was still standing Until Arronus cut him down with his longsword and stepped over the body. The bear focused all of its attention on the man who had cut his back, swiping with one big claw, and then the other grabbing the warrior as the claws tore flesh and the bite bit into his neck. Blood spattered the hall as Gideons body went limp and the fauchard fell to the hallway. He was held in the bears grasp unconscious for the moment while his lifes blood poured out of him. Sparkwing lit into the bear, wings beating, talons clutching, beak pecking and manages to slightly injure the beast. Jack tried to calm the bat, as he watches the bear tear into Gideon. Urtar kneels and tries to pry up the metallic panels encased in stone but is distracted as he sees the carnage wrought by the large bear and he loses his train of thought. Gideon continues to bleed, his body failing to stop on its own. roll on roll20. you can make your next roll Gideon Flash walks slowly to stand behind Jack, his eyes wide with fear. quickly George ran around the tent that had caught flame and rushed up to the two goblins holding toches and swung his signature axe, and the first Goblin ducked beneath it, while the second became two parts with a burst of blood. The Goblin fell to the ground. Brahorm moved to engage thetwo Pyrotechnic Goblins to the right, and swung his scimitar at the furthest to the right, but the Goblin was too quick for the Champion.. He raised his shield to ready himself for defense. attack with brahorm vs AC17: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15 Sidonia moved up to form a defensive perimeter. Percy looked at the diminutive humanods bearing torches and considered what hed heard...quick footed and agile, but not of a great will. their heartiness was only slightly better than their willpower. He then fired an arrow at the Goblin Brahorm had swung at, but it went wide. Finally he considered the Warchanter and what he remembered was besides being able to have his music cause magical effects, he could also beat out a distracting tune that would cause some confusion in his opponents....distracting them from their endeavors. The Warchanter continued to beat out the inspiring tune he had started a few seconds ago, and added a powerful beat every third strike and the group saw a rock lift from the ground and fly towards George directed by the Warchanters eyes. George ducked and the rock sailed past him into the burning tent. tk projectile vs ac17: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15 The flames started by the Pyro's spread. The Torch bearing Goblin in front of George, looked up at the big man and said a couple arcane words and a gout of flame erupted from his mouth. George took the small bit of flame that came out straight on, but the water coating him nullified the majority of it and he barely had little more than a sunburn after. Then he took a swipe at the big man with his torch, which connected hard with Georges knee with slight damage, the fire from the torch being absorbed by the briny water once more. Reflex save for George DC 16: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13
The two Goblin Pyros in front of Brahorm both tried to strike him with their torches. Brahorm blocked the first strike with his shield, sending flames sputtering around it. The furthest north goblin just missed striking. Both Goblins glanced at each other and repeated the spewing flames from their mouth at the Champion. Brahorm once brought his shield before him deflecting the majority of the flames but showed signs of burns on his hands and arms. Goblin attack vs AC19: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20
Barbie conjures up a ball of ice and throws it at the Warchanter. It passed harmlessly over his head. Then she moved towards Sidonia. The Deathwalker in front of Arronus jumped forward with his spear , which was blocked by a flick of Arronus blade. The native behind him threw a javelin at the elf passing over his head and hitting the wall behind him, chipping some plaster off it...to reveal a wood panel behind the plaster. The native next to him threw a 2nd javelin at the Elf with the straw puppet. This Javelin struck the elf in the chest, bruising his ribs as it bounced off his armor and landed on the floor. The last stabbed his spear out at Arronus This time the spear slashed across Arronus arm, leaving a cut near to the bone. Dr. Ocellus ran around the corner and came up to bolster Arronus attempt to take the doorway. Arronus slashes out with his sword, but its deflected by the natives shield. His skeletal servant in a frenzy of bony hands reaching out, manages to claw the native in from of him a bit. Suddenly with a crash the door holding the ravenous cave bear bursts open. The bear bumbles out and catches his bearing, and moves forward to square off with Gideon as fauchard cuts into his back. I couldnt make sense of the roll from this round, so I used the AoO of the round before. Sparkwing hovering above Gideon, flew down flapping his wings and scratching t the bear, working to distract him. +2 to Gideons AC next round Jack watched the disturbed bat and sees its not hostile, more like annoyed at the noise and light. Its flight is erratic. It might be provoked to attack. Its just more likely to knock anyone off the 20' bridge span between the covered area he and Urtar stood and the hall, Gideon stood in. Urtar screamed back at Arroneus and looked around. seeing metal loops pounded in either side of the pit on the stonework of the bridge that a rope could be slipped through, to the left and right. That would make it easy to cross. He also surmised that the pitfall could probably be closed if worked right. Gideon slashed out again at the bear. This time it struck a glancing blow to the giant animal took first number in that string. Flash brayed again. Unsure of his actions. With the light gone, the bats were merely restless from the noise. since we assumed hed want to be pulled out, we will retcon that part Dr. Ocellus waved off the offer of help that was being offered, and proudly struggled, pulling himself out of the pit, on Gideons side, where his spade was laying. He picked up the spade and adjusted his hat triumphantly. Arronus turned and rushed after the Deathwalkers commanding his skeleton to follow. When he got down there and looked at the door, he could see there was a place to put a bar across the doors, from this side. The doors stood open and the Deathwalkers were standing looking at Arronus as he ran up. Longsword in hand he was ready to take the fight to them. Once again you could hear the bear slam against the door, which held. It roared in anger. Jack drew his bow and sent Sparkwing to fly above Gideon to protect him. Round 1 Lloyd looked at the dimly lit farmer and It looked to him that he was merely a man, half crazed by the look in his eyes, but just a man, so he begins to share what he discovered. That this 'farmer' was wearing a well-made breastplate identifying him as being an ex-soldier, and is carrying a war razor that also looked to be well made. Expect him to be dangerous. Carla looked at the man and his weapon, declaring the weapon magical and seeing clear signs that the man is under some sort of enchantment. Lawrence looked out from his pocket and shivered... Gibs, growled and stepped forward slashing out with his war razor at Balurk who was in the doorway. The first attack sliced Balurks arm open pretty fiercely. The second, the big Orc avoided. Jack reached down pulling both Kukri's from their sheaths then took issue with not killing the farmer with Carla. However as long as the Ex-Soldier turned Farmer stood in the doorway, unless they went through windows, of found a way to push him backwards, only Balurk could get to him. Tactically, the Farmer had the advantage of terrain. Barek pulled his Rapier and then used his arcane power to summon a shield of force that hovered in the air between he and this ex soldier. Briar Rose wanted to tackle the farmer, but couldnt get to him...and even so his movements showed him to be a knowledgeable combatant and she doubts she couldve in this instance. You can use those rolls on your next attack if you wish. FYI for a Rogues sneak attack, all you need is flanking. stealth is unnecessary. If they have the Off-Guard condition, you get it. Percy looks at the remaining Goblins and considers carefully his actions coming up with a viable plan, and fires an arrow at the afeared Goblin, putting an arrow right into his eye as he was swallowing the pear. Then he quickly pulls another arrow and fires it into the Goblin he injured a few seconds ago. Finally he considered healing his wounds, and realized probably not yet... The Remaining Goblin yelled for help and heard a shout from the south indicating they are coming. He fired an arrow at George who batted it away with his axe. A second Arrow was loosed and it plunged into the ground at his feet., seeing Lavielle heading this way, he drew his sword. attack George AC:17: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 121d6 ⇒ 1
Barbie moved up onto the stand and looked around, seeing coming up from the south behind the buildings 4 Goblins carrying what looked to be torches in their hands and another pounding on a war drum and chanting. Lavaielle ran forward to slay the remaining Goblin to the north. Initiative order

Gideon once more swings his fauchard at a warrior running past, then looks at the Bear heading towards him fast. However, Arronus punched him in the side of the head with his hand encased in a spiked gauntlet. Round 2 Continued Dr. Ocellus grips the edge of the pit, looking imploringly at his friends. Arronus Looked at Gideon staring at the bear, and realized Gideon wouldnt be able to shut the door before the Cave Bear was on them. He pulls a bar from his pouch with an abundance of sliding objects as he approached Gideon by the door, reaching out, grabbing it and shutting the door. Then quickly slid the bars on the tool he had conforming it to a drawknife, he dropped it over the handles, and hoped it held. The Necromantic Servant crawled up out of the pit and moved down the hall and paused as Arronus glanced back at him. The Cavebear roared and ran forward slamming into the door. The doors bulged outward from the force of him slamming into them. dust and small stones fell on Arronus and Gideon from the door sill. But, the door and the makeshift 'lock' held...for the moment, they were unsure for how long though. Jack and Urtar both helped pull Dr. Ocellus up out of the pit. Sparkwing flew over grabbing up The doctors spade and carried it back landing on the ground atop it behind the group. Gideon moved around the corner and stood next to the Skeleton, remaring to Arronus that maybe they needed to relocate for a better combat position. Flash could smell both the giants bats, and the bear, and he wasnt liking it at all. He brayed loudly and his ears were twitching as if they had a life of their own. His eyes were very wide, and his nostrils flared fast and furiously. Round 3 The Deathwalkers opened the doors adjacent to them and moved down the hall out of sight. On the walls all around the sight of several large sets of gigantic bat wings moved subtly, but did not take flight....yet. my rolls are on roll20 Initiative

Balurk moved up at Bareks urgings and forced the door open. The inside of his small home could be seen. There Gibs stood, A nicely crafted Breastplate on, and war-razor in his hand. It glowed magical under Carla's gaze. Gibs eyes had a crazy look in them and that same guttural growl came out of his throat. Lloyd you havent played in one of my games yet. Thats a tool. that will work.

Im sorry, That particular AP isnt one I ever had the desire to play.
Arronus. What you describe is not a known tool. The Anytool cannot form non-tools. ie This implement at first seems to be nothing but a 12-inch iron bar lined with small plates and spikes. It can be folded, twisted, hinged, and bent, to form almost any known tool. Hammers, shovels, even a block and tackle (without rope) are possible. It can duplicate any tool the wielder can clearly visualize that contains only limited moving parts, such as a pair of scissors, but not a handloom. It cannot be used to replace missing or broken parts of machines or vehicles unless a mundane tool would have done the job just as well. The any-tool counts as a set of masterwork artisan’s tools for most Craft or Profession skills (although very specialist crafts such as alchemy still require their own unique toolset). It is an ineffective weapon, always counting as an improvised weapon and never granting any masterwork bonus on attack rolls.

Round 1 George Seeing the Goblins and Kayes possible danger, he rushed around the stand and since he couldnt get close enough to engage he roared his defiance at the Goblins. 4 heads snapped towards him, but one of them opened and shut his mouth several times his eyes big around as saucers. Brahorm Pulls his scimitar and stands helping people enter the Cathedral, while keeping an eye out for any further Goblins looking north and south. The sounds of Goblins and fighting echoed everywhere. Sidonia standing on the stage, looks around. she sees a Goblin wrestling a large orange cat between two buildings. Sees the group heading south engaged with about 20 Goblins coming up the main road. sees Belor and Gorvi, and several Guards engaging about 10 Goblins that these 4 had broken away from. Sees fighting every direction she looks. This was a full out assault on Sandpoint. Percy trying to remember what hes heard about Goblins he thinks to a discussion with Davairen Hosk about their big heads unbalancing them and making them top heavy and unable to dodge as well, or was it that though they had big heads, their brains werent as big and they had a week will and little common sense? he couldnt remember which. he then loosed an arrow at one of the Goblins and it stuck him in the hand, piercing it and the tomato it held, right as the Goblin was putting it into his mouth. It yowled in pain. The the Militia man, drank a mutagen that caused scales to form all over his body and his eyes to become more dragon like with a slitted pupil. Percy where is the attack roll? Ill accept the 17 this time, but next time please let me see the roll. Its not on roll20 and not here. The damage is on roll20 The Goblin he just shot shook his hand several times trying to dislodge the arrow then finally pulled it out of his hand, grabbed his bow off his back and fired back at Percy. The arrow struck the Militia man in the shoulder, piercing the armor and pricking his skin beneath. attack percy AC19: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22attack: 1d6 ⇒ 5 The scared Goblin whimpered and tentatively reached out grabbing a pear and stuffing his mouth with it. Then Looked right at George and picked up another pear offering it to him. his buddy slapped him in the back of the bulbous head and he dropped the pear and leaned down to pick it up eating it as well... 1 Goblin rushed forward, his rusted oddly sharpened and crafted blade in his hand shouting at George. George had been waiting and swung his axe at the goblin, who jumped around it as the axe kicked up dirt. The Goblin, however didnt as the blade cut the big man on his knee. goblin vs George AC 18: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (16) + 7 = 23 damage: 1d6 ⇒ 1 The last Goblin slapped his buddy for offering a pair to the enemy, then ran forward ending next to George, causing his ally who had rushed George prior to 'scuttle' around a little behind the big man. Barbie watched, helping to usher the non-combatants into the Cathedral ready to aid with healing or elemental blast, but she did not see an opportunity for neither. The Farmers and their children all moved through the Cathredral doors. Brahorms Grandmother paused before entering to tell hier Grandson to be careful and now go make her proud. Gaven looked at the 4 Goblins and the 6 presnt helping and said. Percy, Brahorm. Youve got this. Im going to the front gate. Then he glanced at the two Guards and said, come with me. and they moved toward the front gate. The Priests all moved into the Cathedral and Father Zanthus looked at Brahorm and Lavielle and said Im going to bar the door. Make it clear if you need to come in. Then the door was shut and they could hear the bar being lowered. The remaining citizens left the square leaving it to the 6 young men and women vs a contingent of Goblins Lavielle was singing in Elvish, as she watched the last of the citizen move on. Goblin Chanting continued with the drums pounding out a firece beat. Goblins Race and Goblins Jump

The group kept trying to convince the Farmer to open the door. At Bareks urgings Jack knelt and picked the lock on the front door, but before they opened it, Lloyd cautioned further diplomacy. Inside movement could be heard, and the Famer said I said go away. Then there was a throaty growl and a slightly different voice said He is mine. You will learn to meddle in my affairs
The doors open out into the hall with you and Gideon. They have Door Handles No taking 10 on athletics or acrobatics in this situation. if it wasnt in combat, and you take a whole minute to cross Id allow it.but not in combat rounds
